Ayoub, walaal, those are some good points, but it's actually better to believe in something than be a atheist (someone who's got no religion at all) i think that's what i heard. And not only the catholics turned away from god, all the other 'religions' did basically, but then there is that interesting link with the muslims too, how many categories did it divide in, we got the sunni, the shi'it and so many more. True, there is no other religion like islam, but still within ourselves we are divided and then we still comment on other ppl.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i think that what khayr is trying to say (and i say 'i think') is that we should tolerate other religions, even if those don't want to be muslims, because everyone in their way thinks that their religion is the best one and if you show that tolerance people are more likely to follow you up, so if we prejudice people against that, then the problem will not be resolved. It's very easy to call people kuffars but it's a bit hypocrytical when so many muslim's are not even fully practising their diin...think about it. If they dont wanna be muslims then fine, they should have their diin we got ours, case closed. As long as there is no interference. However, if you feel prejudiced then you should do something about it then. So i kinda agree with Khayr and i think he made some relvant points, all you gotta do is look at it more closely and think about the meaning behind it rather than rushing to conclusions immediately...i mean come on why would he want to be praising the Catholis church or be standing up for it :rolleyes:

Well Sadam is at long last caught, and faces a public trial in Iraq, the question however is should he or should he not get the death penalty and so yes, by whom? By the american's or the Iraqi people? Personally i think that Sadam is a scumbag and should be wiped away off the face of the earth, what he did to his own people was just disgusting. BUT if he is gonna get a trial then the people of iraq should be doing it, they should be the ones to capture him, to put him on trial, to reach a verdict...etc, and those american scumbags should not interfere. thanx MMA for sharing your view brotha...i dont wear a jilbaab nor a hijaab...why? simply because i dont feel ready for it and if i did go and wear it i know i wouldn't carry it with the whole heartedly feeling i should, but insha allah in due time i hope i will. But however, that doesnt mean that i bear myself or walk around half naked ignoring all the other core issues of the islam, i do wear my skirts, i try most of the time to avoid tightbearing clothes. So coming back to the question...I don't really think it is necessary to wear a jilbaab because you can look the same; i.e. covered up in a hijaab and cabaya...or a casual skirt and shirt . But to all the girls women wearing it that is great as well.
