^$30M? Thats a balooned figure. And if that figure is actually true, This even emboldens Raila Amollo's & ODM's stand that the economic growth PNU has been touting,was only for the elite. Because,really,it really isnt visible. 65% of Kenyans live below the poverty line. And i mean,dirt poor.
