Also, try to use sulphate free shampoo and products that are as natural as possible; I highly recommend wild growth hair oil combined with organic argan oil. Where do they sell wild growth hair oil??..I think I saw it being mentioned in one of those hair forums. I haven't used heat on my hair for months now. And I have no need for it.
  8. Rahima it is only greasy if you use it excessively. A little goes a long way like I pointed out earlier. In any case you can wash it off after few hours. You don't have to leave it on.

Reeyo, I miss the old SOL. Sol has changed a lot lately. It was so much fun when I joined back in 06.

I know, I too thought I had seen it all when the overly enthusiastic salesman at Lush suggested a 'mask' for my hair. But a couple of tries and my hair genuinely looks so much better. I dont know if its just this or the combination of this and my aveda shampoo and conditioner but finally something that works for me. Here is it: https://www.lush.co.uk/product/413/The-Hair-Doctor-Hair-Treatment Aveda Shampoo ( http://www.aveda.co.uk/product/5311/17037/Hair-Care/Shampoo/Shampure-Shampoo/index.tmpl ) and its conditioner. Thanks for the suggestions.

I find oils to greasy and many of the other products in these afro caribbean hair shops have a horrible strong smell. Any advise appreciated.) I use these products to moisturize my hair, they seem to be doing wonders for my hair. -Mane n Tail conditioner (you can also use it as a leave in) - Olive Oil replenishing conditioner (you can leave it on your hair several hours and then wash it off)... - Olive Oil leave in conditioner -Rinju 5-in-1 Complex (it is yellowish and creamy and contains 5 oils Olive,Carrot, Avocado, Coconut, and Jojoba oil) -Coconut milk leave in conditioner. I also use Olive oil, Coconut oil, and Castor oil. (With Castor oil a little goes a long way and it is not as greasy as the other oils).
  15. Let's refrain from generalizing a group of people. There are good decent Arab people out there. With that being said it is sad how Somalis are mistreated and humiliated in carabaha and even in some African countries. Alle ha sahlo oo dhulkeeni nabad haka yeelo.
  16. Good blog and Raula good points. If I do get kids I would want to establish gift giving on Eids but other than that I am on the same page. Waxa wanaagsan umada carahabadan ee baahan ee dhulki hooyo joogta in wax la taro.
  17. I don't know this family. Just came across it on one of those sites. There is a number up there though so inshala I will pass the info.
