Always good to get your feet wet at the state level and then move on up to the federal government.?

By the by, I expect a "repentant" Ilko Xanaf to return home to Hargaysa.?

As the Siilaanyo administration is going out within a year, some of those who have a weak spot for corruption and who were restrained by the Somaliland law and system might of course look for opportunities elsewhere. And as it turns out, Xamar cadeey today is unrivalled as a destination for those who have a "get rich quick" plans.

Very bizarre, the loyalty to the secessionist is not that extreme, most it is just livelihood.

Ilka Xanaf, looked a rare guy who knew and was qualified for this job, I think, the allegations against him, has some truth, he was corrupted, and CULUSOW, is aligning his stars,( he was a show stopper to his grand plans).

I wish the best this young guy, who may bring true change, to rotten court system.
