    Roble could do that without rocking the fragile institutions. It is a criminal matter, not a political one.

    It is not really about Farmajo. Rooble could have managed the process better by giving the NISA leadership enough time to address Ikran's case. Instead, he did the Somali thing and jump gun. Farmajo just appointed Fahad as the national security adviser. If Roble's intention was to kick Fahad to the curb, he failed. The whole thing was unnecessary.
