Our Creed and Call [1]

[1] Author: Shaikh Muqbil Ibn Haadee Al-Waadi'ee

Our Creed and Call [1]

[1]: We believe in Allaah and His Names and Attributes, as they were mentioned in the Book of Allaah and in the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah , without tahreef (distortion), nor ta'weel (figurative interpretation), nor tamtheel (making a likeness), nor tashbeeh (resemblance), nor ta'teel (denial).

[2]: We believe that calling upon the dead and seeking aid from them, and similarly with the living, in that which no one besides Allaah is capable of, is Shirk with Allaah. Likewise, believing that charms and amulets can bring about benefit along with Allaah, or without Allaah is Shirk, and carrying them without that belief is superstition.

[3]: We take the Book and the Sunnah upon their apparent meanings, and we do not perform ta'weel, except through a proof that necessitates ta'weel (figurative interpretation) of the Book and the Sunnah.

[4]: We believe that the Believers will see their Lord in the Hereafter, without inquiry into the modality. And we believe in the Intercession (ash-Shafaa'ah) and in the people of Tawheed being taken out of the Fire.

[5]: We love the Companions of the Messenger of Allaah , and we hate those who speak against them. We believe that to speak ill of them is to speak ill of the Religion, because they are the ones who conveyed it to us. And we love the Family of the Prophet with love that is permitted by the Sharee'ah.

[6]: We love the People of Hadeeth and all of the Salaf of the Ummah from Ahlus-Sunnah.

[7]: We despise 'ilmul-kalaam (knowledge of theological rhetoric), and we view it to be from amongst the greatest reasons for the division in the Ummah.

[8]: We do not accept anything from the books of fiqh (jurisprudence), nor from the books of tafseer (explanation of the Qur'aan), nor from the ancient stories, nor from the Seerah (biography) of the Prophet , except that which has been confirmed from Allaah or from His Messenger . We do not mean that we have rejected them, nor do we claim that we are not in need of them. Rather, we benefit from the discoveries of our Scholars and the jurists and other than them. However, we do not accept a ruling, except with an authentic proof.

[9]: We do not write in our books, nor do we cover in our lessons, nor do we give sermons with anything except the Qur'aan, or the authentic and authoritative hadeeth. And we detest what emanates from many books and admonishers in terms of false stories and weak and fabricated ahaadeeth.

[10]: We do not perform takfeer upon any Muslim due to any sin, except Shirk with Allaah, or the abandonment of Prayer, or apostasy. We seek refuge in Allaah from that.

[11]: We believe that the Qur'aan is the Speech of Allaah, it is not created.

[12]: We hold co-operation with any Muslim upon the truth to be obligatory and we declare ourselves free in front of Allaah from the calls of Jaahiliyyah (pre-Islaamic times of ignorance).

[13]: We do not deem it correct to revolt against the Muslim rulers as long as they are Muslims, nor do we feel that revolutions bring about reconciliation. Rather, they corrupt the community. As for the rulers of Aden, then we feel that fighting them is obligatory, until they repent from heresy, Socialism and calling people to the worship of Lenin and Marx and other than these two from those who professed disbelief.

[14]: We hold that this multiplicity of present day parties is a reason for the division of the Muslims and their weakness.

[15]: We hold that the da'wah (call) of the Ikhwaanul-Muslimeen is not an upright and righteous da'wah that brings about the rectification of the community. Indeed, their da'wah is political, not religious. It is also a da'wah of innovation, because it is a call to making unknown allegiance and a da'wah of fitnah (trial, discord) founded upon innovation, and all of it is built upon innovation.

[16]: We advise the brothers who work amongst them to abandon them, until nothing of their time is afforded to that which does not benefit Islaam and the Muslims. And it is upon the Muslim that his priority be to Allaah in aiding Islaam and the Muslims upon the hand of any Muslim under any Jamaa'ah.

[17]: We restrict our understanding of the Book of Allaah and of the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah to the understanding of the Salaf of the Ummah from the Scholars of hadeeth, not the blind followers of their individuals. Rather, we take the truth from wherever it comes. And we know that there are those who claim Salafiyyah, yet Salafiyyah is free from them, since they bring to the society what Allaah has prohibited.

[18]: We believe that politics is a part of the Religion, and those who try to separate the Religion from politics are only attempting to destroy the Religion and to spread chaos. Likewise, what has been spread in some of the Islaamic countries that, 'The Religion is for Allaah, but the state is for the people,' is a call of jaahiliyyah. Rather, everything must be for Allaah.

[19]: We believe there will be no honor or victory for the Muslims until they return to the Book of Allaah and to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah .

[20]: We hate the present day parties: the apostate Communist party, and the apostate Ba'thee party, and the apostate Naasiree party, and the apostate Socialist party, and the apostate Raafidee party. And we believe that all of the people are divided into two parties: the party of Allaah, and they are those who establish the pillars of Islaam and the pillars of Eemaan (faith). And there is the party of Shaytaan, and they are those who wage war against the Sharee'ah of Allaah.

