Waxa dhacay mar aan fogeyn: gabar niqaab wadata ayaa na soo abaartay while in a queue in a shop in birmingham. She was with a white revert brother. When he went to collect the stuff he brought, she edged close to me, my cousin and his xaas and guess what she said? Ma Soomaali baad tihiin? The answer was yes. She, almost cryingly said, 'walaaloow gabdhaha Soomaalida waxaad iga gaarsiisaan ineey nin Somali ah guursadaan. Ninkan ajnabiga ah wuxuu iga gooyey my friends, family and ehelkeygoo dhan. Walaahi ragga Soomaalida waa boqoriin. Usheega gabdhaha ineey ajnabi guursanin. Waxaan ku iri, naa naga fogoow. Maxaad noogu soo sikaneeysaa? Maxaase iga galey gabdhaha Soomaaliyeed iyo adiga toona. Soon enough ninkii watay ayaa soo noqdey markaaseey sidii wax yugleeya qabo dhan isu boostey. Ka xaaxaabi. So, waan farxaa markaan arko gabar Soomaali ah oo ajnabi guursatey. Tanna waxay rabto ha noqoto, maxaa iga galey ma jiirkeygaa laga soo jarey? Feydo weligaaba.

Surely, you know the difference between the two, dear lad ? Now, now Oodweyne, don't patronize me. You can always provide an answer to a question without ill-placed humour. Having said so, yes if there is an on-going investigation then it's completion should be awaited. JB, thanks for the information. DjibSomali, be patient sxb. Let the investigation be done and if you are still unhappy with the way it's been carried out then you could say more. Marka hore this matter falls within the sphere of domestic affairs of Somaliland. If SL admin don't serve justice then perhaps it can be said to become an international matter. Three months in Africa is a very short period of time. -

And why has the Booraame case not investigated within Somaliland? What's stopping an investigative process to commence? Tribal issues? -
^The allegation is that local boys (around 300 of them) were recruited by kenya-Somali military officials/intelligencia to fight alongside the TFG in Somalia. The same allegation is made against Al-Shabaab for previously doing the same. All these projects for the TFG are going on with the blessing of the Kenyan government (which denies the allegation). Off the videos, the war-lugeed from Garissa/Wajir/Mandera say that Kenya-Somali politicians (that hold high 'elected' posts) tribally alligned to some clans in Somalia and supporting the TFG have being recruited by the CIA to help recruit these boys. If true, the allegations are quite serious. In addition to that both the Somali broadcast services of VOA and BBC are said to be playing a major role. BUT these are so far rumours tha stand unsubsantiated. Rumours, I insist.

A pointer: The prize is determined by the plastic/metal materials from which the handle is made.

It's not that expensive. I use to have one when I was younger. It costs somewhere are 10 to 20 dollars. It's worn for as a sign of bravery and independence in many rural areas where Somalis inhabit. Yes, beautiful. It's called Bilaawe, Toorreey or golxob depending on which part of Somali lands you live in. PS: yes, that approach can reduce deaths but death by the Toorreey is very messy. Most folks prefer a death by the gun rather than the knife.

^Sherban, lol. It's so tough not being presumptuous at times, isn't it? I think you are on to something when it comes to your take on peacenow. It could be possible that he loves Somalia and it's people much more than may of us. So, I cannot help but appreciate his input.

Originally posted by Dhagax-Tuur: The heck with Soomaali, the lot of them. You can be sure that we will be in this mess for generations to come. This fella with e-zine took on Shariifka, can we just see it as a political opposition, someone who doesn't like his political viewpoints, philosophy, his directions? Doesn't he have the right to make fun of him, write zillions of anti - Sharif articles. Why can't we just see him someone who is politically opposed to Sharif. I say this, as many of you are attacking him just because he attacked Sharif. War Sharif is no saint. Unfortunately, our country is a hell-hole, and unfortunately, people of Somalia have got the leaders they deserve. If you want to argue that, the evidence is right here on these pages. Everyone claims not to support a certain warlord (murderer), but someone writes something that opposes that particular scumbag, they all up in arms. Alle quluubteena waa la socdaa. Mind you, those of us who support Shariif's government are not all of the same clan as that of Sharif. All we want is a government to take root in Somalia. Are we wrong to hope for law and order in Somalia? PS: Wing, you have every right to express your support or opposition to any politician in Somalia, but we too also have the equal right to oppose your views. You should have known that before deciding to get political. It comes with the territory.

Sherban Shabeel To assume so would be futile and self-defeating. I am avoiding to be presumptuous and thus far rely on questioning rather than blantant knee-jack reactionally judgement.
-
^peacenow, are you a white man yourself? Just wondering. And Christian too? Just curious, again.

Ilmahan are lost and confused asking questions to which they have no right to get answers for? Lol. Edeb daranaa? Maxaa nin hebel isku dirirteen ma hadal baa? Kaw! Yeey is moodeen loool. PS: Cunugta yar looks like my little sis. I need my glasses to see clearly. Sug aan la hadlee.

Look man, there was no Al-Qaeda yesterday but we have Al-Qaeda in Somalia now. Trust us, we have seen them fighting on the other side of the fight. There's no need to doubt us, no.
