  1. It looks very interesting...but how can one get an invitation?
  2. Some of us will marry, others will die and the rest will stay broke, unemployed for many years to come.
  3. ^^Waryaa Nuune, war aniga waxaa la igu lagday waa jilcanaanta aan dumarka u jilicsanahay. Soow maadan maqlin markii ninka raga ah la amaanayo in lagu sifeeyo, "ninka raga ah waa kan ay naagtiisu ka adagtahay." Wuxuu yiri Sayidkii, "Iska keey dil, maandhoow, duul kalaa iiga kaa sii daran e." Marka waxaan leeyahay, ha iska keey lagdaan, especially Cara. For the open record...I still like Cara, though there is a difficult task to proslytizing her...

Johnny, and the problem of that is: doqon iyo dumar ninkeey lagdaan kama kacaan. Maahmaadaas anigoon waligeey maqlin baa maalin waxaan shopping u kexeeyay Islaamo dhowr ah oo rabay iney kasoo adeegtaan dukaan magaaladda banaankeeda ku yaalo. Waxay i heysteen ugu yaraan 6 saacadood, anigoo meesha alwaax ku noqday, oo yaaban ayey kasoo baxeen dukaankii, oo kadibna dhaheen, "eedo, dukaan kale ayaan sii mareynaa hadana ee noo dulqaado." And I laughed, concealing my seeping frustrations and she added, "Eedo, waxaa la yiri: Doqon iyo dumar ninkeey lagdaan (oo yacni ka adkaadaan) intaba kama kacaan." Does the word dumar equate doqonnimo, I wonder?
  5. ^^I hear you awoowe. Kill the sattelites so that we can get away with all the doable crimes, Inshallah. Laakiin Ngongoow, been hadaan la isku sheegeyn, meeshaan qalanjo ma joogto, adeer.

What do you think, Ngonge? Shall I jump for the "better looking" or I wait till the "great looking" and more dazzling one emerges somewhere here?

She, almost cryingly said, 'walaaloow gabdhaha Soomaalida waxaad iga gaarsiisaan ineey nin Somali ah guursadaan. Ninkan ajnabiga ah wuxuu iga gooyey my friends, family and ehelkeygoo dhan. Magacaa jir, waxaan ku mooday inaad intaas dhaanto, Jamaalow! By the way, a powerful short story there.
  8. A&T walee waala hayaa maanta. Su'aasha uu Zink weydiiay aniguba wey igu jirtay....tollow muxuu ku jawaabi doonaa A&T! Laakiin waxaan qirayaa inuu xariif yahay, kun jeer ka xariifsan Ngonge markeey timaado dumar iyo shukaansigooda. Waxaan kala garan la'ahay labadooda midka la yiri dumarka wuu u heesaa had iyo jeer. Horta darinta aan dhinac kasoo fariistee, dulucda doodu maxay tahay?
  9. ^^The conditional welcome, I sing with you, yaa Faarax-brown. In privite, I will welcome you, in public I will smile at you! The arrival of these new girls will definately create a friction with the old inventory we had in this place. I will settle with the old ones, despite their hard-headedness and stylish-arrogancy, i.e. "suuro." By the way, am about to develop a feeling for one of the greatest Gaanjabo in the history of SOL. In other words, I am digging my own graveyard by falling for that girl that used to love me once! Pray for me, first, then I will welcome you, Eedo!
  10. Somebody should propose to my beautiful Cara, Sheh and the rest of qalanjooyin here before we're taken to court for negligence!
  11. Mabruuk Val. Aroos kheyr qaba, inshallah, wiil iyo caano, gabar iyo caano. I think it will help if Val give us some clarifications as to the validity of Ngonge's news. I like to avoid, as Faarax-Brown said, the fictional tales of my friend, Ngonge. But I still hope the best for my sister Val, even if this is another exercise of unbecoming predictions about Val's marriage.
  12. Originally posted by Abtigiis & Tolka: Dear Naden, (1) The search for where we came from and how we become what we are today(which I think is the essence of evolutionary theories) is tantamount to an expensive research launched by an adult man who wants to know the details of what happened the night he was sired. Among the reasrch questions will be: -Was the mother on top that particular evening - Did the event took place in the sitting room or in the bedroom - What are the chances that he( the offspring) would have been a She, had he been concieved at the third shot and not at the first round as his null hypothesis said What I am trying to say there (and please don't mind the cheeky nature of the analogy) is that I fee l the discussion on evolution is trivial and has little practical relevance in our lives today. It is really inconsequential to the life of the adult above to know how he came about and while the exercise of knowing this fact might be enchanting, the end result adds little value. As such, little do I read about Darwin et al. The fact that I don't know much about this subject doesn't mean I play second fiddle to you in other areas. For example, I know Enrique Iglasias is going to be the replacement for Javier Mascherano in the Argentine soccer team that is struggling to qualify. I know Antonio Banderas is the new coach of the Basque side Osasuna. I know Craig Bellamy is the distant relative of Lakhdar Ballomy of Algeria. (2) Look at some of your reasoning in your attempt to prove the theories of evolution are more sound than the decalrations of Holy texts. You said: In 1998, he did a turnabout and published a book called 'My Father Adam' where he contends that Adam, the first creature, may NOT be Adam, the nabi, mentioned in the Quran.....I read the book when it came out and it is very thin on science. And there is a strong suspicion that a seminal part is lifted directly from a more learned Syrian scholar. Nonetheless, Shaheen essentially agrees that present man evolved from 'less-formed' series of ancestors. . Now, tell me how is this going to prove anything. You didn't say what truth the said daaci-turned-Darwin man stumbled upon!!! It is not enough proof of the validity of the evolution theories that one man who was religious turned away from what he used to believe in. It is like me telling you that Yusuf Islam (Cat Steven) was a non-believer, but finally found the light and hence Islam is the true path. Isn't it? You again said: Since we share nearly 95% of our DNA with present day chimpanzees, is it so far fetched that we would have a common ancestor? There is evidence of the genus, Homo, across several continents, and it is thought to have branched off from a common ancestor approximately 5-7 million years ago. Again, it is 'it is thought' blah blah. Who thought? This sounds like George Charamba's column on the sunday herald here where he makes outrageous references to ghostly analysts who 'thought' that Morgan Tsvangari's move to join the inclusive government is a plot hatched up by the colonial West to undermine the Third Chimuranga (liberation). Not that there is a problem in the assertion by itself, but the analogy with Naden here is that both are referring to one side of the debate to sell their points. Well, Naden, It is also thought that since no one knows the common ancestor you are alluding to, it must be GOD! How about that for a reply to your outrageous nonesense!!!!! (3) There is no harm in you trying to impart knowledge on what you know and what you say is no doubt fascinating, but to throw at us as facts proven beyond reasonable doubt is a bit too insulting to our intelligene, if you can concede we have any. This Abtigiis & Tolka has some compelling points for Ethiests to contemplate. Will they listen, I ask?
  13. ehehehe@ibti, Oh, I spared my jester with a married woman when I wanted to delight a single girl with my offer. Ibti, I wonder in Paradise if a woman is allowed to have more than one? If yes, I would urge you to come there and experience what we are allowed in this world, hopefully minus the headache we have of dealing four maryooleey at a time. By the way, girls chew xajo-buufis when they want to flirt with guys, at least in Somalia. Its called the silent gesture of shukaansi and we can only respond with a nice wink, one eye at a time.