[21]: We oppose those who divide the Religion of trivialities and important issues. And we know that this is a destructive da'wah.

[22]: We oppose those who put down the knowledge of the Sunnah, and say that this is not the time for it. Likewise, we oppose those who put down acting upon the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah .

[23]: We hold that the most important affairs must be given precedence over others. So it is obligatory upon the Muslims that they give importance to 'aqeedah (creed), then to thwart the efforts of the Communists and the Ba'th party. So this cannot occur, except by holding fast to the Book and the Sunnah.

[24]: We hold that no Jamaa'ah has the capability of facing the enemies, whether it be the Raafidee, or the Shee'ee, or the Soofee, or the Sunnee; until they have true brotherhood and unity upon this 'aqeedah.

[25]: We oppose those who are arrogant and claim that the callers to Allaah are Wahhaabiyyah agents. And we know that their filthy intention is that they wish to place an obstruction between the common folk and the people of knowledge.

[26]: Our da'wah and our 'aqeedah is more beloved to us than our own selves, our wealth and our offspring. So we are not prepared to part with it for gold, nor silver. We say this so that no one may have hope in buying out our da'wah, nor should he think that it is possible for him to purchase it from us for deenaar or dirham. Since the politicians already know this about us, so they have despaired of buying it from us with granted positions or wealth.

[27]: We love the governments in accordance to what they have of goodness, and we hate them for what they have of evil. And we do not permit revolting against them, except if we have seen clear disbelief from them about which we have a proof from Allaah, with the condition that we are capable of that, and that there not be any civil strife between the Muslims and their opponents. Since the rulers portray those who revolt against them as spies causing corruption. And thereupon, other conditions come in, refer to our other books. And the most dreadful of governments is the Communist government of Aden. May Allaah hasten its downfall and purify the Islaamic countries from it.

[28]: We accept direction and advice from wherever it comes and we know that we are students of knowledge, we are correct sometimes and incorrect at other times. We are ignorant at times and knowledgeable at times.

[29]: We love the present day Scholars of the Sunnah and hope to benefit from them and regret the passing away of many of them.

[30]: We do not accept a fatwaa except from the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah .

[31]: We oppose those who visit the graves and other than them from amongst those who allege heresy in praise.

[32]: We oppose the Muslim leaders in their unity with the enemies of Islaam, whether they be the Americans or the Communists.

[33]: We oppose the calls of jaahiliyyah such as nationalism and Arab nationalism. We oppose them and we name them calls of jaahiliyyah and we hold that they are reasons for the downfall of the Muslims.

[34]: We are awaiting the re-newer that that Allaah renews this Religion with. Aboo Daawood (d.257H) relates in his Sunan from Abee Hurayrah , from the Prophet said, "Verily Allaah sends at the head of every one hundred years a re-newer for this Ummah to renew its Religion." [2] And we hope that he will bring about a widely spread Islaamic awakening.

[35]: We firmly believe in the misguidance of the one who rejects the ahaadeeth pertaining to the Mahdee, the Dajjaal (Anti-Christ) and the descent of 'Eesaa Ibn Maryam ('alayhis-salaam). And we do not mean the Mahdee of the Raafidah. Rather, we mean the leader from the Family of the Prophet , from the people of the Sunnah filling up the earth with justice and fairness, just as it was filled with oppression and injustice before. And we say that he is from Ahlus-Sunnah, because cursing the noble Companions is not from justice.

[36]: These are glimpses into our 'aqeedah and our da'wah. And mentioning them with their proofs would lengthen the book. Indeed, I have mentioned their proofs in al-Makhraj minal-Fitnah. So if one has any objection to this, then we are prepared to accept advice if it is truthful, and to refute it if it is erroneous, and to avoid it if it is stubborn rejection. And Allaah knows best. So let it be known that this has not fully covered our da'wah and our 'aqeedah, since our da'wah is from the Book and the Sunnah, to the Book and the Sunnah, and our 'aqeedah is likewise. And Allaah is sufficient for us, and He is the best of those who are trusted. And there is no might, nor power, except with Allaah.

Asalamu Alaykum Salafi_online

I have a problem with point 13 and 14. In point 13 you are telling us that we should accept the present rulers of the Arabian Peninsula and in point 24 you are telling us that you are against the Ahlulsunna wa jamaat. As a follower of Ahlulsunna wa jamaat I refuse to follow the Wahhabi/Salafi creed. I refuse to follow Ibn Baaz or Qadarawi. I refuse to accept to follow a school of thought that says that shedding the blood of other sunnis is allowed if they are against this particular creed. Why can't the salafis just follow their sheikhs and leave the Ahlulsunna alone?

Salafi_Online; What is your opinion about the fatwa of Ibn Baaz "The earth is flat". By the way even the famous Somali Salafi Sheikh Omar Faroukh believes this and is lecturing the somalis this fatwa. Do you believe the earth is flat!!!!!

THE EARTH IS FLAT!

