Xiinfanin the only reason why Ethiopia doesn’t fully recognize Somaliland is if they do so , they will lose the Big influences they have In Somaliland. This seems oke for them. For now Somalia not having a functional government puntland basically being An Ethiopian province keeping the Irhaabis at bay , Have a good relationship with the rep of somaliland.
