  1. Ya Allah how many times I have to repeat my self here!! socod, brother I will explain this! Stop emotionsls here!I will try to break it down for you! It's clear these guys did not charge stealing crime here,They been changed which are known as crimes against society or state (FASAD FILL AL-ARATH) in the Quran. A form of punishment is stated for these crimes. "There are four types of punishment for this crime. To kill (killing in an inhuman way) or crucifying -stoning to death is the punishment for this crime . For treason, stoning to death also. The other two forms of punishment are, (this depends on the type of crime committed and so on), amputation of a hand and a foot or is to cut off a hand and a foot of the criminal! Finally, banishment from their hometown". All of these types of punishment, the option is given to the judge, what punishment fits for what type crime . Therefore, the law allowes the Judge in every case to be judged individually and according to every community standard under the civil law allowed in every community provided how are heinous! And this is not against the Share'a Law if you understand it this way. Salam
  2. ^^ Mocalimu, yes I drive Grand Jeep 2005 , go university , work part time in the court! I think I answered you questions!. Phanta, Listen Don't loose your temper here! What I said was " It's fair since the law was there and justice took place in the court" The Judge did not break any Law but the 6 guys were criminals and get what they deserved accourting to the Law! If I was their lawyer I couldn't do any thing for them but as a Lawyer I would be Divel's Advocate ...that is my Job! But I don't make a law .I protect the Law!! Any thing you said about my personality ...I ignored..sorry I don't want to get personal here!! Salam
  3. LOOL@Rayah O Sakeenah!! I don't care who is loosing his patient or not! The fact the death plenty isn't harsh at all .They should know that. For the person who asked me what robbery armed means.. they robbed taxi drivers with knives and that what we call robbery armed and horrified the peaceful citizens!!Saudi Arabia doing a great services for Moslims all over the world , provides the peace and secure...what you were expecting from them more than what they doing, they doing for your sake and muslims whom come for Haj?No! Duke, Thanks but not the case I was born and bred in Arabian Gulf but I know our law more than them! That is our country and our Law . If you guys like it stay with respect or leave or face the justice system. No one gonna change the Law cause of bunch of homeless people!! PS;I feel my people, I do try to teach them , enlight them about the Law of the country but all Somalis are just like you here, they think they can do whatever they want cause they are Somalis and people will feel sorry for them!! Salam
  4. ^^True, They break country's Law and expect people will host them!! Aqli African wallahi!! Salam
  5. Phanta, I am not Arabian princess, I am just showing otherside of the story dear! That is up them if they believe Arabs are monesters or not. Arabs never been a good example of Islam and wont be in near future. Somalis have high expectation from Arabs as sister FF put it and I fully understand it But we are not Evils walking on the Earth. FF, wasn't for you.Acually you are only reaonable person here Salam
  6. ^^For all these who are crying for these people; The few years I am dealing with courts and law where I live thought me not to be so emotional like most of you here. I would leave with this Quote: “Justice? - You get justice in the next world, in this world you have the law.†When, There is a law written says : "The death penalty is meted out for murder, rape, apostasy, armed robbery and drug trafficking." You should know it before you do ****** things. These guys were punished under "armed robbery" Law which is death plenty!! Judges don't make Law they follow the Law of the country!! Salam
  7. ^^ Please understand what I am talking about! There is Law whatever you think is fair or not! should be respected. The topic is not whatever is fair to you or not. There was a court and a judge decided to be beheaded accourding facts he got front of him. If I knew the details I would understanded it more! And please don't make it this Law in Saudi Arabia is selective for Somalis as you putting it. No one hates Somalis and taking advantage of situation in Somalia!! Don't expect people conmdom cause they are Somalis when I know Somalis break all laws on the Heaven and Earth!! Silent, appology accepeted brother. sky.african, thanks for the Dua. Salam
  8. Why shut up now? Be sad as much as you want but the fact they were deserved dear!! I say it again, they should know the law of the country before they do this! and yes they destroyed their country.. Saudi Arabia not Somali..There is owners whom protect their country not punch of criminals in Somalia!! Bad law better than lawless! Somalia and Somalis have no respect for the Law and they want to mess every where they go!! I don't care Saudi goverment but I am advocating the Law I study. Law is to protect you ! We need law whatever you like it or not and we should follow it instead complaining about it! Salam
  9. The ministry statement said the menwere put to death for "sowing corruption in the land and damaging security". You guys are blind by hate or you can think??!! These guys not changed stealing crime but "swing cruption in the land and damaging security". For God's sake, this is their land and their law was there before you been there. Follow people's rules or don't go there! You choose!! Mcalimuu or whatever your name is , rape happened in somalia too cause the victims were from wrong clan... duuuh!!! Bad people are every where not exclusive in Saudi Arabia!! Salam
  10. I am sorry whatever problems you have with Saudi Goverment but these guys are charged under crime which we call in our Islamic court "Fasad fill Arath", which are known as crimes against society or state in the Quraan not robbing crime! There are different types of punishment for this crime (Fasad fill Arth). For example: to kill (killing in an inhuman way-that what they been charged here!) or stoning to death is the punishment for this crime and other forms of punishment (this depends on the type of crime committed and so on)The option is given to the judge, what punishment fits for what type crime. So don't just jump up and down cause they are Somalis, Law is for all, doesn't matter if they are your people or not!! PS:The artical did not give details, if there was details I would know under what law they been charged. I will try to get some details and explain it insha Allah. Salam
  11. ^^They deserved! they destroyed their country and want to destroy other's countries!! rudy, hold your horses dear these men were gangs! read this! April 4, 2005 1:05 PM Saudi Arabia executes six Somalis RIYADH (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia has executed a gang of six Somali men convicted of abducting and robbingtaxi drivers in the Red Sea port of Jeddah. The six men had lured taxi drivers to a remote spot where they hit them and threatened them with knives beforerobbing them and taking their cars, the Interior Ministry said in a statement on Monday. The punishment appeared severe even by the strict code of Islamic sharia law practiced in conservative SaudiArabia, which calls for the amputation of the right hand for theft. Execution is usually reserved for murderers, drug traffickers and rapists. The ministry statement said the menwere put to death for "sowing corruption in the land and damaging security". Jeddah residents say growing numbers of illegal African immigrants, who are either smuggled across the RedSea or overstay after coming for the Muslim Haj pilgrimage, have triggered a sharp increase in crime in the city. Monday's executions, which are usually carried out in public by beheading, brought to at least 36 the number ofpeople executed in Saudi Arabia so far this year -- already one more than the number of recorded executions lastyear. Source Ya akhi, Jaddah not Mogadisho!! Salam
