  1. I think it would be a boost for bahrain's economy if Good old Jacko opened the next Neveraland In the middle east, heck loads of folks would have visisted there for the heck of visiting Jacko's daily Entertainment facilities as far as his future molesting preys are concerned, there would be plenty available, provided the country of orgin dont protest it, if the native country is welcoming enough taking in to consideration his past history, I doubt they would give a damn about what he does behind close doors....besides good old middle eastern coutries are known for being typical hpyocritics cheers

  5. I dont see why it comes as a big surprise to seeing somalis living in different parts of the world, since the globe is no more than a village now adays. I remember meeting a Lady in her mid 20's from seychelles while being in transit at an airport few years back, who said that her granfather was of Somali orgin who travelled from the middle east ( Yemen) back in the old days, sometime after world war 2, She said that He was a sea man who happened to stop over in seychelles, who forunately settled there and happened to marry from the locals. I dont know of many of You have seen how seychelles locals might look like, but they happen to have the fusion of africans/asians mixture, with a strong european flavour ethinicty of french decent.....and she was even aware of what region her grandfather's fore fathers were from!...I found that part the most amazing......she said that her grandfather lived in yemen for a while, neverthless, he was from the Warsengali tribe........that my friends was the icing on the cake......... eventhough she was a 1/4 somali she knew her fore fathers orgins So ever since then, I am not surprised to where ever we somalis might be located at on the face of this earth cheers PS I heard from a friend of Mind that there is this somali chick that has been posted on a job in south amarica on a humantirian work in peru
  6. Waxaan is iri Isreal iyo palestine plight mal mahaan shaqa weyn baan ka dhiganay.....anyway Even before Ahmadineejad's apocalyptic phrase had passed in to the world's headlines, Iran's apparent persuit of nuclear weapons and reluctance to respond to american threats or EU dimplomacy were feulling a growing sense of crisis in the gulf. If I am not mistaken, late Ayatullah Khumani regarded as the spritual Father of the Iranian Nation, previously described isreal as a Virus for which the only solution was a complete "annihilation" and such believes were also shared by Rafsanjani eventhough he was viewed as a relative moderate, who also qouted that Iran developing Nuclear weapons were desirable because they would provide a means of destroying Isreal. It seems that within Iranian society, verbal attacks on Isreal helps to shore up the rulling regime's domestic base. Sincerely speaking though, many Iranians have a profound and genuine sympathy for the palestinians plight but the geagraphic distance of Iran from the occupied territories makes the issue an abstract one for most. Alas, despite widespread disaffection in the Middle east, Iran's effort in this area have been entirely unsuccessful. If I recall it right, during the Iraq-Iran war, most Arab-Muslims rallied to the side of Saddam Hussien rather than the Mullahs of Iran. The conflict came to be seen as an Arab-persian fight rather than a Muslim-Secular one. So may be its about time Iran saved up all its energy from being pro palestine, as its own brethen(Arabs) has abandon them for years and focus more on progressing on usable nuclear devices in the near future. Iran might be capable of inflicting fear and disruption on Isreal, but its far from being capable of erasing Isreal from the face of this earth(map). By contrast, Isreal could destroy all of Iran's major cities today in a heart beat if it chose to. It has an undeclared nuclear arsenal thought to contain hundreds of warheads along with planes and missles necessary to deliver them to their Targets. A more sane and seasoned leader would have been aware of his remarks would serve little purpose beyond providing ammunition to hawkish elements in the West cheers
  7. Isn't this haram? Where are the Sharia ppl when you need them? Foxy, edab yeelo...don't bring such thoughts to our xalimos. We love them as they are, they're God's chosen women. 8. ^^^ Now before you gasp in horror...miss "im so fit and high off endorphins:... .... I see You have already labelled me What i need from you is a good way to detox myself of all cancer causing subsitutes and red dye # 5 i injested today...and have been for the last month. ...lols I see U have a thing or 2 for sweet snacks.. Here is a thing or two I know about Detox dear.. If its your first time trying a detox, it is best to start with a gentle cleanse. Unfortunately most people think of detox as withdrawal from substance abuse (like alcohol and any form of Class A drugs), but actually it is much more. Detoxing can target the different organ systems involved in detoxification: the skin, liver, kidneys, bowel health etc. Which inturn leads to improved energy and vitality in unsuring your digestive system is functioning at its best and stays healthy, hence encouraging you to make changes on a long-term basis to ones diet. The simplest detox that I know of personally is taking a 360 degree turn away from your normal daily diet, meaning quiting or going cold turkey on all junk food for atleast 2 weeks. No more eating meat(red or white) ,candys or drinking coffee, processed foods, animal products and sugar...etc While embracing the fact that You will be living on vegetables and fruits, herbal dietary supplement( there are tons on the market, but ones that are "Detox & Cleanse" seem to be a good pick) while drinking atleast 2 litres of water, As water is an important component of any cleansing programme. Plus exercise plan to help you sweat those bad toxins out of your skin in the process of detoxing........would over all give Your body a Thumbs up excellent detoxification Its not an easy task .....I hope that helps Good luck PS They say "Detoxing for women is benefitial if done 1 to 3 times a year for general health improvement and prevention from harmfull toxins. cheers
  9. Hey there Ladies We all would like to adopt wonderful habits and ways to reduce anxiety, agitation and stress and promote relaxation, calm and peace within ourselves. most techniques known around take practice, and most require some commitment on your part to achieve results. However, the results are well worth any effort, as a calm and relaxed body and mind are less prone to health issues than an agitated body and mind. Building a delightful daily habits' into our lives would an added bonus with our ongoing daily struggles from dawn to dusk, which in turn would give you a buzz, recharges you and places you in the now" For most, it might a walk in a near by park/garden, or may be a relaxing bath everyday after work/UNi/school or may be reading a book or may be tunning on to your Favourite show on TV( even though that is far from relaxing).. Bottom line is, Taking time just for You and putting yourself first is something many women have trouble doing, but when you do you are perfecting the moment. We have no control of the past or future, but we can control the here and now. This is where we have choices..... So what are the valuable habits that You are using in an effort to control stressfull life and managing a busy life?.........Let the sharing began..... As for me exercise is my one method of reducing stress and promoting relaxation that comes handy. Offcourse there are others but not all managable due to time contrains, Even though a friend of mine is insisting I Embrace Yoga since its beneficial for the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and reduction of stress, I doubt I would be trying it in the near future... PS: adopting definte relaxing habits frees you up to be creative and spontaneous in other areas of live cheers

