C&H, eat food, and forget all this measuring Vit, fat, protein, iyo wax kale. Forget exercise, tarwiix is exercise, I can hardly move after tarwiix!! Just relax and eat food. (fruits iyo waxas wa iska biyo really,) P.s. Your stomach shrinks basically and gets use to not eating food, and if at break ur fast u don’t eat anything it keeps shrinking and then ur body will enter starvation mode and start eating its own fat, then after that you will be cold all the time and hair will grow on your body as it struggles to protect itself. In the meanwhile you would want to eat less and less and when u do eat you will get full more easily. THAT is the other extreme of eating. OVER eating is no good and under eating is no good. For energy dates is best, have 9 dates with milk for suhur and agains lots of dates when breaking ur fast. Chocolates, engery drinks and cakes or sugar are only short term fix while dates can last.
