Another leak is stating the results are much better than they initially expected. The fact remains this is the first ever well drilled and it's results are so good it bodes well for the rest of the project.

The Chinese model of replacing generations of leaders every decade I think would work well. Vitality and new ideas are what's is missing from the current Somali leadership.

Stoic. Abdiweli is the only Somali leader in History to have such high level of education. He has degrees in Developmental economics and Public administration all very relevant to Somalia. Much ado about nothing. Abdiweli has proven to be a safe pair of hands for Somalia. He has articulated a fine vision and we need more like him from every region in our next government. That would go along way to transforming the nation. I met the TFG defense minister in Minneapolis a few weeks back and was impressed by him. Compared to the foolishness of the past decades, these men/women should be given a chance.

Two points here. The Somali's in the ****** region, Western Somalia or Somali State what ever you call it deserve better. They need to develop their region, their human capacity and the long wars have not achieved that. The fact the world has changed politically also means we need as people to also change our political stance. The more development, the better economy the likelier that we can achieve our long dream. As for the singers and dancers, it's all for money. These folks and I mean most Somali fanaans and specially those in the big urban Diaspora will sing for anyone who gives them money. They would sing for Natenyahu if he came and in Somali as well.

I think he deserves to run. Like Qandalawi stated, he was a breath of fresh air and one who did good things while in office.
