  1. Faraaxov wuxuu yiri: Walaal.I know yall "Your-peeings" think North America is not on this earth,i can clearly assure you South Carolina,USA is still considered earth yaah?? Waxba kuma dhaafo yaah? ...I thought norf america stopped being part of 'earth' ever since columbus 'found' it. And it's North Carolina!
  2. Scarface: ^^^ where's the next destination.... I'm bored with Earth now. Time I pay a visit to 'The Others'
  3. Valenteenah...I thought I was the only one who was soo dissapointed with the blue eyes. What was that all about? Not.Impressed. The movie was downright shit, Tom Hanks should not have played Robert Langdon. He was just not convincing enough. I could hear people snigger when he said "Sophie, you are the last living descendant of Jesus Christ". But it was to be expected, movies can rarely capture the charm of the books. P.S. It's been ages since I read the book, but didn't Sophie have a brother that was alive and was staying with her grandma, which she gets re-united with at the end of the book?? If so, they left that bit out in the movie...
  4. Moqodishu ---> Kenya ---> Holland ---> Syria ---> Holland ---> England My bio in a nutshell.
  5. Mayo and olive oil? I've heard of hair-food but really that's taking it a bit too literal? I've been using KeraCare Shampoo & Conditioner for couple years now. My hairdresser introduced to it and it's actually really good. After washing your hair with the shampoo you won't even have to use the conditioner! You can find it in most Afro-hair shops, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. Give it a go. (My family and friends are devout users of the product now). Also, I don't do the duub-duub, I braid it instead for a more messy look. BTW...don't be misled into thinking that I actually love my hair. I have abused it more than once, and as a result had to shave it all off. Not even a little fluff, but a shiny scalp. I wish it would run off to a more deserving owner, cuz it's actually nice.

    Diary

Day 11 I'm basically being screwed to death. It's like living with a Black and Decker drill. I woke up this morning hot-glued to the bed. Even my armpits hurt. He's a complete pig. LOOOL! nacasta..be careful what you wish for next time eh

  8. Go take your oouucc somewhere else haddaba!
  9. What I want to know is, if the dude knew about the girls pregnancy, why did he take her to the hospital knowing what kind of mess he would get into? Castro and Sheh, stop farting and snorting all over my topic! You wanna release some gasses, take it outside!
  10. By JAMES CLENCH A MAN aged 37 has been arrested after an 11-year-old girl gave birth to a baby boy. He took the girl to a hospital where she complained of stomach pains. She was given two paracetamol — but went into labour as she sat on the loo. A source at Hillingdon Hospital, in Uxbridge, West London, said: “The whole episode was astonishing — she was only a child herself. The baby’s head had already popped out before the midwife got anywhere near her.†The man and the girl are thought to be visitors to the UK from Africa, possibly from Somalia. The baby was kept at the hospital in a special care unit, and the girl was taken into the care of Hillingdon Borough Council. The man was not held immediately. However, police arrested him in Uxbridge yesterday and he was questioned about the pregnancy. He was released on bail until July while cops investigate. Britain’s previous youngest mum, from Poole, Dorset, gave birth in 1999 aged 12. Source
  11. Thanks for the replies (been trying to log in since last night but the server was down ) I'm going to be heading to Kill Devil Hills (The Outerbanks), to be exact. So nowhere near Raleigh or Charlotte I suppose. Though I will definitly check those places out. Or not, depending on my mood towards the Somalis at that moment Castro, I'm not a miracle worker, but I'll be calling some family over there to spread their love (and money). With the amount living in the States, I should be able to open a little trust fund I WILL SEE MIAMI! FC, Nafta waa fabolous...I'm not doing too bad either. Wanna be my tourguide? The position is still open. What's happening in Columbus? People keep referring me there but what's the hype all about, other than that it's a mini-xamar (or so I'm told)! ALSO...do people travel by car or train or plane mostly? What are the airfares like (because travelling six hours to another state/city by anything other than a plane is karaysi). I wanna hear more! P.S. I have an interview at the US embassy in couple weeks time. They can actually refuse to give you a visa if you were born, have lived or travelled to a Islamic or Middle-Eastern country. Oo dadka xishood maba lehee  Maybe I shouldn't mention that I'm planning to be photographed outside the Guriga Cad!
  12. How are you? So, I'm taking part in this program which enables students to travel and work in America during the summer holidays. Exiting, I know. (About damn time I inject some sort of adventurous venture in my life too). I'm leaving mid June and would definitly appreciate some tips on places to visit. What are the 'It-towns' (besides NY and LA ofcourse), the not so hot towns, the places (and people) to avoid. I've found a job in North Carolina (curiosly people mistake this for New Orleans and gasp whenever I tell them this...how odd). Any nomads who live there? If so, what is it like? Websites have a way of notoriously glamourising places, and if it's dissapointing in some way I want to know as I'll be working and living there till Labor day! After Labor day, I have three weeks to travel and explore America before I return so want to make the most of that time. I've been to the usual websites, like visitamerica etc, so what I'm looking for is firsthand experiences, tips and tales!