Title of the Book: "Evidence that the Earth is Standing Still."

Author: Sheikh Abdul Aziz Ben Baz.

Editor: Islamic University of Medina.

Year: 1395 AH [1974 CE]

City: Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Allah clearly said in Suratul Ma'idah...

"This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion."

Yet some people call themselves other names and construct other rules. Bad governance has been our achilles since the days of the Umayyads, Abasids until today. The Saud are much like the Umayyads and would like to maintain their corrupt leadership, this was cemented during the days of Abdulaziz al-Sa'ud and the kingdom uses its oil revenues to further its ideology.

[13]: We do not deem it correct to revolt against the Muslim rulers as long as they are Muslims, nor do we feel that revolutions bring about reconciliation.

An Islamic Revolution removed the Shah from Iran and if that wasn't done, the kufar would still be owning their country, selling pork, alcohol and encouraging what Allah SWT has forbidden.

After the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the Sa'ud monarchy, Saddam and all the corrupt leaders in the region were 'shit-ting' their pants so to speak. They turned to their helpers (America) who armed Saddam and encouraged him to wage war against the Iranians so that the revolution doesn't spread throughout the region (this was in the interests of the corrupt Arab leaders and also the Americans who rely heavily on oil from the region). They tolerated and funded this but when Saddam started acting independently and invaded Kuwait (on his way to Saudi Arabia), the face of the coalition changed and the Sa'ud and the Sabah (Kuwaiti ruling family) were working with their helper (Americans) once again, this time against another Muslim govt and the effects of that war has led (directly and indirectly) to the deaths of over 1 000 000 Iraqis.

But hey, we should give them some credit for rule no 13; it is quite a smart move and intended to keep the Saudi people docile!

Question :

I have come to know a person who follows the Salafi da’wah and I have read a book about this movement. I believe that the Salafi da’wah is correct and that those who follow it have the sound ‘aqeedah belief), but there are some matters I want to ask about

How correct is it from an Islamic point of view to use the word “Salafi†and to describe oneself in this way?

If a person says that he is a Salafi, is he praising himself? Is this considered to be dividing the ummah?

If we tell the Sufis that their madhhab is not correct, and that neither the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) or his Companions taught it, they will respond that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) or his Companions did not use the word “Salafi†either, so how should we reply to them?

Answer :

Praise be to Allaah.

We can answer this question with the following points:

Each person is obliged to follow the guidance of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his Companions. This is the way of Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah and the followers of the righteous predecessors (al-salaf al-saalih). Allaah says (interpretation of the meanings):

“Say (O Muhammad): ‘This is my way; I invite unto Allaah with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me with sure knowledge. And Glorified and Exalted be Allaah (above all that they associate as partners with Him). And I am not of the mushrikeen (polytheists… those who worship others along with Allaah or set up rivals or partners to Allaah).†[Yoosuf 12:108]

“And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers’ way, We shall keep him in the oath he has chosen, and burn him in Hell – what an evil destination!†[al-Nisa’ 4:115]

Whoever follows the way of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) belongs to the salaf al-saalih, even if the people call him something else; by the same token, whoever goes against it and deviates from the Sunnah is an innovator, even if he claims to be a Salafi.

If a person calls himself a Salafi to express his gratitude for having been guided to this way, or to clearly distinguish himself from innovation, then this is OK and is allowed in Islam. But if he says it only for the purpose of praising himself, then this is not allowed, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “… therefore justify not yourselves…†[al-Najm 53:32 – Yusuf ‘Ali’s translation]. Similarly, it is not allowed if it is said in a spirit of tribalism or sectarianism, because such attitudes are forbidden, as is clear from the following story: Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah said: “A man from the Muhaajireen shoved a man from the Ansaar from behind, so each man’s people gathered around him, saying ‘O Muhaajireen (come and help)!’ or ‘O Ansaar (come and help)!’ News of this reached the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and he said, ‘Stop this, for it is repulsive.’ Then he said, ‘What is this call of the people of jaahiliyyah? What is this call of the people of jaahiliyyah?’†(Reported by Imaam Ahmad, 14105; the hadeeth is also to be found in al-Saheehayn). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called it the call of the people of jaahiliyyah and described it as repulsive, even though the words “Ansaari†and “Muhaajiri†are Islamic words, the first referring to those who supported Allaah and His Messenger, and the second referring to those who left the land of kufr and migrated to Allaah and His Messenger. Why were they described in this manner? Because in this instance, the words were not used in a permissible fashion; the usage was a sectarian and political one that could have led to fighting between the two groups. The same applies to the word “Salafiâ€.

If the Ahl al-Sunnah and the salaf draw a line between themselves and the innovators, this is not considered to be dividing the ummah, as those who criticize the use of this word think is the case, but this distancing of oneself has to be done in accordance with the degree of bid’ah – whether it is major or minor – and should be regulated by the overall interests of the Islamic da’wah.

