    What to do?

What's the next storyline of this script? The Somali guy phone my dad to ask for my hand in marriage? Soomaalidu waxay tiraahdaa dumarka qabiil ma leh ee forget about your cousin, marry the man.
  2. ^Ali Mahdi, Yalaxoow and the 32 other moqdisho warlords are Gaalkacyo natives maad leedahay sxb. After the marathon the conversation goes like this: hayye waa qolomaa ninka badiyay? Ma reer hebel? Najis iyo inankiis.
  3. ^I don't get why you reduce the value of hijab and its position in diinta to that of a girl's modesty. Hijab ain't just about girl's modesty sxb. There's more to it. Your analogy of hijab to maro is like someone arguing salah as just yoga workout, zakah as gift, sowm as a long month diet, hajj vacation Subxaanalaah. Isn't believing in Alllah and diinta all based on Qeyb, the unseen, regardless of clothes or how many trips one makes to the mosque?
  4. ^And if your 'mum and sisters' were to 'dress like that', would you throw them off of a bridge? Wadani;898453 wrote: I didnt walaalo. In fact I always argue with people who make hijab a condition for getting to know a girl for marriage. Some of the most modest girls I know have never worn hijab, and I know of others who don the hijab that r loose. At the end of the day its just a maro, and it's up to the person to live up to wat it symbolizes. Hijab is just a piece of maro??
  5. How do you say 'stranger' in Somali? Horta ma qabnaa erayga? As children, how many of you stopped 'a complete stranger' in the street and asked to take you back to school as your parent? Adeer iskoolkaa la iga soo ershee ma i geyn kartaa? Magacaa? Hebel hebel. Let's go and I'll have a talk with the teacher. Them good old days are gone. Xaajiga mijin jaad ayuu qarsanayey oo uusan rabin inuu share-gareeyo. War hunguri ha dhaafsan Soomaalinimada.
  6. ^lack of winter outdoor activity?? On this side of the river, we do plenty of winter activity. Go out and enjoy the outdoor, build snowman, ice fishing, snowmobile, snow skating/skiing, snowshoeing. We haven't had enough snow fall but I am hoping we get enough soon so I can take the little ones do some sledding down the hill in the snow. Fun day in the snow with the kids. A good friend of mine offered I should come along as he takes a group of people to winter hiking for two days and some ice fishing this winter. I might take up on his offer.

They're prone to get a heart attack when they read the line above. But shouldn't security be a priority to clear up the wild masked dogs hiding in the jungle of Joore? I think security should be the focus, a safer Joore is a safer region for peace and stability.
  9. World News NBC News I think this is more of a symbolic gesture than any real change for the average Palestinians. But they may get the chance to pass their grievance over to the ICC.
  10. With the U.N. General Assembly overwhelmingly approving a resolution Thursday to implicitly recognize a Palestinian state, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas can chalk up the vote as a personal triumph on two levels. From his headquarters in Ramallah on the West Bank Abbas, also known as Abu Mazen, has endured top Arab leaders beating a path to his rival in Gaza, Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas. Hamas may not have won militarily in this month's mini-war with Israel but it paid off big-time, politically and diplomatically. From pariah status, Hamas emerged as the power-player in Palestinian politics with a clear message: violence pays. Abbas, who all his political life has preached non-violence, has recently seen his already marginalized position eroded further. All the more reason for him to have insisted on the United Nations vote, fending off objections and threats from Israel and Washington. So victory in the General Assembly sounds his own strong message: non-violence pays, too. Being accepted as a non-member state, a promotion from its previous observer state, is the Palestinians' biggest political victory. It places them on the path to full recognition as a member-state of the UN, and allows it to join UN agencies such as the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

  13. ^On this part of the Atlantic, it's battery and assault, I realize, but on the rest of the World, I think this is just some good old prank. He's got his fair of beating too. You gotta love shimbirta uu gaariga u dhex galiyay. Balaayo cidka ka soo dhacday waaye kan. Cunuga waa laga qeyliyay.
  14. Che: The charcoal trade is one of the symptoms of the Jubaland conflict, not the root cause. Yes everyone is after the little resources as is in the rest of the country and clan is just the tool and means to gain access to such resources. But to suggest, charcoal trade finances and have extensive links to AS as the article suggests is just laughable. Charcoal trade existed before AS arrived and it has grave dangers to the environment and be stopped all together. About the locals, I think the word 'local people' has become a code name for something. Each politician that is for or against Jubaland says, the locals be given the chance to determine their state of fate. Each side says this. I'm starting to question who are the real locals? Just don't ask Zack. He will tell you Somali-Kenyan parliamentarians are the real locals.
  15. I saw it on youtube the other day. This can literally give someone a heart attack, especially someone with underlying heart condition or weak heart. Little children oo ghost laga dhigo kaba sii daran. I won't be surprise if they filming station doesn't get sued for this type of deadly prank. Here's a good prank. https://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=T1CvrJB2EEA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen>

  21. ^As someone who upholds such theory, I gave you the floor. Waryee wax fahan. We got nabi Adam as our ancestor, not some wild animal in the middle of a jungle.
