  1. Taliban...I understand your question what you're trying to get at. Really tho...Anna Nicole Smith's time in dunya has come to an end, so why do we need to spend time reflecting on a death that means nothing to a Believer? What has she done for Allah and Islam? Or Better yet, what has she prepared for her meeting with her Lord on the Day of Recompence? The answer is.......... Allah knows best
  2. Che your probably right....even if we do pay attention, its not like they even gonna stop right lol? Well....I think I have the solution....but since there are many females on this network and reading this, I'll save the solution for the next "Men: We Need To Survive" meeting that’s soon to come up. Our survival as men relies on finding a solution to this never seeming to disappear crisis. Until the next world-wide meeting fellas, good luck and May Allah be with yall. And Allah knows best
  3. Cambarro, I know as men we cause you females to repeat your words cause half the times we aint even paying attention to anything yall are saying (but I think there is a reason much of the time lol). But I don’t think that this study is focusing on the reasons why our sisters are "extra" with their talking, rather....it is a characteristic that Allah has created the women with. Val, even tho you may not consider yourself talkative at the present I remember the words of a Poet as he wrote....."She is like a cool glass of water soothing to the beholder, her beauty is desirable and her words flow continuously like Zam Zam water..."- and the Tafseer behind these words, as recorded my Ibn Ameen, he wrote....this illustrates that women before marriage may seem quiet but once their married, the flow of words they utter never seem to stop lol. And Allah knows best

    my mom

Hazdah, May Allah have mercy upon your mother. Even though she may be gone, there is a lot of things that you can do for her that can rise and admit her into a high level of Junnah. Insh'Allah in due time, Allah, the Most Merciful, will reunite you and your mother in a safe and comfortable environment, Ameen. And Allah knows best
  5. Kulmiye thanks for the kind words. Really tho, your the one with the skills and my words are just a reflection of what your words have caused me to comprehend. And Allah knows best
  6. I think Devilangel ran her off SOL lol. Or maybe she took my advice and decided to take on a new screen name. Whatever the case, her posts caused her to win the monthly award (I wonder why her posts caused her to win that award?) And Allah knows best
  7. Assalam, Some have said, the occupation was a means of punishment from Allah to the arrogant dictor (no need to mention his name because he is gone and his book closed) but clearly this is not about one man and his punishment but rather a test. A test for who? The Muslims. How you say? (well this situation is actually history repeating itself) So the answer to your questions actually lies in the text. And Allah knows best
  8. Mujaahid brother, I feel your pain. With the removal and death of the dictor brings about more mischief and more deaths. Does that makes any sense? "They plot a plot and Allah plots a plot and He is the best of those who plot"- if only they could understand this verse. My heart is with those who are placed in this trail. May Allah help them and us. And Allah knows best
  9. Your right, this was started and finished long time ago but this version is for the year of 2007 Come and take a trip with me Count down the days until victory Cash Money is what many people seek Can Somali’s ever overcome their addiction to tea? Communication is the key to success Can the scientists explain why Women stress Can you inform the cowards of their defeat Conflict will cause them to taste the heat Can history actually repeat? Courage will never decrease your life Classes are offered to better understand your wife Camel threads aren’t a waste of time Connect with the words of Allah, the Most High Can I overcome the fitnahs in this life of mine?

    Super Bowl?

It’s easy to predict that the Colts are gonna bring that highly talented offence and take it to those Bears, but after the emotions of the big game passes yall…..yall will come to know the reality and that is………………………. HOW ABOUT THEM BEAR. If my email reaches Ron Rivera (the defensive coordinator) in time, then he will have no problem in taking my advice which certainly will result in a victory. MAKE SURE Payton Manning feels the pressure and yall thrown him to the ground a few times to teach him a lesson. That’s the game plan….and if they stick to the game plan, than the Super Bowl is coming back to Chicago. And Allah knows best
  11. Let’s keep to the rhyme and let the next person continue: After the pain, the fighters will be covered with fame After today there is tomorrow And if we should win, let’s remember our days of sorrow Allah is the lord of all the worlds Afraid is what you’ll feel when you see your strolls A hypocrite poses on every street corner A verse from the Quran is called an ayaat An ayaat is also known as a sign A sign is given to towns before their doom And the people of Ad, well they refused A verse from Surah Anfaal is taken out of contents A disbeliever uses it to justify his feelings Astray is the path he has chosen An evil abode is what awaits him A life of peace is what we seek A book worm is considered weak A husband shares a special moment with his wife A minute is all that could be left of your life A wedding brings to her face a smile A divorce can cause her to break your kitchen tiles A death can cause her to cry a river that flows for a mile And yet your love for her is undeniable And Allah knows best