The Sufi claims mentioned in the question are not valid. The denunciation is not merely because of the word “Sufiâ€, which is a general word that may be applied to things approved of in Islam, such as asceticism (zuhd) and fear of Allaah, or it may be applied to innovations such as monasticism and extremism. Rather the denunciation is because of the various types of shirk, major and minor, that are connected with Sufism and its tareeqahs. The word Tasawwuf (Sufism) now refers to the Sufi tareeqahs and the kinds of innovations they have. Sufism – as is obvious from their books and how Sufis actually are – includes deviant ideas of kufr, such as hulool (incarnation or the belief that the Creator may be indwelling in His creation – exalted be Allaah above what they say), ittihaad (union) and wahdat al-wujood (pantheism or the unity of existence, which is the belief that the Creator and His creation are the same thing, and that everything in existence is Allaah – exalted be Allaah above what they say), and going to extremes in what they say about the awliya’, in addition to their innovations in the matter of acts of worship and awraad (du’aa’s).

The one who is seeking salvation has to work hard to gain beneficial knowledge and do righteous deeds, and he should avoid vain arguments and futile discussions in which there is no benefit.

We ask Allaah to help us and you to follow the truth and act upon it. May Allaah bless our Prophet Muhammad.

Rahima,

It all depends on who you ask. Look at the site islamq&a and you'll see how many fatwas they get from ibn Baz et al. This would explain why the aboveanswer was given.

Question:

According wahabis and salafis all the sects are wrong. according to other sects, salafi and wahabis are wrong, how come? why do people divide themselves into sects?

Answer:

1) It is incumbent upon every soul to live a life in harmony with the dictates of the Qur’an and Ahadeeth which are the source of our religion, Islam. In both, the Qur’an and Ahadeeth there many laws which are totally evident and understandable, but there are also those laws which require extensive knowledge and expertise to be understood. There are also many other rulings which are not found in the Qur’an and Ahadeeth and therefore requires analogy. Therefore it is imperative for one to understand the Qur’an and Ahadeeth in light of the views held by the Sahabah and their actions. It is for this reason that Nabi (S.A.W.) mentioned that “the group that follows my way and the way of my Sahabah is successful.†This group is known as the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah.

New groups and sects originate, for example, when a person is affected by the conditions in which he lives, and due to the various objections and arguments he is faced with from opposing parties he is left in doubt and confusion. He therefore studies the works of the Sahabah and Salaf-e-Saaliheen in order to combat these objections. However, he does not follow the trend laid out by the Sahabah, but instead tries to give answers based on his own conclusions and understanding. He regards this opinion of his, which is in complete contrast to that of the Salaf-e-Saaliheen, as correct and emphasizes on his point. As a result he starts criticizing the beliefs of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah. At times he abandons the teachings of the Sahabah and early Ulamaa and propagates beliefs which contradict their teachings. People gradually become affected by his ideas, thus bringing a new group into existence.

In this manner another person arises and starts to answer objections according to his speculations which contradict the teachings of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah. His beliefs are also in contradiction with that of the person formerly mentioned and he establishes a group following his conclusions. These two groups oppose one another while opposing the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah. They, therefore, attribute disbelief to all the other sects and consider it an act of reward to usurp their wealth and property.

This is one of the many ways a new group comes into being. It is possible that a group starts with the intention of doing good, but regards themselves as being flawless and everyone else as incorrect, thus deviating from the straight path.

The common aspect found within these different sects is that instead of following the Sahabah and Salaf-e-Saaliheen they rely upon their own knowledge and intelligence. They are therefore not regarded as Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah, but categorized as Ahle Bid’ah (innovators) or Ahlul Ahwaa (those who follow their desires.)

2) In your question, if the word Salafi is referring to those who follow the Sahabah and Salf-e-Saaliheen, then in that case the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah i.e. the four Imams and their followers are all Salafis. They (Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah) maintain great respect for the Sahabah and Salaf-e-Saaliheen and follow their ways. If you are, however, referring to a specific sect, then kindly inform us as to what views they maintain and in which aspects do they differ with the four Imams.

If anyone wishes to live in harmony with the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah then he/she should follow the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah and not oppose them in any aspect. By making ones own research and opposing the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah, a new group will come into being resulting in an increase in sects.

We advise you to associate with the Ulamaa of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah in your locality, rather then studying the views of other groups, and you should participate in their gatherings and do your best in doing good actions.

and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best

I don't think certain creed or Sheikh should dictate where you heading or what to believe. Everything is written in Black & White, so Somalis stop the shirk.

I never thought I would encounter Somalis who followed certain Wadad in here; given that they are more educated than that. Back home I was shocked to see the assimilation and the act of shirk performed by many. Worshipping literally certain sheekh or wadaad and like a monarchy when he died his son would replace him.

Subxana Allah, Mohamed SCW asked his people to not worship his grave or ask him to talk to Allah for their sakes, rather he said, pray for me & All the muslim Umah.

You don't need certain person to lobby for you, Let your Good deeds do the job. No one is more closer to Allah than you are. Pray and He will listen.

