  1. LoL Ninyaaban - haa sxb .. in badan ayaa anigoo yar la igu xuux-siiyey... Dhag dheer dhimatee roobow imoow lol.. How about this little folk song Child: ----Waraaboow inteed baridaa? Dhurwaa:---Ihii hii LoL very entertaining isn't it sxb?
  2. Nin Yaaban, sxb there is no need for force or anything of that sort. Qof weliba-iyo ikhtiyaarkiisa ayaa horey loo yiri.
  3. "Do you guys know the true-relationship between Araweelo & Odey-Biiqe ?" Hehehe, Odey-biiqe was the only man she feared most coz of his wit. She knew him to be the only man capable of ending her rule and life. So, as i heard from folktales, she plotted against him constantly. But so does he. As narrated from stories, he is said to have ended her life when he dug a deep hole and spread a mat ontop of it. He asked her to sit on it and there she fell in and died there. Thats all I know about carawello. PS: If you listen to BBC Somali, the music that is played when the broadcast is beggining is said to be CARAWEELO's elegant walk. Wax ka jiro Illaah baa og.
  4. By Opinionated What errors are those, I wonder? I guess it's a sin to not follow the Somali culture....even if you have minimal contact with them... The errors are not confined to only one individual, everyone of us has, in one way or another, made changes to their lifestyles to fit with our preferences. So please don't take my comment or discussion personal, it was meant to be general. In that case, I am a lost soul I don't recall calling you a lost soul
  5. Nin Yaaban sxb, majority of us are so detatched from the dhaqan that, it hurts our conscience whenever someone reminds us of the fundamental errors we've done over the past 13 years or so. It is no wonder that many of us are more likely to destest u for being so proud of the dhaqan, coz the more one is lost in the oblivion of the western impairment, the more he/she is likely to be fiercely deffensive. So sxb, keep your head up and lets hope that our dhaqan becomes fashionable to practise again by the Somali youth .
  6. By Xalimo7 I am speaking for myself, i have no quarrell with my Husband getting married to 3 other wives, am down to it, why should i be concern his extracuricular activities. As long as he is he good husband to me and to my children that is all i care Thats very nice of you to say. --- Well, since poligamy isn't outlaw'ed but rather excused in Islam, wouldn't you think to practice it would be wise? Many kids, huh? That thought of many kids fascinates me, around 40 or more of them. That'll make an old man happy and fulfilled.
  7. I am just joking nomads. but seriously,I for one would have no problem marrying a single mother. Aniga dumarka Soomaaliyeed are the same to me. Their age or status don't matter so long as her personality pleases me. Keep your head up single moms - we love you.
  8. Any woman who is divorced must have had an ugly arguement with her husband, one that had progressed to the trouble she is swimming in. But if the arguement or the divorce wasn't in her makings, her makings must've been what dragged her into a failed-to be- marriage in the first instance. Given that her marriage ended in divorce, this may invite the possibility of a residue-troubles in her life; for example constant reminders like kids.
  9. Paltalk LoL sxb I know where you are coming from. But (for a second) lets just turn the political table hypothetically and pressume that ....Somaliland were to force all other Somali regions to become part of Somaliland, how would that make other Somalis feel?
  10. "waxa la dhahay dariskaada haduu dagaalkaga rabo dooradaada iga cesho uu ku dhahaaaaaa!!!!!!! try that one." Juxa loooooooooooooool - well thats the start of "inaan ku gardarraysto leen iska rabaa" lol I know an old mam who frequently to use to say "Intii Baal Lahayd wey buubtaye Dooreey xujey u joogtaa" lol this is so true you know.. coz "all those with feathers have flown away, but chicken's stay is enigmatic". So i guess the chicken joke has a soft side for comical contemplations.
  11. LoL Nin-Yaaban ... Of all the words that are in the dictionary, the one word that I am always sceptical to use for whatever reason is the word MUST. Whenever you see the word must included in a senstence it could mean the process of departing from reasoning and understanding all together. I believe only God can use the word MUST to command, and it were in my powers I would prohibit the usage of the word by anyone else. MUST means war, and so however reasonable the intention to wage war could be, the act of war itself is foolish. MUST is always violent but TEMPORARY, it never yields any fruits. It always entails actions whose consequences are more likely to be disasterious for those whom the war affects. Nin yaaban sxb I don't see any reason for war in SOL and so your saying of "Paltalk must resign from Somaliaonline" shows how inclined you are to see him go but thats abit harsh sxb. Everyone deserves a chance sxb.. so give him that chance..
  12. "Somaliland must comply with the new Somalian government"? I have a problem with the word MUST in the sentence.
  13. Happy Birthday Moti Girl oops I mean OG girl
  14. The "why the hell did it cross" joke has gotten more and more funnier.... The answers I liked most was Noam Chomsky's one; Chomsky's Answer: The chicken didn't exactly cross the road. As of 1994, something like 99.8% of all US chickens reaching maturity that year, had spent 82% of their lives in confinement. The living conditions in most chicken coops break every international law ever written, and some, particularly the ones for chickens bound for slaughter, border on inhumane. My point is, they had no chance to cross the road (unless you count the ride to the supermarket). Even if one or two have crossed roads for whatever reason, most never get a chance. Of course, this is not what we are told. Instead, we see chickens happily dancing around on Sesame Street and Foster Farms commercials where chickens are not only crossing roads, but driving trucks (incidentally, Foster Farms is owned by the same people who own the Foster Freeze chain, a subsidiary of the dairy industry). Anyway, ... (Chomsky continues for 32 pages. For the full text of his answer, contact Odonian Press) And also this one by Jean Chretien OK, for me, de chicken, 'e crossed de road because 'is team was der, and because 'e 'ad de plan.
  15. By Sophist Jamal you are having me on or is this a genuine thing! Most of part of what some deem to be west of London falls under that infectious semi sexual sounding "MIDDLESEX" side mate, consequently what is beyond Ealing is not London!. And did I see you write garage? Since when did you frequented such dens mate! Uuh we are not what we project to be I say@lol LoL@sophist... war heedhe London is being expanded after every 5 years is it? I am not sure about the years but Large part of Middlesex is considered London. Incase you ever look at the local Ealing council's sign, you will see "London Borough of Ealing or even Hillingdon" which is the borough i reside in. I don't know if you are talking about inner city? Sxb I always feel I should protect Southall for all its worth though I don't live there. Whenever I visit it, I feel at home. And bout the garage influence ... lets just say I "keep schools for chamileons"