    The Soul

Assalam Alaikum “Yes! I was asking if your previous quote of Ibn Qayyim (raximahullah) was from this book. Or was he cited in Abu Mustafa’s book?”- In regards to your inquiry, the quote of Ibn Qayyim was cited in “The Mysterious of the Soul” by Abu Mustafa (may Allah have mercy on him). As for your question, could I afford to face my lord in my current state? May Allah have mercy on us, for we have nothing to present Allah with that is worthy (let alone equal) to his reward and therefore our only means to salvation is through the mercy of our Lord, may He be glorified. Surely I can imagine the reality of the equation as it’s presented before my Lord, but it’s the reality of the situation that I’m trying to convert into righteous good deeds before the spoiler of good times visits me. May Allah grant us long lives to repent and increase in our good deeds. And Allah knows best
  13. Well that’s true. In regards to why you feed them....ummm....ummmm....even tho they (not all Somali people, but the ones we are accustomed to noticing these days) are probably gonna say something negative about "your special day". The reason you serve them and feed them WITH A SMILE is to get the blessing of Allah for your marriage. So in reality, it has nothing to do with them and in fact, you should thank them for coming and taking your food. I agree with you on why spend $15,000 on a wedding when you'll can take a trip to let say, Paris and enjoy a week of stress free events (if you know what I mean lol) Buying a home is never a bad idea also. Knowledge is the lost property of the believer and he snatches it where-ever he may find it. And Allah knows best
  14. I think Taliban should have been nominated for the award and at least been named co-winner of the award, but dont worry brother....I'll vote for you next month inshallah. And Allah knows best
  15. Cynical, I like your equation to avoid divorce. “The stay away from the Somali people” is very important in my book. lol@ a few kids (but true, specially if your a young couple and trying to get by) So what are the basics the weddings lack these days? Does it have to do more with the religious basics or the cultural practices? Educate us, wont you? And Allah knows best
  16. Becareful Vibe, You may actual get what you want. I hear the Mr. Know It All's are and handful to deal with them and although you may want to run into one now....soon after you meet him, you'll probably look for ways to commit the "perfect murder" lol. But I wouldn’t know anything about that cause, I’m the Mr. Dont know It All (except when it comes to World Politics, in that case, I know everything about everything lol). And Allah knows best
  17. My version of "Day to Day Burden": I can’t be overcome with burden, Each and every night, I strive to survive the evil nightmares that await me on the other side. The reality is, it’s the truth The Day of Recompense is what awaits me on the other side My evil deeds bring about worry to appear in my eyes Yet my heart is with those brothers standing on the frontline I spend many sleepless nights Praying, hoping, begging But deep-down inside, I know this is a battle that will continue far past my lifetime. And If I could, know I would And if I should, than think positive of me I couldn’t let the temptations of this world get the best of me. Now these are not suicidal thoughts These are words that follow each other To illustrate the burdens of the world The media got us confused Tribalism got us in feuds My desire is to stand between my brothers as they wage against each other. With each blood that falls on the ground With each soul that departs to the sky Innocent children are left behind Widows are left to cry And the day to day burden is surely on the rise And If I could, I told before, I truly would Remove all pain from your hearts Spread justice to ultimate heights Practice Sharii’a to its fullest so you can enjoy your rights So momma doesn’t have to worry about leaving her door unlocked for the night My heart is with those brothers standing on the frontline And Allah knows best