Rahima and anyone else who think that this group are on the SALAF path must read this artcle and compare to what Salafi-Da'awa was copying and pasting during his membership of SOL and what the sheikh said about them.

If you couldn't find the full agrement of what Sheikh said about this group and Salafi Da'wa's articles then this group are really following SALF SALAIh's path and we're wrong.

Summary of the Deviations of the Madaakhilah

by Aboo Hafs Ash-Shaamee

Source: ClearGuidance.com

The Madaakhilah are the name of a sect which ascribes itself to Salafeeyah. They are named after Rabee' bin Haadee al-Madkhalee (from the Madkhalee tribe). Just like the Ashaa'irah are named after Abul-Hasan al-Ash'aree (from the Ash'aree tribe).

They have been named other things too

Jaameeyah: named after Muhammad Amaan al-Jaamee, a scholar from Africa, who started some of the criticisms of scholars, students, and callers early on. I personally don't like this name, because Muhammad Amaan al-Jaamee is not as well known as Rabee', nor does he hold as high a place amongst the sect, nor was he as extreme as Rabee'.

Salafeeyah Jadeedah: Neo-Salafeeyah.

Jamaa'at at-Tabdee' wal-Hijrah: The group of declaring others innovators and boycotting.

Ad'iyaa' as-Salafeeyah: Salafee claimants.

Khuloof: Which means those who came after (the Salaf), in reference to the Hadeeth in Saheeh Muslim, "Then there will come Khuloof, who will say what they do not do, and do what they were not ordered, so whoever does Jihaad against them with his hand, then he is a believer...etc."

Salafeeyoo Ahl al-Walaa': Those with alliance/friendship [to the government] Salafees. This term was coined up by a group of Madaakhilah in a research paper that they wrote for the interior minister of Saudi Arabia, to help him against "the callers to revolution." The label has also been used against them by some of the scholars.

Murji'at al-'Asr: The Murji'ah of the era, due to the fact that Irjaa' runs rampand amongst their followers, although it is not their most unique trait.

I prefer to call them Madaakhilah, because the person who spread their corrupt call east and west was Rabee', May Allaah Give him what he deserves. He is also the most famous of their scholars.

As for their most unique trait (not their worst), I personally believe that to be their exaggerated and extreme understandings of Jarh and Tabdee '. Jarh is the science of disparaging narrators due to deficiency in their trustworthiness. This was practiced by the scholars so as to know from who Hadeeth can be accepted from, and from who should it be rejected. They also used it in the later generations in the sense from who can knowledge be taken from. Tabdee' is to declare someone an innovator.

This extremity is most clear in their wrong application of the principle "whoever does not declare the innovator to be an innovator then he is an innovator." So they misapply this principle as the Takfeeree groups misapply the correct principle "whoever does not declare the Kaafir to be a Kaafir then he is a Kaafir." The starting point for the average and typical Madkhalee (layman or scholar) is Sayyid Qutb. Whoever does not declare him to be an innovator, then he is an innovator. Whoever does not declare the one who abstained from Tabdee' of Sayyid, to be an innovator, then he also is an innovator, and onwards, until noone is left on the earth except the few members of their sect.

Due to their extremism, they followed the habits of Ahl al-Bida' before them, so they further divided into subsects. Those who sided with Rabee' on some issues, and those who sided with an Egyptian by the name of Abul-Hasan al-Ma'ribee. The division started over Abul-Hasan's abstaining from declaring certain individuals innovators (in addition to other things), and those who abstained from declaring Abul-Hasan an innovator was grouped with him. This includes the Jordanian Madaakhilah who claim to be students of Shaykh al-Albaanee (which has been declared a false claim, by some of those who were close to the Shaykh, such as Aboo Maalik Muhammad Ibraaheem Shaqrah, an ex-Madkhalee).

The innovations and deviance of the Madaakhilah include:

Believing that legislating manmade laws, complete abstinence from ruling by the Sharee'ah, or resisting to rule by the Sharee'ah, seeking judgement from Taaghoot, are all just minor Kufr, that do not exit the doer from the religion of Islaam, except with Istihlaal. Istihlaal is to believe his sin to be permissible. So they make the sins of major Kufr and major Shirk equal to lesser sins like adultery, drinking alcohol, etc., by placing the condition of Istihlaal on the major Kufr, which only exists as a condition for minor Kufr.

Believing that actions of the limbs are not a pillar nor condition for the existence of Eemaan for one to be ruled a Muslim. So for them one can never pray, give Zakaah, fast Ramadaah, or do Hajj, never do Wudoo', never get Tahaarah, etc., and he would still be a Muslim, who's Islaam can save him from Hellfire eventually. They would label him a sinner, as for a Kaafir, then no. So they have followed the Murji'ah of the past.

