To be blunt, I would not want the Somali capital to be close to any town dominated by D, H, or I blocks. Baraawe seems to be gaining some consensus. Otherwise, move it to Baydhabo whose citizens are reasonable and pro dowladnimo. -

Considering their linguistic and cultural connection with Somalis, Sidama, and Afars along with other nations within the Horn, Oromos are not recent migrants. They are part and parcel of the Horn. If anything, it is Amharas and Tigrean [Sabeans] who are new to the region. Habeshas are mixed themselves with a lot of Oromo influx.
