They resisted for years against Soomaaliya government's efforts to move this office to Xamar. Not many people knew or cared about the existence of this office and its funds being stolen annually until Farmaajo as a raisuul wasaare in 2011 exposed them and other UN offices for Soomaaliya that was based in Nayroobi. And he was instantly removed from his post then. All those offices are moved to Xamar now, though.
