The Dangerous Game Called Dating

Incidentally, today I was in an Ethiopian restaurant and the cashier suddenly called me and said let me show you a picture of former dictator Mengistu with his family at their house. Wife, two daughters and him looking like an ordinary father and young (when he was in power). Then I saw something written in Amharic on the screen which was displaying lots of photos. This was not a picture, it was a sort of saying. It said "setina wot kal tamaasalu yigolgulalu', meaning 'If women and porrdige are not thoroughly mixed, they get bad". So, bluelicious, not all people agree with your assertion that women are not made to be kitchen slaves.

Only insecure men assume the kitchen is the only place of a women. We don't need the ideas of backwards people believing those theories. Any educated person in their religion knows that a women was not made for the kitchen. A woman in islam doesn't need to cook or be in the kitchen it's not her obligation nor in wedding contract nor in the sunnah. This means she isn't nobody's kitchen slave but instead valued!

Ok, what about Kitchen and Bed?

Surely you cannot argue Islam has other place for women? I mean, why would you even go there if you want to put forth an argument about women liberty?

Are you also hypnotizedt oo? I am not a fan of how wadaado treat women.

Sexual relations aka bed as you would like to call it is her only main obligation. Muslim women are liberated they can be and do whatever they wan't in life as long as it's not something haram it's the west that makes it as if they are oppressed and can't do anything for themselfs. I don't agree either how some wadaads treat their wives. Those few bad wadaads don't represent all wadaads you find good and bad in everything in life even in wadaads. The more you know about a man and a womens role the better you would treat a person the less you know about the roles and the knowledge the more you get ignorant and oppose ideas that you don't like and innovate things for your own liking.

A woman isnt anyone's slave but her lord Allah swt..however, if she takes care of her family there isnt anything wrong with that, she only gets ajar from it! ..and men who think women are their slaves will not have a good marriage cuz no one and I mean no one would like to be treated as a slave acuudubilaah. Laakin abtigiis change your perspective and im sure your wife or women in your life wont mind cooking and going in the kitchen as long as u show the right atitude. And, helping them out will get you nothing but ajar tooo..nabiga was the best example and he took care of his wives and helped htem out with the house chores incl cooking. :)

salaam

I second that. Abtigiis and Knight failed to understand that aspect especially Abtigiis, how can you approve of women being kitchen slaves when you got a wife that's so wrong. I don't think some of these men know that the prophet Muhammed SAW used to help with the house chores and that you can get reward for that.

Bluelicious, haha, you guys can't get it both ways. The so-called Feminist movement of the 20th and 21st Century gave you women freedom, which I personally support, but if I remembered it correctly, it wasn't meant to subjugate the men for the women.
Washing the dishes for Aaliyah and you should be enough for one night, especially on a Monday night Football.

Don't pretend like you are innocent. Saying you gonna do the dishes for Aaliyyah and talk bad about me that you wanna use me for one night. How the beep can you say that?! You can't talk this right! You should go change your name because your not a Knight at all. A knight respects women and you don't reading from what you wrote!

Oh wow. lol You're blowing this way out of proportion. You and I had a verbal agreement that I do "chores" for you and Aaliyah, while you two tune into Saado's songs. Is the "one night" part bothering you? Do you want me to over stay my visit to your den?

When I said your gonna do the chores for Aaliyyah it was a joke but clearly you can't take jokes and took it serious and offensive and striked back by saying i'm only good for being used by you for a night that's so disrespectful. If you can't take responsibility for your actions and even trying to make fun of it even further by asking me if you can over stay then your lower then I thought and a loser. Your just a jerk i'm done with you from now on go back to talking about Somalia and let me do my own things. From now on you don't need to talk to me anymore!

Hahahaha, I think it's you who took all this way too serious. I only tried to continue the hypothetical jokes that were being exchanged here. Besides, I never said or implied that YOU were gonna be used for 'one night'. I was talking about myself there, lady. lol
