With regard to Somalia, have we ever known anything but tribal/regional autonomy (prior to the Barre era)? What many need to recognise is that Somalia has a better chance of working with a certain amount of regional autonomy. Are there any disadvantages?
  3. At least it doesnt only happen in Africa.

  7. Ngonge, I'm remind of when I was younger and would accidently kick the ball into the garden of our next door neighbour but one. The guy used to have an Eagle. It was always in his house and whenever he brought it out it was strapped to his arm. This didn't stop me from making sure the ball didn't go into that garden

  15. LoL@Sat Nav. Well you can get the train upto Chesterfield or Sheffield (from St Pancras) and connect to Bakewell. Or you can drive there but it will obviously involve getting on a motorway Go before it gets too cold. Needless to say best time to go is in the spring.

  17. Not long to go now. The UN is proving to be contraditing itself. One minute it's pushing for a resolution and the next they don't have the troops to send to Somalia as part of that same resolution. If anything fails it won't be because of the Somalis and especially the ARS.
