^^ They are part of Puntland. They are (for obvious reasons) not from the exact sub clan as Dr Cawke. They got Sphoist to finally comment on a politics topic. If Aaliyah should come and make a comment too, I will be 100% sure.

Dr Cowke. Don't be a coward and post the name of the person in Paltalk who gave you this information. Tonight, I am going to Paltalk and I am going to a Puntland room to tell them that Dr Cowke (previously Osman NZ) has been accusing the D clan people (and one particular paltalk user) of organising bombings in Bosaso. Stuff and nonsense. You make a person laugh where laughter is the last thing needed.

^^ PM iigo sheeg.

^^ Adigu it seems like you woke up this morning and put your airhead masar on. I was clearly taking the micky there, dammit.

Depends on the job really. If you're applying for a job as an Imam in a mosque, it would help your case no end if you happened to mention you are Muslim too.

^^ Horta don't bite my head off, young lady. You don't want to see me angry. I pour sticky oil on white hijabs when I'm angry you know. But it is pointless because it works on 'ifs' and 'buts'. Lets assume a hundred people took part in this poll of yours. Judging by the reactions of the past couple of days, lets assume that 70% will vote 'hell yes'. Of that 70%, how many will do it if the person taking part in such fraud was a family member? How many will do it if it were a good friend? How many will do it if the person doing it had a real sob story involving debts, loan sharks, dying relatives in Somalia and a million other tear inducing tales that would soften the hardest Somali heart? Of those voting 'no', how many will be doing it out of bravado, going against the grain or simply out of support for such fraudulent practices? So, you see, this poll is not likely to give us any solid results. It is as pointless as a poll judging the blinding handsomeness of the gap in my front teeth (with o la la being the top answer of course).

A pointless thread.

On this one the woman's guilt has been proven and nobody could defend a criminal. On the other story, you and many others went on to construct an entire case while armed with very few facts. It's not a surprise that some felt like defending the other family.

Actullay, Bob, the English press rate Drogba highly but pick on him because of his attitude and constant diving (in the old days). They also rate strikers on goals scored (which is why Defoe is suddenly considered the best of the best). Torres, despite being injured for most of the season, is only one goal behind Defoe! Drogba gives a team more options and that is why I would choose him ahead of Torres (for now). As for Arsenal, they would have lost even if Drogba and Esian were not playing. Chelsea have great subs, saaxib.

It was very shortsighted then and shortsighted now. Cut your BS..you're probably not even a Somalilander. And you can prove you are one? At least he carries a 'familiar' name.

^^ I know that, badow yaho. Kids make up their own rules about things. Ibti, trick them all and bag the old man yourself. He need not agree to the marriage. He just has to nod.

Heh@Norf..my son woke up this morning and went running to the window. 'it's the first of december' he shouted 'it is supposed to snow'. He was not happy at all when he couldn't find any snow. Juxa, that long story you wrote probably only made sense to Ibti. Do you always get random people calling you like that?

^^ You see irony where there is none, dear. GJ is laughing at the French man's shock and hinting at the fact that France may actually be worse than Switzerland. That much, I can see. But I am struggling to spot any irony. On a serious note, the two issues cannot be compared. On the one hand, the Swiss government opposes the idea of a ban but is restricted by its own laws from doing anything to stop it. On the other, the French government simply banned all religious symbols from its schools. It had a logic that no matter how much you and I would disagree with would still stand up to scrutiny. The Swiss issue follows no discernable logic. One government insists on its secular traditions and bans school kids from wearing any religious symbols whilst another talks of Islamic conquests and the power of the minaret! The French minster is correct in calling it intolerance and condemning the Swiss. To his mind, to French Policy and to the way the French sold their Hijab (religious symbols) ban this is amateurish and intolerant.

I know a family exactly like that one. They get three members of their family to send them money each month and they're living like kings back in Somalia through Cabdi & Xalimos hard earned cash. In fact, one of them is even rumoured to be a qat addict. When told about the story, Ibti shook her head and said: "On a postive side maybe it will stimulate debate...." (this seems to be her catch phrase for the week).

Abu Dhabi stock market suffers worst losses in history

Dont build castles in the sky is more apt for this situation, all those silly building projects were a waste of time. Abu Dhabi was ALWAYS in control anyway. This changes nothing in the relationship, saaxib. After all, Sheikh Mo is the prime minster of the UAE (and not just the ruler of Dubai). You truly need to understand the intricate relationship between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, saaxib. -
No irony that I could see.

^^ Don't forget petrol prices at $75 per barrel. This is bad but not as bad as what happened to the rest of the world in 2008. -
So the bank blocked my card because they thought I was making some unusual transactions. What unusual transactions? I hear you ask. It turns out that I have been using only the same two cash machines for the past few weeks. I have also been withdrawing very small amounts on every occasion (£20 or £30). While talking to the 'Card Services' woman, I could tell from the sound of her voice that she thought I was a boring saddo. For security reasons, she had to ask me about the last ten withdrawals I made, you see. She told me the date, time and amount and I had to tell her which cash machine I used. She sounded disappointed each time I got the cash machine right (it was a choice of two after all). I, on the other hand, was really excited every time I got the answer right (even though it was a choice of two and her telling me the time made it easier). She finally accepted that it was me who made all those transactions and agreed to lift the block. But she gave me this beautifully disguised barb as she ended the call: "I am lifting the block but you will probably have to wait ten minutes before it comes into effect. Then again, I need not worry. You'll probably use the card on your way home from work, wont you?" I am as predictable as the London rain.

Wash your mouth with a two-for-one shampoo and conditioner, Lily. We, pervy married men, would never be seen dead in Tescos.
