  11. The money for Qardho was directly handed to Pland Government and the money for Beledweynte including the one from Jabouti was handed over to Hirshabele Government. And while the donations from Sland are appreciated, there's nothing unique, every Somali from Puntland, Mogadishu, and diaspora have donated money and material. So, let's not go and politicize this. What Somali governments including regional governments are guilty of is the lack of planning and infrastructure to stop these recurring floods.
