Only someone who has never suffered from back pain will tell you to do jimcisii, you have to dope yourself and walk around like a zombi and only when it settles should you attempt to do gentle jimcisii otherwise you will give yourself other factors for back pain.

Malika, ma waran baa kugu taagan, I have a Somali solution for this, I hope you know it, waxaad soo qaadataa bakeeriga shaaha, the plain glass one's we used to have back home for shaaha bigeyska ah mainly, then waxaad soo qaadataa a plain A4 paper, isku laab-laab warqada oo jajabi and put it into the bakeeri, it has to fill at least half of the bakeeri, then tarraq soo qaado or kabriid, ku daar warqada bakeeriga ku dhax jirto, the flame and the burning will come up quickly so higher and it will go down little bit, now at this stage you will have to have someone, you will have to lie down on something flat, the other person will be holding the bakeeri still in flames on the back where the pain is, how the bakeeri will be held is upside down as to feel slightly the hot coming from inside the bakeeri, at this stage, the papers hav already burnt and good visible flames are on top but not falling on your back, there is no danger, and I will not advice you to do this on your own if you haven't practiced it before or know someone how to do it.

The whole duration is less than a minute,

Malika, if it is an acute back pain it will get better on its own and without treatment, although analgesics may help ease pain. Treatment includes over-the-counter pain relievers to reduce discomfort and anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce inflammation. Getting up and moving around can help ease stiffness, relieve pain. Bed rest is recommended for only 1-2 days at most and people diagnosed with acute back pain should resume normal activities as soon as possible. Exercises or surgery are usually not advised for cases of acute back pain.

Speedy recovery eedo...

Nuune- that process is called cupping [don’t confuse it with when they cut u and draw blood] and she does not need to heat bakeeri and flames etc, she just go to a specialist and they do it for you. I had it done a few times with Sheh. It is great for frozen shoulders and so on, does nothing for chronic back pain though.

Juxa please come, I have now finished working on our little venture plan.
