Secessionist ideolog has no place in a Federal Somalia

^ Perhaps he is a new comer to Pirate boys but certainly he is no new face to Somaliland.

Hassan Sh. Mahamud has first hand experience of what Somaliland is about, and certainly he is not in a position to listen to old tired droolings from old farts like you. :D

What's mind boggling is that they confuse the President's reconciliatory language with willingness to succumb to their delusions..:)

They forget that the new President, like most sane and discerning Somalis throughtout the nation, knows when the former British and Italian Somalilands formed the union of the Somali Republic, they were entering into an enduring and permanent relationship. Love it or hate it, what was agreed upon back 1960 was a binding compact and is thus sacrosanct and beyond the calls for a redo by a few hapless troglodytes in the north.

P.S

President Lincoln dealt with secessionist weirdos in his day. In his inaugural speech, he said the following....

"[W]e divide upon [all our constitutional controversies] into majorities and minorities. If the minority will not acquiesce, the majority must, or the Government must cease. There is no other alternative, for continuing the Government is acquiescence on one side or the other. If a minority in such case will secede rather than acquiesce, they make a precedent which in turn will divide and ruin them, for a minority of their own will secede from them whenever a majority refuses to be controlled by such minority....Plainly the central idea of secession is the essence of anarchy..."

I suggest President Hassan give a similar speech to help medicate the collective halucinations of a certain group of people on SOL..:D

The United States of America is NOT a banana republic. How dare you compare the two?

^^^ My constitution states clearly that Hargaysa, Burco & Berbera are part of Somalia. They have representatives in the Parliment and that's clear. Thus don't jump to other issues, SNM clan can not and will not have their cake & eat it.
:D

The representatives you guys keep talking about are wanted fugitives who would be brought before a judge and jury should they set foot in Somaliland.

Garowe has threatened not to cooperate with any entity that does not recognize the rights of the Somali people.

Also under the Federal constitution the secessionist project based in Hargaysa is illegal.

It is illegal to have four wives in the West yet this "crime" is a thing of honour and prestige in Garowe and Mogadisho. One man's crime is another's good deed.