    Weight Matters

You know, I think most people consider the 'perfect weight' to be about fitting into size 8 jeans or a tiny dress, when it really should be about being at a weight where they (as an individual) feel most comfortable. It's like shoes, you buy a strappy pair with killer heels, which totally assault your feet, but you would bear with the agony for the sake of your appearance. Why put yourself through all that when mid-level heels would've done just fine and saved you a lot of blisters (and plasters!). Essentially, the "ideal weight" should be about looking good to yourself and feeling comfortable in your own body, rather than trying to please everyone around you. If you are natually voluptous you're hardly ever going to be a perfect size 8 are ya? More to the point, some people don't look as good when they lose all that weight. There's nothing pretty about a portruding collar bone, where you can rest a drink on and hide your keys in at the same time! Think. Life would be so much easier staying at a constant dress size, rather than yo-yoing between sizes. Not to mention save yourself a lot of money!
  14. It's with the greatest regret that I make this anouncement, nevertheless it's one which I must make. Due to work and uni commitments I can no longer continue to manage Orange Soup effectively. Therefore, to limit further losses, I am hereby stepping down from my managerial duties. The Soup and I had a great run, and I'm sure they will continue to perform as well under their future manager's guidance. This team is thus, actively seeking a new manager. If you think you have the skills and knowledge to manage this outstanding team pm 187 or me for the log in credentials. Manager Orange Soup
  15. Ibti, looks like you're more confused now than you were before! Back packing is an adventure and with adventure comes exitement as well as danger. If you have really thought this out and planned your trip well, then there should be no worries. Im assuming you're going somewhere around June so that should give you more time to figure out what you're going to do, etc etc. If it were up to me I'd just go, it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience and rather sooner than later (who knows when you'll get an opportunity like this again?). Just plan well and carefully, have plenty of cash on you as a job overseas is not always guaranteed. G'luck!

    Summer Time

Going to America for work and travel. Leaving end of June and can't wait. I'm so exited that I'm actually looking forward to my exams.
  17. I don't want to be party pooper but read this, and you will never fall for a 'test' like this again... A psychopath might think to murder her sister after their mother's death, but the motivation would more likely be one of inheritance. "Why settle for half an estate when only one person stands between me and all of it?" would be a more prevalent line of thought. Read further
  18. I'm not really crazy on Arabic songs, though the beat on some of them sends me into a fantasy in which I have mastered belly dancing. There is this one song though, which I really liked when I first heard it (and bothered memorising its name). Youm wara youm by a Samira something, featuring a Cheb something (I think). It has a nice melody, very upbeat and I found the lyrics and their English translation succesfully! I have gone off it since then, after overplaying it.
  19. 187, Maad meel joogtid wiilow. Remember, I will be on your case for the next four weeks. Now is not the time to start referring to me as weird, cuz you ain't seen nothing yet. cackles evilly W11, 187 and his inflated ego need some trimming down. Let's plan a little revolution, shall we? BTW, you are spot on about me looking forward to spring/summer. Besides the two on my avatar needed a break
  20. Hello wonderful people! Finished my presentation and am currently on a high that has got nothing to do with any pills. The weather matched my mood today and decided to treat myself to a frappachino (tall). After to-morrow...4 blissful weeks of holidays await me. I'm gonna go bake a cake. Ta ta
  21. Or how about the moderators change the name of this thread, rather than starting a whole new topic on its own? Just a thought...
  22. have the Japanese invented a laptop holder for the horizontal user? If they haven't yet, they should. Money is no object, as I will probably lie, cheat and steal to get it. I've just downed a coctail of pills, and my backache has been kicked back into oblivion. My mood is currently tranquil and sleepy. I would nap for a while only, I'm afraid that I wouldn't wake up if I did. The whole up-side of this miserable day was the weather. For a split second, the sun came out of hiding. I think Im getting some feeling again in my back so time to up my dose again. If I don't post anything within an hour, assume that I've gone on a one way flight to glory...
  23. Major presentation on Fri. Still loads to do. Just got back from tourguiding ppl around campus. PMSing. Awful backache. Kill Me Now. Plz.
  24. The Dutch are not as tolerant as they were anymore and this DVD is a testament of how perverse they've actually become. A lot of Dutch citizens live in other countries such as Canada, America, NZ, Australia as immigrants and I don't see these countries asking them to undergo such a 'test'. It's hypocritical. Besides, they can produce as many dvd's they want but you can't force someone to integrate if they don't want to and who can blame them, when they get a different treatment to Jan or Laura. So how are they going to bridge this self-created divide? Oh yeh, by showing them a gay dvd.
