Islam teaches to help them. Buying an iPhone isn't about fulfilling your needs; it's about fulfilling the hype. Bro, you do have a point there...maybe I will rethink my priorities....after all I already have all the things it covers

Even if he didn’t commit the crime, he should have been more involved in his child’s life to prevent it …. I have no mercy for parents who mutilate their children. I also have very hard time believing the mother was unaware. I think they committed the crime together and when they got divorced she pinned on him.

^^ Like I said our men do insist on paying the bill hon but just incase you should have no problem coming from your pocket. By the way, opening the door stuff happens on first date only, after that you should be ready to open your own darn doors. EDIT: You can’t have your cake and eat it too. You are either modern woman who wants to have partner to share with everything including the bills. Or you can be stay at home type gal and in that case you can demand your knight…just so you know though there aren’t any knights in this world.

Cynical, It’s the 21st century paying your half of the diner and movie is not so big deal though I have yet to meet farah who doesn’t insist on picking up the tab.

When you’re outside looking in, it’s crystal clear to you when something looks fishy. However, it is totally different case when you are in the situation. Sometimes when you have your rosy glasses on you can see things that aren’t there… hence, all the excuses. I have heard too many of them to really care but some of the ones I hear too often are “he didn’t mean it” or “he said he will change and I just need to give him time” blah blah blah. Having said that, I think everyone has a boiling point that when reached there is no returning, so maybe your friend hasn’t reached there yet. And that is where you come in; it’s your job to show her all the holes in her picture perfect relationship. But how the heck you do that without alienating your friend? One of my friend, she is really beautiful, great personality, educated etc etc…if I was a man she wouldn’t be single. But she has this abusive boyfriend, it used to be emotional abuse and as if that wasn’t enough he hit her, the other nite. She was hysterical, crying and saying I am done with him, this is the lowest etc. I felt like taking the next flight out to beat the crap out of that guy but than I was happy that she finally saw the light and is free from his abuse. Suffice to say my excitement was short lived as she went back to him the very next day. Her excuse, it was her who started the fighting but he apologized and it will never happen again. I really don’t know what else to do because I have tried to reason with her but she has whole bag of excuses for all his blunders.

iPhone combines three products — a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching — into one small and lightweight handheld device. iPhone also introduces an entirely new user interface based on a large multi-touch display and pioneering new software, letting you control everything with just your fingers. So it ushers in an era of software power and sophistication never before seen in a mobile device, completely redefining what you can do on a mobile phone. Check it out PS. This iPhone will not be in the market untill summer