Exaggerating the concept of excuse due to ignorance with regards to the rules of this life. So for them they excuse the one who calls himself a Muslim (i.e., they judge him a Muslim), in all situations, in all issues. So for them, there is no difference between the basis of Islaam, the matters that are known from the religion by necessity, or those issues that are less apparent or obvious. There is no difference between one who was raised amongst the Muslims, or the one who was not. There is no difference between the new Muslim, and others. All of them are always Muslims, even if they fall into many types of obvious Kufr and Shirk, because of the "possibility" of ignorance. This confusion amonst them also applies to the issue of Ta'weel (misinterpretation) by which (for example) they excuse many of the rulers who have pronounced their Istihlaal of their legislating manmade laws.

Believing that major Walaa' (alliance/friendship) with the Kuffaar is not major Kufr, unless the person internalizes a Kufr intention, such as wishing to aid the religion of Kufr, or to destroy Allaah's Religion, etc. So if one were to lead the crusade against Islaam, head it, support it by wealth and blood, he would still be a Muslim, until he pronounces the internalized intentions of Kufr. So they do not make the act itself Kufr, until this innovated condition is proven.

Believing that Jihaad cannot be Fard 'Ayn upon the whole Ummah. Also, related to Jihaad, is believing that Jihaad is not permissible without an Islaamic state whose Imaam directs it. Believing Jihaad to be forbidden without the permission of the Imaam. All of this is regarding defensive Jihaad.

Labelling those who do Takfeer of the apostate rulers and their soldiers to be Khawaarij or Takfeerees. They prohibit Khurooj against these apostate rulers, due to the fact that they rule them to be Muslims. If they rule some of them to be Kuffaar, they still prohibit it due to the fact it is not led by an Imaam (head of Muslim state).

Belittling the importance of awareness of current affairs and events, saying that such is only for the rulers and scholars, and that the laymen have no need for such. This foolish idea leads many laymen to believe the rulers in their lands to be Muslims, because they are unaware of the Kufr that he practices. So these laymen sometimes end up sacrificing themselves for the apostate ruler by being his sincere servants and slaves.

Testing people on their positions regarding certain individuals they have labelled innovators. If the person agrees with them regarding their Tabdee' then he is befriended, if not, he is taken as an enemy and belittled. The individuals they test people by, many times are labelled innovators based upon some of the above misunderstandings. Testing people on their positions regarding certain individuals they have labelled innovators. They ask Fulaan at the Masjid giving a lecture, what do you think of 'Azzaam? He says he is good, then they consider him an innovator, or hold him suspicious.

They blindly follow the official government scholars on their stances towards their governments and politics. So if the government scholars say peace with the Jews is fine in Palestine, the Madaakhilah parrot his words. Note: Not all government scholars are Madaakhilah, but the Madaakhilah blindly follow them in politics. Example, Ibn Baaz or Ibn 'Uthaymeen are not Madaakhilah, although they might possibly have some branches of the Madkhalee fundamentals, but the Madaakhilah blindly follow their opinions that are related to politics.

Holding a few people to be scholars in what they call "Manhaj." Noone else can be questioned on these "Manhaj" issues. These "Manhaj" doctors include Rabee', 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree, etc. They follow them blindly in issues of Jarh and Tabdee'.

The Madaakhilah tend to have a supportive position of the Saudi apostate regime, although they are supportive of most of the apostate regimes in general. But due to the fact that some of them do do Takfeer of some of these regimes (Syria, Libya, etc.), they always are in agreement in praising and supporting the Saudi regime by heart and soul.

They are very quick and easy in declaring people to be innovators, even over issues which are not innovation, rather from the best of Islaam! Like Jihaad. As for things that are indeed innovation, if one falls into them, they prohibit reading or praising anything that person wrote. For example, Sayyid Qutb had innovations, but so did many many scholars of the past and present, who Ahl as-Sunnah, as well as the Madaakhilah, both quote, such as Ibn Hazm, an-Nawawee, Ibn Hajr, etc. Yet they absolutely prohibit to treat the books of Sayyid Qutb, or others like him in the same respect.

Due to the fact that they hold many of these apostate rulers to be legit Muslims rulers/governments, and those who revolt against them to be rebellious Khawaarij bandits, they permit allying and befriending the apostate governments, even if that ends up in aiding these apostates against a Muslim. This is probably the worst of the Madaakhilah's crimes (for those who hold this position) since it is apostasy, the apostasy of Mudhaaharah (helping the Mushrikeen against the Muslims).

In the end, they tend to take positions that are favorable for Islaam's enemies, harsh against the Muslims, mimmicking the Khawaarij in their "killing of Islaam's people, leaving the idol-worshippers."

Plus this from: Shaikh Ibnul-Ghunayman

Shaikh Ibnul-Ghunayman on the Madkhali Salafis

by Shaikh Ibnul-Ghunayman

Source: Lecture "Desires and Its Effect in Causing Differences"

I say that from the effects of the deeds of these individuals is that it has confused the thoughts of many of the youth. As a result some youth have gone astray from the path of guidance and has begun to follow what those who criticise others (who have stood in the path of da'wah and have blocked the path of Allah) draw up for him.

