Over 1,000 subjects were tested for most blood groups included in the survey. The sampling covered the whole country and was well in accordance with the population density as estimated by the recorded birth places of the subjects. Altogether, 46 blood group antigens were tested, partly common antigens within 11 of the major blood group systems, but also infrequent and very frequent antigens, some not tested before in Africa, were included. The results were compared with the available data for other related peoples and for populations from the same geographical area. The standard genetic distances were also applied in the comparison. The results suggest that only a minor component in the genetic constitution of the Somali population can be ascribed to Caucasian admixture. They are markedly in contrast with some earlier findings. During the survey we observed a previously unknown Rh gene complex occurring with a polymorphic frequency in Somalis. Xabad As I told not more then %3. you can call them Cad-Cad or banaadiri

Indha adayg dheh! what now berbers?I gave up.

  4. hahaha at last we are talking wrong there Xabad it shows you know nothing about Y dna as I expected you picked the wrong one here. what about Fulbe people (Cameroon) mixed too? they carry more then Somalis. do you know what back immigration is? 30,000 YRS ago makes you Eurasian? there was no such thing as European by then. you need to do more then browsing the internet. and last T (M70) only makes 10% Somali Ydna? tell us more about other 90% Y dna gene Somali carry?
  5. indha adayg!! Xabad Answer my questions? what gene that is Eurasian Somalis carry?

The article you posted says nothing about Somalis being related to southeast Asia other then to claim we are different from Bantu African which I disagree . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y-DNA_haplogroups_by_populations_of_Sub-Saharan_Africa J haplogroup is associated with South Arabian see how many somalis tested? less then %3 !! shocking? funny enough we all know them by name like my friend Aweys who has Yemen blood!!!
  10. xabad;944228 wrote: looool yes indeed there is something called back migration dear if you have never heard about it read up saffz. you know its difficult to refute the genetic evidence in terms of haplo groups, this can be traced back to what scientists call the urheimat or the original home. some somali haplo groups are Eurasian and most somali people will cluster genetically with non africans. give us the study? back immigration is nonsense eurocentrics come up when they run out arguments.
  11. Thanks posting. Its clear Qoslaye is leading us to disaster. what a clannish tug. its not too late to change his divide and rule policies before it destroys whatever hope Somalia had before his election.
  12. the only winner is alharam lets face the reality we cannot fight alone the crazy alharam and dirac wearing Arabs who are pushing Qoslaye to get rid the Ethiopians won't do when things heat up. lost opportunity that is hard to replace if we put aside emotions and tribal politics.

Che -Guevara;938470 wrote: By Abdi Guled Monday, April 15, 2013 Abdirashid Hashi, the deputy director of the Mogadishu-based Heritage Institute for Policy Studies, said the attack shows that Al Shabab can strike the government at will and that the group can come quite close to “decapitating” a vital government arm. The Supreme Court was in session when the attack occurred. The attack “will force the government to revisit its priorities,” Hashi said by email. “Because if it fails to provide security to the citizens in the capital, it will have difficulties justifying its demands in extending its writ to other parts of the country.” Hashi noted that Somalia's intelligence agency and foreign governments had predicted a major Al Shabab attack. Britain's Foreign Office released a statement on Friday saying it believed a terror attack was imminent. “They are inhumane,” Nurto Abdi, a mother whose son's legs were seriously wounded by shrapnel in Sunday's attack, said as she sat close by him. “The so-called national army always gives them the chance. They must declare it publicly if they cannot protect us, because even civilians are legitimate targets now.” http://www.hiiraan.com/news4/2013/Apr/28913/somalia_courthouse_attack_included_foreign_involvement_says_pm_toll_rises_to_35.aspx These is the consequence of playing tribal politics with liberated areas, instead of consolidating security gain and clearing alharam all areas.

Instead of fighting and being aware of the real terror of Alshabaab and what they are capable of doing, specially warning after warning, they had given their utmost priority and concentrated with 100% focus on Jubaland. Every meeting, every talk and every minute they talk about Kismayo. They need to get their priority right and concentrate on fighting the real active and destructive Alshabaab movement which still controls large territory in Somalia instead of the creation of a peaceful regional administration. AUN I agree misplaced priority by these keystone politicians. what happened security, security talk?
  18. If our northern brothers see this meeting succeed is all good and its credit to Turkey diplomacy. what i get from this meeting 1- actual contact with security personal (Arms, Training, intelligence) 2- actual contact between relevant department for development and aid matters. The same arrangement Mogadishu have with Garowe. all good start so far, may Somali people reap the benefits.

Its only on paper and International Community arena that we are tangled in a dispute. The past 22 years, the issue of Somaliland has been missing in the International community scene. These talks with international community as witnesses have drastically elevated the standing of Somaliland and diplomatically neutered any attempts from Somalia to use the international community to try and isolate Somaliland. We are in a new phase in the Somaliland-Somalia dispute. Lets all fasten our seat belts. Delusion!! no matter how you spin Silaanyo decided to end the project and exceeded everyone ones expectation. next you will see Silaanyo and his ministers in Mogadishu.
  20. Its all about the Money:cool: well played meeting slowly we will be there, Silaanyo accepted officially first time Mogadishu role and authority to wielding Somalia purse and he wants his share as a one of Somali Region.

Those Landers who have gone to Mogadisho in get some cash from Qoslaaye. 4 And last but not least you guys counted the Oromos in Puntland but our Xaaji Xunjuf deported those in Somaliland.