  12. Lols Another contraversatial topic Its hard to steer away from these kind of topics now adays, its everywhere, headlines like "The biological clock is ticking like a time bomb, eventhough its a very old story it still gets used and abused like there is no tomorrow, yet you see and read about how Most women are capable and don't need any help to hear its ticking, women in their 30's giving birth to their babies for the first time and starting a family. They've finally reached a point in their career and in their relationship where their income is stable and they're comfortable enough with their job to not feel threatened by having to take a short maternity leave or maybe a 1 year maternity with 3 0r 6 months paid leave. The rate of first babies for women in their 30s and 40s has quadrupled since 1970. The rate for women first giving birth in their 20s has dropped by 33%. Bottom line is making a sane choice, Money, babies, career security... weighing out what matters most to you! cheers

  16. ^^^ Love as a concept is very alien to most somalis. Actually I disagree for most Somali songs are about love, usually unrequited love but nonetheless it's not an alien concept. Most Somalis know of and feel this emotion but from what I seen, they are usually incapable of expressing it publicly. ^^^ True to that, to most somalis its form of weakness to express feelings or emotions when it comes to the 4 letter word are concerned.... Every human being feels emotion. Emotion being Love, Hate, and everything in between. To express love, we make "space and time for love. If we focus our energy on one thing - there may be no space for other things, or at least no space without conflict. While most of us do not understand love or why we bother fall in love if sooner or later we fall out of love, we still do understand familiarity and comfort surrounding love and its immediate impact on our lives. I am sure There are people in our lives which are important to us, mainly because We are comfortable around them and familiar with them....Bottom line, love is about giving and recieving without expectation or hestiation...... Its believed that love is one of the strongest emotions we might experience in our life time ( apart from Grieving for loved ones). To say the least, You need the Passion for physical attraction,Intimacy for bonding and closeness and last but not least the committment whether it be short term for the time being or long-term aspect in which you decide to commit to a long-term relationship..... cheers