As a result some of those who criticise have caused a great gap between the youth and the scholars and caused them great misgivings which has led the youth to stay away from the scholars.

Some of these youth have begun to categorise the people due to what they hear from these people that so and so is from the Ikhwan because he talks to or visits or sits with a person from the Ikhwan or that so and so is from the Surooris or from the sycophants and such.

The amazing thing is that they imagine that in that they are applying the manhaj of al-jarh wat-ta'deel. In reality, they have adopted in this [activity] ignorant leaders, who have gone astray and led others astray.

It is upon a Muslim to fear Allah regarding himself and regarding to those poor souls who are no more than a fourth or a tenth of the learned

AL-QARADAWI’S POSITION TOWARDS THE INFIDELS

Al-Qaradawi has layed to waste and caused to die the creed of loyalty and disownment (al-walaa al-baraa) with respect to the Kuffaar.

He said about the Christians, "Then all of the affairs are shared between us since we are the sons of a single land, our destination is the same and our Ummah is one. I say about them, ‘Our Christian brothers’ and some people reject this from me and say how can I say that they are our Christian brothers? [Allaah says] "Verily the Believers are but a single brotherhood". Yes, we are believers and they are believers from another angle". (Programme for Sharee’ah and Life, in the lecture Non-Muslims in Light of the Sharee’ah, dated 12/10/97 in Qunaat.) And the lectures and books of this man are replete with this theme, such as what occurs in his book ‘Fataawaa al-Mu’aasarah’, ‘al-Khasaa’is al-Aammah lil-Islaam’ and Malaamih al-Mujta’ma’ al-Muslim’. Likewise, he also fills many of his da’wah programmes with this theme as is well known.

He also said in the same gathering, "the Copts (Christians) have offered thousands of "martyrs" (shuhadaa)…".

He also said, "There is no harm in a Muslim having love and intimacy (muwaddah) with non-Muslim". (Non-Muslims in an Islamic Society, p.68). He has also said this in the aforementioned programme and also in some of his other books. Compare this with the saying of Allaah, the Most High, "You will not find anyone who believes in Allaah and the Last day showing friendship for those who resist and oppose Allaah and His Messenger, even if they be their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred…" (Al-Mujadilah 58:22)

He said, "The enmity that is between us and the Jews is for the sake of land only, not for the sake of the religion…". (al-Ummah al-Islaamiyyah Haqeeqah, Laa Wahm, p.70). He also corroborated this in his programme, ‘as-Siraa’ Bain al-Muslimeen wal-Yahood’.

He also said concerning the saying of Allaah the Most High, "You will indeed find the most severe in their enmity towards those who believe to be the Jews and the Pagans…" that this is in relation to the circumstances during the era of the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) and is not in relation to the current times. (In the programme, Ash-Sharee’ah wal-Hayaat).

He also used the last part of the verse to justify closeness to the Christians in the current times. (In the lesson entitled, Non-Muslims in the Shade of the Islamic Sharee’ah, which was in the programme, Ash-Sharee’ah wal-Hayaat).

He also affirmed in many places that Islaam – as he claims – reveres the revealed religions. (In the lesson entitled, Deen ul-Bashaa’ir wal-Mubashshiraat, which was in the programme, Ash-Sharee’ah wal-Hayaat, dated 24/1/1999).

And he stated that the adherents of other religions are like the Muslims, due to them is what is due to the Muslims, and upon them is what is upon the Muslims. (Islaam and Secularism, p. 101). He has mentioned this in many of his other lectures and programmes.

And he claims that Jihaad is for the purpose of defending all of the religions not just for Islaam alone. (In the lesson entitled, State Relations, which was in the programme, Ash-Sharee’ah wal-Hayaat).

He also made it permissible to give congratulations to the Infidels on their days of celebration. (In the lesson entitled, Non-Muslims in the Shade of the Islamic Sharee’ah, which was in the programme, Ash-Sharee’ah wal-Hayaat).

^^^^ there is no need to pick the answer out of the context, i am sure qardawi is more knowledgable than all of us, and he had his evidence when he said it, but in order to understand it, you need to hear what question was he asked. the question about muslims and non-muslims i listened to him and he uses surat al-mumtahinah where Allah says that he doesn't forbid muslims to be kind and just to non-muslims who did not fight with them.so as i said he had his evidence. you do not agree with him fine, but be fair and cut and paste the whole thing not just few lines.

Exactly Sis, you picked from my Mouth as they say. and this HALF STATEMENT is one of the bad tricks of this group (MUTASALIFAH), they always use what the schollars called: "So woe to the praying ones" without saying "Who are unmindful of their prayers".

In this case Ukhti Muslimah has Shown us what the Sheikh QARADAWI say about the NON-HOSTILE kufars without showing us what he said the HOSTILE ones particullarly ISRAELS in PALESTINE and AMERICAN in IRAQ etc.

If she has shown us we will get the two side of the coin, butr as i said this policy is one of thgeir most favoured policies because they misguided many short minded MUSLIMS and recruited some of blind and sick hearted people.

