  1. I think we all now know that sh sharif will lose.
  2. I just got word straight from hamar minutes ago: Somalia will have a new President. Hassan sh Mohamud, will be the next president. I repeat, Hassan Sh Mohamud will be Somalias next President.

  4. Who is this Hassan dude? So, Now, the race for PMship has just began?- WHo ever gets the president the most votes ends up being the pm?
  5. Waxaan ka daawanaya hiiraan. Inshallah Khayr

Again my point is neither of the two men you said have exprience now had experience when they became PM and president. So I don't think it's a major issue for Samater either.. That is true but albeit a weak argument,niyahow.lol.. The Point is, now more than ever, we dont want someone who wants to learn on the job. Somalia, needs continuity, in my opinion. And Abdiwali and Sharif are both suited for this.(My opinion). The Professor is a good man, i like him personally and i wish him all the best.,,Maybe next time..Maybe.

He is from California, and came to the Twin Cities a few weeks back. Lol@ali galayr.. Anyway, I like economists, better than lawyers or teachers to run a country. Unless of course you are just a good humble man like shiik sharif

Other than that, Taleexi's riyo iyo rooxaantiisa is nothing more than giving headache to few pirates in SOL.. Sheikh Sharif had experience. he was the amir in 06,sxb/ Plus his last 4 years that puts him well above every1 else. At least Abdiweli gas knows some semblence of how things are run in MOG
  10. Prof.Samater will make a good cabinet minister, especially the foreign office docket We need an experienced hand here, Either the current PM or the Current President....
  11. Give the sheikh some credit folks. Of course,he had many obstacles and a dysfunctional cabinet. But one thing is not a coincidence: Sharif was the leader The only two times Mogadishu has seen relative peace. & that will be his legacy.

  13. If Abdiweli wins the Presidency... ALL Somalis need to support his government, for a prosperous Somalia!
  14. I hope they never ever find those tapes of me speaking. I have a very Horrible, horrible voice recording voice if you will. my voice cracks, i get nervous, i sound frail, i sound babyish(or at least i sounded babyish back then). Memories,Memories!
  15. Xiin, you have been vindicated.the peace caravan is visible from the market place qurac where it will dock. Weli ratiga hore "tuu" lama dhihin,ee haa dabrin geela just yet. let the presidential elections happen, let the sheikh get elected(inshallah),or whoever is preffered by the galbeed.let the parties all agree to support him..inshalah. then we will have peace.development, unity and harmony inshallah. And yes, somaliland and puntland and jinni land and hebelowland will all be federal states,

Adeer, every president has a situation to deal with. The current/next president's major role should be to maintain the peace and unify the country. I beleive the good sheikh has brought peace to the city twice, i dont think that is a coincidence.Hopefully, the next one keeps the peace and actually drives off those obstructionists.
  17. What are the opinion polls saying?
  18. Poor attempt at a Joke Son. Zamzam is a winner for ALL Somalis. For All of Africa. For all the countries suffering from civil unrest and poor governance. Next olympics, she will do better inshallah!

Heedhe, inanku waa inaga and so was that Canadian brother who no one is mentioning but IMO did well for a first event. Laakin Mo Farah is representing team GB at these games. Don't hate us for having the advantage of being Somali and Great Britons like our Mo, aye.LoL. Nothing is eating us, we just want to be a part of this euphoric greatness..maaha? Mohamed Farah has inspired every somali kid wherever they are. I am sure of course, the somali brits will be more a kin to him than many,..but it is my hope for some day to show my son the 2012 video inshallah and tell him about the greatness of mo farah...and that is my argument. As for Abtigis, abeera, akam jirte? I think Mo Farah is a better 5k runner than he is a 10k runner. In my opinion. He has the momentum right now,he has the home crowd advantage and most importantly,he has the confidence. I think he pulls this one off too.. of course,It wont be easy,he has already shown his "tactic" and Kenenisa, the great(and there is no doubt, dude is awesome),and the rest of the ethiopians, kenyans, eritrians and the kenyanized arabs, will give him a hard time. they may all gang against him(like they used to do for haile gabrasalasie).. my prediction, farah wins gold in the 5k

I am telling you, if you watched mo farah thru his runs, you wouldve seen that he was gonna be great. I have never ever felt so much pride in my entire life. You Brits, shut up.....Mo Farah made EVERY SOMALI(minus the doubter in cchief, at&T.) Proud!!!!
  21. for the doubters, you saw him with your eyes. to the haters, he is here to stay. to beat bekele and tadese and masai,is a fete. what a race. what a//
  22. This dude was a BEAST back in the day. I can never ever get enough of his videos. I re watch and re watch. Damn his strides were awesome. I think the 1500M is by far the most coolest of the mid distance races. I cant wait for this year! Anyway, About Abdi Bile not being the flag bearer, I think this was "political" whatever it is....let it be folks. LET the CURRENT athletes who worked their azzes off for this Olympics be the flag bearers. You dont see Haile Gabresalisie or Kip keino bearing flags for Ethiopia and Kenya or Carl Lewis or Ben Johnson doing for America or Canada. It was an ill advised attempt to begin with. Go Team Blue. Go Team Somalia. I hope they finish the race...the 1500M is a tough race. Asbel Kiprop of Kenya and the Ethiopians are bbad. The 800M is almost impossible, for zamzam as well, but you never know..There is Semenya after all. good luck #Team Somalia.
