    They retreated to the area north of Goojacade and between Xudun. Somaliland forces advantage was the positions it had in Maraaga and Goojacade overseeing the city once that was lost, it was easy to overrun them because the Khaatumo forces + plus allied Hiil walal that attacked this morning were more numerous. Right now fighting is happening in Adhicadeeye too, it was a multi front operation. We shall see where it ends.

    Many POWS ba la keenay Las Anod some injured badly. Dagaalka uu sheegayo gamechanger mar hore dhacay xalayto ila saka.  Saka was a surprise attack it took Somaliland forces by surprise  intay hurdeen.

    Nothing is worse than premature celebration  it's still early morning .   Considering the close distance between maraaga and goojacade, They can't hold that position by the end of the Day.    

     

    Somaliland forces are only good at bombarding the city from Goojacade but aside from that they have no military  advantage over the Khaatumo forces face to face as seen in this morning.

    That is true they are trying to prolong Muse Bihi stay but it won't work. Oofwareen does not believe in Tanasuul like Cirro.

    That depends on two things the west side of the road and the north of city called (dhoodiga) all the way to Xudun area that is where they usually transfer their wounded then down to the main road in Oog. If all that is blocked then it would work.

    First of all there shouldn't be many civilians in Las Anod they should have been evacuated to nearby towns. Secondly they should have mined the main road from west,              destroy bridges etc at the start to make it harder for the enemy to move equipments. Thirdly with so many armed forces with technicals they should have been sent to           missions in say  Qorilugud and Caynaba to draw out the Muse Bihi forces.All that is just basic military strategies nothing sophisticated. Look at the Gacanlibaax                         forces  for example they took out 30 Muse Bihi forces in one day without losing a single soldier.The motto is work smarter not harder.

    Whether Somaliland is recognized or not, the people see themselves as part of a country called Somaliland. How do you undo 30 years of instilling the idea of Somaliland.

    That is why I said it will take work to deprogram half a million youth if not more (G36) however in the last past 7 years the   likes of Liban Samatalis and others have been doing that work. So now a lot of G36 youth only care about G36 interests  first rest is secondary hence why there a lot of youth make up of the Gacanlibaax forces.

    War was forced on reer SSC and I support them because they were wronged. Muse Biixi is a quintessential warlord and he could have spared the North a lot of hurt.

    I hope the boys in Gacan Libaax understand the man they are confronting and what is at stake. A habro on habro war will be far more painful.  The North or for that matter all Somalis can't afford another war.

    Reer SSC's goals are now clear. What GRXJ's goals? They seem to be all over the place.

     

    Of course they know what Muse Bihi is hence why the likes of Oof Wareen replaced Cirro. You can't fight diplomacy with fire but fire with fire. However ideologically reer SSC are more united on their path,  with the G36 they still have some work to    do to eradicate the "Isaaqism" virus first from their midst. Then it is a walk in the park considering G36 are like 5x bigger in population than reer SSC, more manpower, more money. Only weakness is they are not 100% ideologically united.

    End goal isn't elections for them as that won't change the  current failed system much but definitely their own state in the long-term that will protect their community interests for good.When their leader (Oof Wareen) attacked  Dabargoyaale and took over the Halo trust  NGO cars, he told them to leave Oodweyne district and they did no one missed them since    they didn't even employ the locals so no loss. So that gave a hint what   their long-term goals is.

    Not much influence it is mainly youth led revolution. I wouldn't say they want civil war as a first choice but if provoked as seen in the latest clashes they are ready to smoke whoever comes their way. Basically they are willing to take decisive decisions unlike the older generation who prefer "tanasuul" and other nonsense that wasted time.

    Wake up and smell the coffee it will just result in another  30 + pro Muse Bihi people getting one way ticket. The days of Sidhi and unarmed protestors is over. Unlike reer Las Anod we won't show mercy even to your civilians as we live in the same cities that means there is no escape even for civilians that are pro Muse Bihi.
