  3. Nice try, white beard.....so now Sheikh Shariff is responsible for the crimes commited by Afweyne, Crimes that were commited on all Somalis by the way. I bet when he reads the ayah..." No soul bears the burden of another" he believes this doesn't apply to the South Somalis. [That no laden one shall bear another's load (Quran 53:38) ]
  4. ElPunto;794337 wrote: Carafaat - It depends on your perspective. Somaliland official policy and many in that entity wish to secede in any way possible without talking to any other Somali entity. That door has been closed. The reality is that many Somalilanders don't see themselves as part of Somalia. They go to pains to disassociate themselves internally and externally. It's not surprising then that a development which attempts to strengthen and reconstitute the rest of Somalia may be seen as negative in the quest for international recognition for Somaliland based on the chaos in the south. You got finger on the pulse there, Old Boy!!

Caynabo is a small village. Buhodle is the largest city in cayn region and owned by Khaatumo people. Your somaliland clan militia attacked it 9 times over the last year. Each time killed innocent civilians. As well as widhwidh, buhodle, kalshale, hagoogane, maygaagle, kalabaydh, laascaanod, ceerigaabo, lasqoray, taleex, xudun, awrbogeys, hadaaftim, jiidaale, jidbaale, boocame, buurawadal, saxdheer, karindabeelweyn, yagoori, adhicadeeye, gumeeys and more. 8. What Were Somalilands Key Achievements from the London Conference.? In this Conferencem "SL" was told to go and build prisons to hold pirates from South and East Somalia and that any if they wanted to get recognition as an "Independent Republic" then the road to independence goes through.... Mogadishu. So next time "SL" runs to the "International community" and asks for recognition, they will be directed to Xamar, where the representive of Buuhodle will be @ :rolleyes:Now the "enclave crew" will come here and say the sky is black for all they like, but we know what the reality is.
  9. First of all the meeting will not be in Mogadishu, but, it will held, preferably in western world. And, secondly, international community will be doing the refereeing job in here. And, thirdly, by the time, Somalia is ready to sit with us and "clarify" our position with them (as that London Conference have had it) we believe, we have put this Khaatumo-seeg into bed by then. - Oodweyne It doesn't matter who referees is, or where the venue will be, you have to remember any future recognition of "SL" will be happening only after the consent of Mogadishu authorities. :D And no, Khatumo has not been put to bed, "SL" will be representing the " triangles towns" and KS will be sending it's federal MP's to Mogadishu to be part of the Interim gov/Federal gov "
  10. I see Khatumo state as poltical waterloo for the "breakway enclave", just imagine a representive from Buhoodle in Mogadishu government listening to reasons why the separatist should go there own separate way. Rolf...and especally when "SL" interjects and says "what about the colonial borders."...ha ha ha.
  11. Somaliland may have not been coerced into going back into the Union but, in all other fronts, the signs look very promising. 15. NGONGE;794174 wrote: Bah. I sometimes like to mingle with the ordinary people and have a bit of banter, adeer. Ha o bixin. Though the play with words that you're having there matters. It sets two distinct sides (TFG/Somali government V Somaliland). Last week, the world did not recognise (at least openly) that such a distinction existed. This here (future, clarify or relations aside) sets a clear precedent and tells all sides (but mostly YOU) how things stand. The world is saying to you that they'll ban the charcoal, they'll increase the AMISOM numbers, they'll help with ending the transition but when it comes to SL they will only help in the dialogu to clarify future relations. Again, last week your argument was that the world does not recognise SL's case but today it is spelt out clearly to you and all the naysayers. The conference yesterday, allowed SL to be and focused on the problems of Somalia (south). It is time for all Somali unionists to change their tune, the old trick is not working. What's was spelt out clear was that there was no recognition for the "breakway region"...and now you have to carry the burden for the problem from the southern regions, something you have been adamant that you wont do. All I have been hearing for the past 10 years is that you have nothing to do with south, and here you're been asked to build prisons for pirates from from South and East Somalia ...I called it earlier reverse unification. The only distinction between the Northern Region and Southern region is that there is peace in the North. This idea that you are some sort of "Sovereign Republic" is just a pipedream from too many night in a mafrish, sahib. P.s This is what Hillary Clinton said in her Press Conference...""We also believe in a unified Somalia...Our own country has 50 states" lol 15:36 Landers are only people who will still remain in denial even if reality slapped them in the face.
  16. "Clarify future relation"... You can play all the semantics you want, but your current relation is Macaruf. P.s I'm dissapointed in you Ngonge, i expected to have this sort of debate with Freedom or Hermit!
  17. " Future relation between Somaliland and Somalia" means the world still recognises SL as a Somali region and any future "breakway" will have to be a mutual one ie agreed by Mogadishu. The "enclave crew" should start living in the real world, i had from someone earlier that PM Cameron told the world to open their embassies in Hargeisa...where did he say that? lool
  18. Lander, there was no "independence"....what you did was put the cart infront of the Donkey, and now you will have to come to terms to the fact that the world recognises you as a region in Somalia. You can keep pretending otherwise but that's the reality.
  19. I told Oodweyne a week before the conference that the London meeting will be about doubling the AMISON troops, Somaliland being told to build prisons to hold Pirates from the rest of Somalia and any breakway from Somalia by SL will have to be approved by Mogadishu. Oodweyne response was he is happy to be in "LEGAL LIMBO".... Ha ha ha...
  20. Carafat, People who claim Mogadishu now are rulal people who gate crashed a city and stripped it and sold for scrap, the gov should return stolen property to it's right full owners special from "somaliland" if we want to maitain a "United Somalia" I also don't believe any somali citizen can be denied rights in any town or city in Somalia, I hope we free somalis from clan territorial claims in the next 2 generations. P.s Mogadishu runs all of Somalia, it shouldn't suffer from complexes.....plus if you own a home in Mogadishu, then Xamar is your home.
  21. The Hermet;791509 wrote: ^^^ i see old hatreds die hard. Somalia belongs to its people, Mugdisho belongs to its people and its people are led by the elders. As is custom in Somali affairs the tribal elders have enormous political and social weight. That is why even in this imaginary constitution of yours you copy the Somaliland model and attempt to establish a house of elders. Why??? if they arent so important would anyone do this. lets not kidd ourselves Somalia will never be able to function as a state because like i stated it has to many different groups with different interests and power politics at play, when you remove the khatumo's of this world there are only a few real players in this game. The elders have rejected for a number of reasons one of them being they dont trust Garowe or anything that comes out from there considering the history. Had the same constitution been written in Somaliland i would have been different entirely lets not kidd ourselves. So i will repeat to my Mugdisho comrades. The future of the Somali people, race and ever lasting peace rests on a two state conclusion. Two brother states one ruled from Mugdisho a centralised state, the largest somali city, and the other Hargaisa the second largest somali city from somaliland. Hermet, quit with your clan solutions, you're starting to sound like these old farts...
  22. Ms Aliya, ignore the waffle from our resident waffler, Oodweyne..."Somaliland" will be signing a document that has the t's and i's dotted in which they will be asked to contribute by building prisons to hold parites from the rest of Somalia. This is what I call reverse unification of Somalia by the British...
