  1. Say these three phrases often and you'll live happily ever after:

    1) I'm sorry.

    2) I love you.

    3) Yes dear.

Say them in the morning, afternoon and at night. When one doesn't work, throw in the other two quickly. Say them in rapid succession if necessary. Don't argue either. And if you must, end with one of the phrases above. I know it's hard but trust me, there's no other way to have peace of mind.

True. But the Somali way has always been: run, fly, fall, whine.

Seriously though, I've always been anti-Somaliland for it meant that Somalia would never be as I remember it. That's bogus. Even if Somalia were to be further divided into 3 or more countries, just having peace and a normal life are worth the price. Come on, I'd rather have many successful states than one big failed mess.

Not a problem. I was just giving the brother what he deserved. Admiration. It's easy for us to say this picture is doctored since the hours and discipline that goes into it, as you mentioned, is often beyond our comprehension. It is for me.

And guys can say other guys are hot without being gay, no?

  4. Tony, eh? Very funny indeed.

A not-in-our-name campaign is quite disingenuous, I believe. Do all Somalis condemn the bombings in London? I doubt it. They may not be outright terrorist sympathizers but could see the death of british citizens as justifiable. So a better a campaign slogan would be not-in-many-of-our-names.

Also, the SCG folk are opportunists who are trying to get on the good side of the UK government for recognition, grants and such. If only they could write a decent proposal for one (unlikely with their 2nd grade grammar.)

My uncle who lives on the high road in Wembley sports a nice Taleban beard. I'm sure he's not having the easiest of time. The easiest way for the government to control and manipulate the public is by divide and conquer. Make everyone suspicious of everyone else. Get rid of civil liberties. Force voters to vote for draconian laws. Stop the mass movement of assylum seekers in England, etc., etc. It's a beautiful system. But do keep your head up. Educate those around you. And most of all, remember that this too shall pass.

How do the London nomads feel about this?

I'm not a London nomad, but I'll tell you how I feel about this. It stinks. I'm travelling to Egypt in October and while shopping for an airline ticket, the agent kept telling me about all the good cheap routes through Europe. Paris, London, Frankfurt, she would tell me. I specifically declined them all. I am, instead, paying more to travel further via Turkey to get to Egypt. I refuse to be manhandled by racist, ignorant and trigger happy European officials. With my short temper and loud mouth, I would'nt even make it to detention. I would be shot 8 times right at the airport.

  7. Let's see how the fair UK justice system handles this. Two of the three men who dragged James Byrd Jr. to his death were sentenced to death. The third, serving a life sentence, will probably be killed in prison by the legion of black men put away there. An eye for an eye will not make us all blind. It will, however, get the sons of b!tches who did this.

Have no fear dear, your budonkadonk must meet stringent standards of dimensions and performance for it to even register.

And I have never been lured by a budonkadonk. I was abducted and kept hostage by some, however. :D

So Femme, you're not much of a fatale are you if all it took was a measly welfare check? Are you sure there was no budonkadonk involved? I find this to be very bizarre. Please, do tell more.

Xoogsade, I'm not sure it's appropriate to bring up personal details of people on SOL. But since you brought it up, who's the boyfriend snatcher? How did she snatch him (what did she use as bait)? Either tell the whole thing or tell nothing. :D
