Somaliland to split in two with New North East state

Sanaag has four district since before 1991.

Ceerigaabo

Ceel Afweyn

Badhan

Laasqoray.

Ceerigaabo was always shared. While Badhan and Laasqoray are exclusively Maakhir community towns.

Now Sanaag has even more districts than 1991. While Garadag became a district, there are also big districts in SAnaag Bari like Hadaaftimo and Dhahar.

If you measure by today's population centres, east SAnaag has four major districts. Dhahar, Laasqoray, Badhan and Hadaaftimo while they share Ceerigaabo.

By the way, being named district by Somali administration whether it was military government or the current one is not the best way to measure towns or districts. Here is dhahar, by far the best landscape in the North.

There is a reason you are known throughout the forum as a habitual liar.

Literally every single post of yours is peppered with the most obvious lies, and whenever challenged you bring up your laughable "someone told me..." excuse, or you flee the discussion never to return. It is a shame someone at your age is feeling such ciil that you see no qualms about spreading misinformation so openly.

Sanaag had only 3 districts, namely Ceerigaabo, Ceel Afweyn and Badhan.

Unlike the BS you concocted above, I am happy to present official sources backing up my statements, even from your beloved kacaan:

The official paper of the Somali Democratic Republic published the official list of all regions in the country and the all their respective districts in 1986. This was in preparation for the presidential elections announced:

1004163746_Screenshot2019-12-2410_28_39.png.6dd8a002f66111914d6ec518cd1d8d7f.png

As everyone can see, there were only the three named districts in Sanaag at the end of 1986, and Las Qorey village actually came under Badhan district as highlighted. And before you try and claim the source is doctored, it is directly taken from the archives of the Roma Tre University of Italy.

There you have it, another one of your lies easily exposed. Are you not tired of constantly being humiliated like this in your old age?

  • Haha - That was funny. You made me laugh! 2

Didn't I tell you long ago you got your own press and you pull forgeries from your a...

This summer , when you copy pasted about Jawhar having  7 high schools or Shabeelaha Dhexe having 47 schools total and showed in one of your copy paste forgeries, I no longer trust your so called official forgeries.

If someone lies and posts forgeries about basic things like how many middle schools Jowhar has , certainly he will do again on other things.

By the way, Lasqoray has been a district with fishing industries and vibrant population throughout eighties. We all know it like what we had breakfast for this morning. You can falsify things and lie to the kids here , but I do not believe anything you post here.

Now who is worthy of Degmo today. The village of Garadag or the big towns of SAnaag Bari: Hadaaftimo and Dhahar.

It is well known 45% of Sanaag belong to the the Makharis, 30 percent to East Burco 10% to Sool community and 15% to east Burco.

Degmooyinkii Dawlada Soomaaliyeed ka  tagay waxay ahaayeen 91.

Old man, you were caught lying and instead of being embarrassed in your old age and running as usual you doubled-down and brought a random list you found a Somali website? 😂

Have you ever been inside the halls of a university? Do you know what sourcing means? Have you ever been taught the differences between authentic official sources and random Somali websites that anyone can edit?

You did not get that BS list of yours from an official source, instead, you went to Puntland Observer and Facebook to try and cover up your lie.

There is no argument about districts, your lie was exposed. The list I have provided above is the official list of districts as published in the official news bulletin of the Somali Democratic Republic published directly by Madaxtooyada Jamhuuriyada.

Every government has an official bulletin that publishes changes made by the government and important event. Poor old man thinks its Xidigta October, a newspaper 😂

You can not claim the image is doctored, I have preempted your pitiful claim and linked directly to the archives of the Roma Tre University of Italywhich anyone can click on and see for themselves, unlike you quoting random Somali websites like a jaahil.

Sanaag had only 3 districts, the official Somali Government confirms it in its official publication. And you are humiliated once again. Kama xishooneysid in sidaa lagu bahdilo adigoo been meel walba la fadhiya.

The official bulletin of the Somali Democratic Republic should be more than enough to end the silly lie by this uneducated old geezer, but to fully drive the point through, here is a similar list of all districts of the country published by UNICEF in 1987:

content-2.png.c877eb8e948439a4056ebbc743c13e97.png

And before the delusional forum beenaale claims it is a doctored imaged, here is the link to the source where you can view the document yourself.

You can not lie about history, old man. All sources are included 😁

If you want to discuss middle school (officially called intermediate schools in Somali gov statistics), I am more than happy to oblige (spoilers: Awdal does not fair well here either). Anyway:

Sh. Dhexe (58 schools)

Banaadir (53 schools)

Juba Hoose (51 schools)

Woqooyi Galbeed (42 schools)

Juba Dhexe (39 schools)

Bay (39 schools)

Hiiraan (39 schools)

Bari (29 schools)

Gedo (24 schools)

Galgaduud (22 schools)

Togdheer (20 schools)

Sanaag (18 schools)

Awdal (18 schools)

Mudug (16 schools)

Bakool 10 schools)

Sool (8 schools)

Nugaal (8 schools)

This time Awdal placed 13th nationally (). You need to stop this, the evidence is pretty conclusive that you lied. You are just embarrassing the good people of Awdal now.