    Black Magic

Assalam alaikum I think Khalaf understands that magic is haraam within its self but he also knows asking questions is a cure for ignorance, so continue to seek your knowledge brother. If death can not come to an individual unless Allah, the Most-High, decrees it for him, what can we say about magic? Although magic is present, it does not bring about any power unless Allah decrees it against that person. So intimately it all comes back to the decision of Allah and He is the wakil over all things. Under the Sharii’a, the penalty for the use of black magic is death, which states the seriousness of the matter. Once again brother, don’t doubt yourself because you have the understanding of what shirk ultimately is and that is when you give the rights of Allah, to other than Allah (so if they try to justify their actions, let them and forget about it….you did your part.) In regards to the Prophet and his experience with magic, it is authentically reported that he had an experience with black magic and Gabriel (as) came down and informed him about it and he later directed him towards where he could remove it. And Allah knows best P.S. Khalaf, its seems like your curiosity is getting the best of you when it comes to the black magic so be careful my brother and may Allah guide us all.

    Black Magic

Assalam brother Black magic is true. It does exist, but my sincere advice to you, STAY AWAY. Your first judgment was correct and you spoke out against it, but they are following a means of protection which will never be able to defend them against the punishment of Allah. Besides, by them saying they use both the Quran and the magic, do they not believe that Sufficient is Allah for them as a Protector? And Allah knows best
  20. My version of "Day to Day Burden" coming soon So stayed toned It will include my love for the Al-Majid Al-Aqsaa, which is controlled by the Jews My disappointment towards the fools who follow desires and given tools To kill each other, but the headline will include my ever-lasting love for justice The events of the world can be summed up by one word, reckless As history is repeating itself, my mind is with those brothers standing on the front line.... Stay toned, coming soon (inshallah) And Allah knows best
  21. Assalam Crystal, the courses you’ve mentioned are jokes….but about…. Accepting Your Limitations: Just Because You Have Power Tools Doesn't Mean You Can Fix It, yes (as men) we do have the tools and we may as well put them to use right? Trust me, we do more good with our tools than we do harm. Listening: It's Not Just Something You Do During Halftime, that’s true….but give us credit cause we also listen during commercial breaks and between plays, not to mention other short breaks that occur during a game. It’s just that, as men, we try to avoid the “continuing conversation” during big games if you know what I mean lol. "I Don't Know": Be the First Man to Say It!.....this one is funny…..but its true. And Allah knows best P.S. Devil, I don’t know why….but there is something weird about that picture of the shiek taking a picture of those sisters (that’s posted on the bottom on your post). Something is not right about that….
  22. Taliban has presented the political similarities that Somalia shares with Iraq and Afghanistan....and so I will share with you the fight that will begin soon, that will be resemble the Taliban movement that continues till this day in that part of the world. Somalia will fight and defend their way of life as our brothers and sisters continue to do so in Afghanistan and Iraq. Remember this is a global war against Islam (opppsss), I meant to say, terrorism. And Allah knows best
  23. Aisha may Allah reward you sister. I know I got plenty of wishes in which I do need Allah to grant me. S if this is another step in coming closer to my Lord so that He may cause me to be among the pious in this world and in the hereafter, and so...I will (inshallah) add this to my daily acts of worship. And Allah knows best
  24. Assalam alaikum SubhanAllah, may Allah have mercy on him in this world and in akhira. The most amazing part of the article, despite his travel of 12,000km to get to Mecca is the dream in which his mother gave him the inspiration to make the hajj. Its a sign from Allah that He loves that individual and may Allah love us also, Ameen. May He be glorified
  25. Assalam Well a "religious brother" in my terms is someone who: devotes himself to Allah both night and day. How lives in dunya, but his heart and mind is always thinking about Akhira. A person who willing gives others their rights they have over him, while he does not demand his from them. A religious brother directs respect towards the elders and is merciful towards the young. Dutiful towards his parents and you will never notice a change in his character whether the individual he is dealing with is either rich or poor, that’s because he understand that substance is a matter that Allah (alone) decides. May He be glorified. Obviously the "religious brother" as I defined above is going to take awhile to accomplish, until than...I’m just your average faraax. Legend, asking questions is a cure for her....it’s when they start to ask "many" questions that paranoia kicks in lol. And Allah knows best
