Most of candidates do have proxies, that are responsible selling seats, after every round. After first round , everything becomes fuzzy and most of the power is with the proxy, not even the candidate ,The proxy can even move the votes to NOT where the candidate who lost wanted, but highest bidder. That is why it is extremely unpredictable after first round. I have great discussion someone involved in last election , and who was very involved in moving votes.

Number 1. achievement is the financial reform, Bailey did a great work working with International financial institutions, no more caagle, ghost army, everything that goes in and out is accounted for. Number 2, stopping international meddling, tried, with some success. Under CULUSOW, every SIRDOON had an office in VILLA Somalia. In the end, I think the negative far outweighs the positive, because of so many missed opportunities, The biggest challenge which is there for the next leader is taming these opportunistic leaders in Mogadishu and Regional leaders, without authority over them, they will again sabotage the next leader

Hope they do the right, and forgot Deni who has bigger ambitions, using PL as ladder, while at same time completely abandoned his duties in PL. The parliament cannot do anything yet, the useless gudoomiye is in Denni's pocket
