Someone famous once said that 'All government is local.' Somalis think government and the return of Somalia can only happen with a national government. That's been tried 14 times (this is the 14th attempt). 13 have failed because one warlord or another 'rejected' it. Chances are #14 will also fail - unless some major changes are made along the way. For now, the best we can do is await the outcome of this TFG. If they fail, Somalia remains chaotic and disorganized. If they pass, we begin the challenge of toppling Col Yeey because once he gains power, he's known to use it.
