For all this people screaming "aid" back in 2010 there was aid so why was the budget of Somaliland $40 million? It has nothing to do with aid, but the increase of revenues generated and a better managed tax system.

$30 million is not good enough for a large landmass area the size of Puntland. There is many projects that need to be done in Bari, Nugaal and North Mudug on top of budget for the security.

There is a tax collection system but there is nothing much to tax, Puntland doesn't have farms, its once thriving Bosaso port has diminished because of the remergence of the south where some of the business people flocked. As a fellow Sanaagian I somewhat agree with Baargaal. Both Cabdi Cawar and Ina Bureeqa(Siilaanyo) need to stop inciting instability in Sanaag.
