  1. I see what I've been working towards all my life right in the palm of my hand..and suddenly...it doesn't look so appealing choices choices choices...oh how i miss the days were the most difficult choice i had to make was what colour crayon to use.
  2. Mowgli

    Compulsive

I must carry handsanitiser with me wherever i go...I can never touch doors in hospitals, bathrooms or near bathrooms..matter of fact, doors in dirty places. I'm also pretty sure our local butcher has attempted to spit in our hilib or something. I am forever telling him to handle our meat with gloves, wipe down the surface before working on it...take off his gloves, wash his hands before handing the bag to me.
  3. The music thing gets me too...and of course the ppl that shove London lite in your face...I mean there are only so many times you can politely say no thank you before you wanna go Columbine on their £@^%!!
  4. I actually had the same optimism Centurion, but I don't know why, ever since the summer, my mind has moved away from moving back home. It recently occurred to me, for the first time in my life that I will always be an outsider. I wasn't born in Somalia, I've never lived in Somalia, the few childhood memories I have all seem to involve cockroaches and the lights going off in the middle of the night. I get qabiil abuse in the UK, why should I subject myself to country where more ppl like that are? I have gotten too used to the comforts and freedoms that I have in the west, don't get me wrong...I still want to help my ppl and my country...but I can't see myself living in Somalia I admire your optimism and I just hope inshaAllah, that you do not lose it.
  5. lool@wrestling...was I the only one baffled by it for a lil while? I kept thinking it was a very hairy woman for a bit...till it suddenly became clear I loved the beginning part where he kept introducing himself to strangers on the street and then chasing them when they ran away For all its laughs, I can't say i'd ever watch it again

  13. The child looks like she has a very rare form of Ichthyosis. Most of the forms are genetic, but some forms are also acquired. To put it simply, the lack of moisture in the skin causes abnormal fish like scaling of the skin. unfortunately, there is no cure for this disease, therefore the treatment options avaliable are only a way of managing symptoms....most of the treatment avaliable is aimed at keeping the skin moist.
  14. loool that looks like something my ayeeyo would do
  15. Fig Tree (the Sensibility) — very strong minded, a bit self-willed, honest, loyal, independent, hates contradiction or arguments, loves life and friends, enjoys children and animals, a social butterfly, great sense of humor, likes idleness and laziness after long demanding hours at work, has artistic talent and great intelligence. mostly true...but i must say my aristic talent is limited to stickmen and ducks that ppl seem to confuse for pigeons
