C&H, I also think you should eat more dates and perhaps a banana at afur time for energy boost.

Limit you coffee intake to one cup and drink more water.

Add more protein to your diet, and don't skip on suxuur.

 

I don't know if you are taking any vitamin supplements, but you should consider it.

i am not fan of dates, i cant eat more than one or at most 2.

 

CH make fruit coctail it will give you instant boost