Dude smoke till ur lungs pass out, it all up to ur will, we are just same lame *** nomands on the net, i doubt none of our advive would make a mere change to ur choice on whether U give up or not. Af far as I am concerened, U can smoke till hell horns the bell, its of personal choice, which I am here to judge, infact I recommend cuban cigars instaed of this shit U inhale, atleast those are classics.... cheers PS go hard out on what U choose to smoke out,,,,
  20. ...I just want to tone my shape a bit. I've been watching what I eat, especially for those ymmmmmy sanbuus/malawax, and I think i have made my peace with them. Hey dear Choc & honey... I will tally up a group of exercises that would cater to ur body type and would work best for U should U give me some more info and what we are loooking at, measuremnt wise, height and body structure!!!! U dont have to publish this in public rooms, i do understand their is a level of privacy covered to it... cheers PS should U require toning up exercises please do mention so.....cheers once again
  21. Walee waa Yaab, Such above topic wax madaxa laga qabsadow buu istaahilaa, to see for at this time what sort of crowd it attracts, Its utterly discusting and one sided view for one to even discuss such topic in complete openness as it replies are relentess.....whether one is religious or not we all know that....FGM is a social custom, not a religious prof choice, it is the usual practice, shame on them..........damn on them for those who endorse such activities or even condone such actions..... cheers PS they should be hanged
  22. War Bal Kaalay, Rahima and Rokko hadaad isku Xaafad tahiin, dee meelaha isku wareysta...lol just kiddin ee waa bilaa fair dinkum, war reer kaola land yaa naga qabta..... from NSW to Victory to now God Knows lil tuulos U ppl know better off.....soon walee darwin/perth/tasmania side streets baan soo tirin....already looking to the local street maps available....naga qaleeya yaaaqi anyway, Dear choc and Honey so i had to hit da gym. anyhoo, but right now am falling off track once more. and i dont know what to do. so ladies help!! [Frown] I must say this, even though the thought of it becoming sort of a repetion might be a complete turn off, its up To U and Only U to set a gaol and steps to want to lose body fat/tone up or excess weight that are hanging by the edges be it during ramadan corner or after its....Its on how serious or real U are about it........and one must set those goals relastically i.e U need to do more exercise/cardio, skip that sanbuuse/some fried bur or what have U, U are about to ingest or better off skip the whole nine yards of such foods..... As far as I can see, its not whether U exercise when U break Ur iftar, but more to do on how well balanced You are, when it comes to comsuming certain food items and what exercises U are opting to do and for how long, taking in to consideration You are in a fasting mode for more than 8-10 hours( depending on what region U are), which would inturn, help your weight loss system provided it was intregraded with some simple cardio and resistance weight training with out a fuzz........its like being on a low carb diet with maximuim training involved....if only......... U/any1 would have been the next noami Campbel... Now, as shahz said, eat less after U break yr fast preferable fruits, for 4 days of the week, and go for hard on cardio, which will inturn boost your metabolic rate so that the rest of the night, you will be still burning off more calories as U Go....This means Putting all your energy and increasing your intensity in ur cardio to the max, meaning it will get u puffing, sweating and huffing like there is no 2morrow to reach maximuim heart rate optimuim and make sure this lasts atleast 30-45 min.......it might like a hill to climb, but busting your butt will in time return on a favourable investment of a fab body..... cheers PS dont totally ovoid the weight training, even if its ones a week on upper/ lower body, weight training will help U burn fat in the long run
  23. BY Brown War Gabdhaha ka xishoo, nin weyn baa tahaye. Matter of fact, am challenging you to bring 1 Xan & Cay in Aero's 3000 posts. It’s a challenge. Go on indulge yourself. I am sorry to say this, but some ppl in here U cant challenge them in any thing, since they are reer seef labood by the second, they would have already labelled You with a capital Letter, before U have shared your piece of logical/rational arguement unless otherwise You were related to superman and You could hit them back with a super power come back.. cheers

  25. I am and will insure myself and those close to me any time of the day, its normal way of life.....whether or not one accepts.....its only logical for one to insure its vualable worth whether its tangible or intangible..... Cause You never know when another kathrine will hit the suface!!!!!so might as well be insured to the max and whats the deal with having tons of kidds!Children's welfare will improve as there are fewer of them to care for. Some say that their religious or political belief system needs more members to make the world a better place, but there's no guarantee that offspring will follow the traditions of their parents. In fact, just the opposite seems to be the norm in modern societies. bottom line is,Two is better than four, and one is twice as good as two, taking in to Consideration the future world we are creating for future generations, cheers
