  3. Hello fellow SOL'ers! I can't seem to figure out which post is *new* and which post is an old..old post...made new again. Any new ppl having that problem...or is it just moi? So any bored ppl in the house? Let's play a game, let's call it...uhh..mm..."Share the Wisdom" (i didn't say i was creative) Anyway...so everyday we go through something in our lives. Some good, and some bad. Tell us what you have learned so far. Me first-- There's pain, pain..... and more pain...wait--happiness. Then, more pain and finally DEATH. (okay...put the ropes and knives down) step away...slowly. You. Will. Be. Fine. Let's try this again, shall we?-- Be sure we shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil), but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere, Who say, when afflicted with calamity: “To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return”:- They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance. - [Quran 2:155-157] Your turn!
  4. Hi ladies (this is my first main post--i feel like a kid with training wheels) So with Ramadan around the corner....any lazy women like myself...paying back their days at the last minute Every year a tell myself: "okay Xalimo Sacdiyo...payback your days right after Eid is over"..... And every year i end up saying: "ohhh shiddh...Ramadan is coming...payback time!" Anywhoo--for all you sisters...who put us to shame and actually fast on time....well go away! .....I kid--stay--help me out buhhlease.
  5. Tuujiyee, i was feeling kind of down but thanks for the laugh brother. I'm short myself and i though i can be sweet...i do admit i have my qumayo moments. anyway...you don't get a fight from me today. You managed to make me smile.

And as you all well know, our people don't put that much importance on the date one is born. Can I just say 'I am ageless'? Then, the question for you would be...how many grey hair's do you see? Or, do you see hair at all. Can you count the wrinkles on your face or have they become your face?
  7. hmm...it's not really for "the man's" sake that the breast must go away. If "the man" was really my issue---i'd rip his ball's off as well. More than anything i would be hurt by my sister's action. Hence, the breast must go for her betrayal...and mmm...disloyality to sisterhood! ...
  8. lol--what? I'm doing her a favor. It's really the least i could do for her.
  9. Interesting story Abtigiis-- If my little baby sister stole my "potential" man....i'd give her my blessing right after i rip off one of her breasts.....but---that's just me.....

And here i thought that if this Jamac is gonna seduce me away from my caring aabo and my loving hoyo......that he would in return take care of me.
  14. Mashaallah--that was beautifully written. Do you really think of all that at the hour before dawn? I kid. On a serious note--Sometimes it's easy to forget that we have it good while others are suffering. Thanks for the reminder.
