Let's see what his blue print says about Tigray region, the Somali has been an easy prey. Our divisions are exploitable. Just look at SOL.
-
And then you went to the rails. Xaaji, The enemies are clear. We must be clear it is naïve to think Somalis will get any good deal from any entity in Addis. The very nature of Ethiopian existence is those in power oppresses everyone else. Different groups and clans in Somali-Galbeed need to come together and have a coherent strategy.

Oodweyne, I understand if you are saying Yeey and Madoobe didn't have the proverbial balls to do their own fighting but I was objecting to the very idea that Somali movements or entities didn't seek or continue to seek foreign support at the expense of their people and country. Suldaanka, We will be going in circles but we can agree without the vital blow (USC), the Somali State [may not Siyad Barre] would have remained in tact.

Djibouti statement on Cheeseman's visit to Asmara
Che -Guevara replied to Suldaanka's topic in Politics
To be honest, it's not clear what Farmaajo and co got from this trip? The man and his advisors (if he has anyone) are clueless bunch. And while Gheelle is definitely despot, it made no sense to put him and by extension his country on the spot. And it is worthy mentioning the current rapid change in the Horn is not benefiting and will not benefit Somalis for two simple reasons, Somalis are unprepared and they have no real power. And importantly, the powers to be and their surrogates would honestly like to see Somalis disappear. -
That's big of you to admit you sought the help and worked for the enemy. I don't defend any Somali working with enemy state but I will not be lectured by a hypocrite with deep-seated hatred. Oodweyne, Welcome back horta. You and I have been through this before. I am assuming this Ducaale character was referring to Yeey (2006) which I have staunchly opposed and I have been accused by many including you of supporting terrorists when I say Al-Shabab war against Ethiopians and Yeey was legitimate despite their madness. It got Ethiopia to leave my hometown. Now about this other business, Ethiopia has been enemy of the Somali people and every clan movement including SNM sought their support in dismantling the Somali State. Can I imagine how any clan movement can accuse others of treachery when they themselves were supported by the enemy. And going to USC, despite your self-congrulatory notes, the Somali State will not haven fallen without them.

In what world, do you think staging war from enemy territory and accepting to be under colonial hegemony is not betrayal? LOL, okay. Heh@**** boy, do you have a thing for boys or were you spanked by one?

Suldaanka, Let's run with that logic. The Derg trained and armed SNM and gave them camps where they can launch attacks against the Somali State. Perhaps, we should be credit the Derg then?
-
LOL The last I remember I saw no SNM militia doing any fighting in Mogadishu in 1991 and I was in Mogadishu. One can only credit for what they did and let's not get emotional about it.

SAUDI ARABIA PLANNED TO INVADE QATAR LAST SUMMER. REX TILLERSON’S EFFORTS TO STOP IT MAY HAVE COST HIM HIS JOB.

It's confirmed a suicide attack. According to Harun Maruf, one of the dead is a former Hisbul Islam member, their finance chief. It is a safe to assume he was the target.

A binding Peace Agreement signed in Ceel Afwayn

Let's hope they accept and respect the outcome. -
Xaaji, I don't trust any of them. Americans are actually getting ready to start direct talks with the Taliban. They are finally accepting the Taliban can't be defeated. Qatar is better positioned to host those talks.