WAryaa bilaa edeb,

The above forgeries are from your former list of the education exchange I had with you.

Unless you explain how you forged this so called official Somali ministry of education list which gave Shabeelaha Dhexe 58 schools, Jubada Hoose 39 andAwdal 13, I will never believe your factiry of forgeries,

Case closed.

Odaygii Aw-beenaale wuu khalkhaley 😁

This is a discussion of your barefaced lie that the region of Sanaag had 4 district. A lie that was exposed so thoroughly that you are now bringing random topics to divert attention away from how you were humiliated once again and exposed as the geriatric beenale you are.

Every single poster on this forum has seen you get exposed so many times that you have lost every semblance of old-age credibility. And for what? To attempt to get back at the ones who have caused you so much pent-up ciil. Tragic.

If you would like to discuss the number of schools and in particular the source I used, all you have to do is to go back to the original thread and continue the discussion you fled there instead of hijacking separate an entirely separate discussion.

So, to summerise the issue of Sanaag and its number of districts, we have:

1. The official news bulletin of the Somali Democratic Republic published directly by Madaxtooyada Jamhuuriyada, clearly showing that the region of Sanaag officially consisting of the 3 districts of Ceerigaabo, Ceel Afweyn and Badhan. A link to the original source (archives of the Roma Tre University of Italy) can be found here.

2. A UNICEF report published in 1987 showing all districts of Somali Democratic Republic, and clearly showing there being 3 districts. A link to the original UNICEF document can be found here:

content-2.png.d8dc299194aee8a195d21deaf239d1d6.png

3. More recent sources are numerous, but an example can be UN maps showing districts of Sanaag, and as all can see, only the 3 aforementioned districts are included:

132589-121024_Administrative_Map_Sanaag_A4.png.84d1705712710e5a606bedefe2a9becd.png

I can go on...

There is a reason old beenaale here is losing his mind and trying to divert the discussion. Poor sod tried to claim the official bulletin of the Somali Republic was Xidigta October, then he claimed the images were doctored... and when both claims were shot down he is now running away and trying to discuss random topics.

Whats worse, the uneducated slob tried to use Facebook and Puntland Observer as sources 😂

looks like its not just a rumour but a real policy that Sool, Sanaag and Cya will be formed into a new federal state of Somalia in the near future. Here is xenophobic Faisal Ali Warabe talking about it.

This is not up for debate, we are not discussing lies you've concocted out of thin air.

Sanaag only ever had THREE districts, this is supported by the following evidence presented above:

1) The official news bulletin of the Somali Democratic Republic published directly by Madaxtooyada Jamhuuriyada. For any normal person, this should end the argument, right then and there. But we have more evidence...

2) A UNICEF report published in 1987.

3) All reputable international organisations e.g. UN, EU clearly state Sanaag has only the 3 aforementioned districts.

Besides, the map you are using also clearly shows there being only 3 districts of Ceel Afweyn, Ceerigaabo and Badhan.

So, unless you have some unbelievably potent evidence that would trump all the above that you are hiding for whatever reason, and by evidence I mean official documents published by the government of the Somali Republic (not random Facebook or Puntland Post posts like the resident Odey Beenaale tried to do 😂), I suggest you take your lies to your local maqaaxi, maybe someone there will believe that lie without the need for presenting any evidence 😁

According to a document purporting to describe the Somalia National Peace Conference , these were the districts of Somalia as of 1990-12-31: Sanaag region had 5 districts -http://www.statoids.com/yso.html

Ceerigabo, Badhan, Laasqorey, Ceelafwayn and Dhahar http://www.statoids.com/yso.html

here is another international organisation (United Nations)that divides the region into four districts

https://www.unocha.org/sites/dms/Somalia/UNDP-POP-RURAL-URBAN 2005.pdf

the map i used shows details (names of places😁) and its refutation to your false claim that Hargeysa /Burco clans is majority in Ceerigaabo district which is the apposite when you see the towns and villages in that district and which tribes lives where in fact it shows the Hargeysa/burco clans are a minority and that Puntland clans are the majority in the district .

There is no state in Creation and if it exists it will not pass the diaspora homes in the USA. For example khatumo failed and joined Somaliland in 2017. Ssc joined in 2013.   You can't develop the wheel again. A subclan state can never survive in Somaliland. The maakhir community is a more coolheaded but they themselves have no leg to stand on. Because the pirates are breathing on their necks in galgala. And their defections to puntland recently hasnt worked out.
