The answer is simply no , Uic is their baual and other areas to implement justic not other way around. lets dont jump to conclusion , lets see what uic leader do about these rumourse or if this true then we will judge Uic leader on their stand on this issue . surely the people behind this unslamic act will be judget one way or the other. xasan turk milites cant not commit crime under the portection of UIC which by is far is damaging Uic image . We have not seen this in other battle that were by far more intense then the battle that took place in Baul with barre force, so why now if its revenge by local milities then we can not blame to Uic to some degree by far Uic should of had neutrol troops placed in Bau'al that you can blame the Uic , since their was history of conflict between locals and barre clan .
