Ho It is an eye for eye. Just reminding the khatuumo at the end of the day they are a minor landlocked group that settles mainly in eastern Sool.

, hadal kuma furna saxiib. I'm not here to take sides, but from what I've seen from your tribal elders and political elite, they have held so many conferences calling out for the liberation of Lasanod since October 2007 and we still see no changes. October 15, 2013 is coming and that will make 6 full years of occupation of Lasanod.

Adhicadeeye, Yagoori and Gumaays were under occupation even longer.

The Khaatumo/Maakhiri side of Ceerigaabo has been under occupation since 1991.

Reality is, if your kinsmen are the largest settling in from Bari, Sanaag, Sool, Nugaal, Togdheer (Southern), Mudug, Galgaduud, Gedo, Jubada Hoose, Jubada Dhexe, NFD, iyo Somali Galbeed (Haud), then how is it possible that Saalax, a minority as you claim has been controlling every political and social movement of you in your own deegaans?

Simple because there is no occupation dont believe what irrational emotional diaspora members feed each other behind close doors. The people back home have moved on , when was the last time u heard khatumo clashed with the Somaliland defense forces. There is no occupation large segments of the garaad clan support Somaliland government, and they are a very powerful group. They are more powerful than a handful clan elders. People feel there is no occupation there do you think the Mighty garaad clan would be occupied the clan that supposed defeated the europeans a clan of the best horse riders in the horn. No way the fact is hat the garaad clan are in support of Somaliland and rejected the garowe clan enclave and they dont believe in clan confederation.

The keyword is their 'brothers' but not them lol. It is one of the reasons the khatuumo project failed, they can't generate much revenue as they are landlocked and no actual airports. It is the bitter reality.

Sxb, let's not get ahead of ourselves. You can't pick and choose like the Jews and Christians did to Torah and Injil, where they denied some verses and accepted others. Either reject the entire Torah/Injil or accept it's entirety. You can't be against the larger D-block tribe and at the same time claim that two sub-clan of it are part of "Somaliland".

It's like saying reer Gaashaamo are landlocked. Yes, the village is nowhere near any shore, but that doesn't mean they don't have access to their brother's port in Berbera or where ever other location you have in mind.

That is different ,those groups you mentioned have good relations.Khatuumo and Puntland have hostile relations , besides sub clan wise reer gashaamo also settle in Maydh , Harshow , Waqderia etc all in Sanaag , they can use it any time they want as it is settled by the same western Burco group. Were's the Khatuumo are all landlocked regardless of sub clan, the nearest friendly coast is the Kenyan held city of kismayo 1 thousand km away.. :D

Okay, whatever floats your boat my good friend. Back to the map. Do you agree with it? If no (which I know you'll say), then what's the correct map of Puntland?

What is there to agree with , this map created in paint claims areas dominated by SNM folks are part of Puntland lol. The reality is though today the battle is in so called eastern Sanaag areas of Badhan and Dhahar, Cadami is becoming more influential there than Ilkajir and Faroole combined. :D

Saalax and garoodi logic, we are the largest in Sanaag, there evidence: Bohol and Oog in Sool looool

Bohol, oog, xudun, ainabo to name a few added up together they are larger then the entire las canod folk in sool region combined. Sanag is not even in debate. So much for your two region theory. We are your next door naibours live just outside las canod. Not to mention hag live in adi cadays. By your tribal logic that would mean galmudug has a part of Sool. That's why SOMALILAND is a combination of tribes that live together not tribal borders. Las canod, badhan, dhahar are all part of SOMALILAND.

Dhahar:

Las qorey:

Badhan:

This thread is so useless!! Where did the decency of SOLers gone nowadays? Don't you guys realise that the whole bloody Somalis can be squeezed in one town? Everywhere you go in the Somali peninsula, you only see few maryoolay and vast empty spaces. What is the use of all that land if we are still risking limb and life trekking the deserts of North African and Arabia to go to another man's piece of land for our daily bread? Somalis have no shortage of land and resources but I am afraid there is dearth of brains and intelligence within our community. :(

The issue was about map: and people claiming other people's land. Our state is not perfect but Somalis remain the greatest obstacles to our challenges.