I buy you a pair of black Hijab, couple high-heels, several bulukaati, big Ookiyaale and a pack of xajo-buufis!! Now, will you marry me, Eedo?
  15. I am sure that woman is better than some of us who are still singles and have yet to venture into that road leading to marriage. War ka kaca meesha, oo hala guursado; at least we can multiply our population to catch up with Ethiopia and rest of other adversaries. But one way to do that is to marry more than one wife, minimum 3 at a time may help. Our girls should embrace that policy in just several years and chill out with the maseer!
  16. Ibtisam, Only if you could ommit the word Arab from your statement...I will send you $40 through the remittance system so that you will praise the tribe of our prophet, the good Arabs. This reimbursement is meant to reverse your application of the Arab word. I approve this message! Alle-ubaahne
  17. Jaceylboro, thanks awoowe, for the warm welcome. I like this place, but am trying to avoid the addiction that comes with it by visiting here every once in a while. I missed jaqjaqdii iyo murankii badnaa, including Val's constant PM. Val still loves me, but I love Shaharsade for some reasons. That girl is just mysterious, not to mention her weird attitude. I am thinking of inaan madiido ku aqriyo, for I exhausted all the other options to win her hearts and minds. Or I shall give up, saaxiib...what do you think, aabihii jaceylka?
  18. Juxa, Ar sorry, abaayo. I wouldn't know if it wasn't these boards. Ilaahow u naxariiso hooyadaa, aamiin. Waan ka xumahay runtii, Ilaahey ha u naxariisto iyada iyo intii muslim ah. Innaa lilaahi wa innaa ileyhi raajicuun. We're all going there, one at a time, for sure!
  19. How come there is no sheikh among the list of candidates? Whoever designed this should face a penalty of being the Munkar promoter with 70 lashes, including several rounds of waterboarding!
  20. This place is brimming with so many women...don't they have a section for women? I am complaining because am reading on these boards things that I wasn't supposed to read. Oh, I forgot, may be it is time when the ratio of women overlaps men for several girls per one guy. But in such sheer numbers, we mostly see them online....just like we see NGONGE everyday. Now, don't jump on me, gabdho...I just wanted to insult NGONGE in a permissible way! Ciid Mubaarak Ngonge and the rest of you SOlers!!
  21. It is also true that women have difficulties for appreciating to their husbands...sometimes totally ungrateful for everything that has been done for her only because her husband errs at one point. Obeying your husband brings to you Paradise in the same way it brings to us by pleasing our mothers. Now, let's recipricate the stuff! lol
  22. ^^Where do you live, sister Caraweelo? I am just currious and then I can vent out my own views on this topic. Tangis, AU
  23. I wonder if the poster of this topic is a single? What made her write this? Does she wear Hijab? Is she between the ages of 25 and 30? Please, let me get some answers before I accept your appreciation for being a great man, in fact, am the greatest man here, Ilaah ayaa weyn oo waaxid ahe!
  24. Faarax-Brawn, Salaan culus abti. How's life in there, MN? I love that place for some reasons. I like the idea of living in the middle of a densily populated Somali neighborhood, with pretty girls running around everywhere and seeing humble shiekhs walking down the road with several kids so hyper in their eyes and the sheer noise of the place and typical Faarax-brawn's style homeboys chilling in the corner and smoking, wishing I was al-shabaab so that I can beat the hell out of them!
  25. Girls must know how to cook well, no compromise. And if she doesn't, she should blame hooyadeed. In other words, nothing is wrong with a guy who doesn't know how to cook even a pot of tea. Therefore, we must rely on them, so that they can kill us easily if they want to mix the food with poison for us. But at the time, we should blame us and die as gentlemen!
