    I don't think so considering everyone is forced to endorse the September agreement. Remember, Pland, Jland, and opposition were demanding him not to be involved in the election process, fire all security heads, and dissolve the parliament. Their real goal was to stop his candidacy. Why should resign now since he is part of process. He will be forced to resign if he opposes this new initiative.
