Qudhac-The Somali state and its people have reverted to precolonial socioeconomic and political structures-simple meaning Qabiils for most part enjoy sovereignty over their lands while commerce and people easily move about across all borders. With this new reality in mind, each qabiil has the right to decide what its future will be. I personally hope they will come under one Somali State but if that fails-the goal should be to unite as many tribes as possible and this is where SSC comes in.