Wheather she denies or not she does most of what Sheikh Qaradawi said in his fatwas (Regarding NON-HOSTILE kufars) because i suppose she lives one of the Non-Muslim countries.

Therefore this group are one of those WHO SAYING WHAT ARE THEY NOT DOING, but Sheikh QARADAWI is teaching us how we should we differe between HOSTILE and NON-HOSTILE kuffars and that's exactly what the QURAN learns us b4 1425 years ago.

I think that this non muslim guy is more reliable than UKHTI MUSLIMAH and her group, where she copied from her article.

Furthermore, she knows (if she lives in London)how Ken Livingstone (Mayor of London) suffered because his welcome to London

Ken Livingstone’s Fateful Error

Simon A. Waldman- Wednesday 16th Feb 2005

Ken Livingstone’s refusal to acknowledge that he was wrong to welcome the extremist Muslim cleric Dr Yusuf al-Qaradawi in July 2004 is a demonstration of his disregard to the concerns some of London’s diverse communities.

Livingstone was presented with a 214-page dossier compiled by the LCC, a group comprised of 13 groups such as the Board of Deputies for British Jews, the Hindu Forum of Britain and the gay rights group Outrage! Outlined was evidence to support their opposition to Livingstone’s red carpet treatment to the suicide bombing advocator, women’s rights suppressor, anti-gay adherent of the militant Wuhhabi interpretation of Islam advocated by al-Qaradawi, a “moderate†in Livingstone’s eyes.

The LCC gave evidence in their dossier of some of al-Qaradawi’s venomous remarks and positions. He refused to condemn the beheading of Nicholas Berg by militants in Iraq, described homosexuality as an “abdominal practice†and “a disease†whose offenders should be put to death to “maintain the purity of Islamic societyâ€. The cleric used his authority in Islamic theology to give his seal of approval for suicide bombers in Israel who target Israeli civilians, and gave his support to the actions of the terrorist group Hamas. He condoned practices of female circumcision and okayed domestic abuse but “in no case should he resort to using a stick… that might cause pain or injuryâ€. More recently, Livingstone’s favorite cleric commented, as reported in The Times and the BBC on 11 January, that the victims of the Asian tsunami deserved to die.

In response the mayor compiled his own dossier that went to great lengths to portray al-Qaradawi as a moderate excusing comments advocating the oppression of women, homophobia and his support for suicide bombings in Israel, dismissing the fact that al- Qaradawi’s suspected ties with terrorist groups led to the cleric’s entry to the United States to be denied. The dossier failed to acknowledge that al-Qaradawi preaches extremism usually when addressing an Arab audience, but moderates his venom when speaking to the west.

But the icing on the cake, the big fat cherry on top was Livingstone’s fantastical claims that the LCC had been duped by a “Zionist front organizationâ€. He was referring to the Arabic translation service MEMRI, which was cited in the dossier. In the section entitled “A ‘case’ built on inaccurate ‘evidence’†Livingstone argues that the translation service of MEMRI was particularly relied on. Not true. Only 14 of the 95 citations of the LCC’s dossier were from MEMRI. Livingstone’s attack on the MEMRI organization stands on shaky grounds. He cites critiques by bipartisan observers whose works appear on websites that identify staunchly with Palestinian and radical left stances. Used was an Email debate that featured on the Guardian Unlimited website between MEMRI’s co-founder Yigal Carmon and Brian Whitaker, the Guardian’s Middle East editor.

Livingstone should take note that Yigal Carmon chastised Whitaker for only finding a fault in one of MEMRI’s thousands of translations plus an omission of the location of an author in another translation. Big deal, the occasional misinterpretation or omission of words can happen in the work of a translator. It was noted that Carmon regularly appears on the Arabic news network Al-Jazeera and that MEMRI has been praised by many journalists and academics for offering a reliable, in depth translation and analysis of the media in the Middle East.

No doubt this must strike fear into the hearts of Islamic fundamentalists and their apologists and, of course, Red Ken himself.

Livingstone argued, possibly out of ignorance or more probably out of desperation to save his image, that the critics of his meeting with al-Qaradawi were advocators of an “Islamic Conspiracy†theory and were “caught up by a Zionist front organizationâ€. This could not be a more apt example of what has been called of late the ‘new anti-Semitism’ or ‘Judeophopbia’, the belief that there is a sinister plot coming from those who sympathize or identify with the Jewish state of Israel and that Jews, using their power, using their state, conspire against Islam. It is ironic that the mayor’s attempt to defend a radical Islamic preacher is filled with Judeophobic rhetoric, that a “Zionist front organization†has duped the LCC and fooled some of the world’s leading journalists and commentators into thinking that Dr Yusuf al-Qaradawi is not a moderate.

Remember, I really didn't want to answer her, because almost everybody knows Sheikh QARDAWI and his POSITION on HOSTILE KUFFARS, but you (Bilan) encouraged me to do so.
