The only thing I saw in that two minute clip is a man who's behaviour raises one question and one question only. Ninku miyu cabsanaa? He sound drunk.  If it's a natural speech impediment, then xaal iyo apologies.

That officer should be arrested and disciplined.

Wishful thinking. He took all of his boys in the army with him after he saw the Jeegaan admin of Muuse Local is one sided.

What till the nation as a whole decide what to do with this "recurring stupidity" in which the ** and ** are up to in Sanaag region. And soon you will see whether this officer will have the last laugh. Or whether he will be court-marshaled (as usual) and then send to Army's prison for "rank insubordination" as per army regulation.

You can claim one sided all day long if you want. But  there is no grand conspiracy against the inhabitants of that metropolitan city called Bohol. It's all in your head.

Saalax,

Just make sure you are around in here of SOL when Somaliland decide what to do with this issue. And don't be disappointed when this sub-clan you you claiming to be from (i.e., **) decides, that, without ifs and buts, they will "fall-in-line" with the rest of the nation.

And you will see, finally, that town of Ceel-Afweyn becoming another "Military garrison town" (like Tukaraq) where the Somaliland's army as far away as Awdal sector of the army coming to "impose" (literally imposed) a "harsh peace by the gun", not begging these two sub-clans to see sense in their own freaking time.

You will see all of these. Which means, once the "Nation's Guurtis" and government decide that the gloves must be taking off to "impressed" upon this two foolish sub-clans that peace is not a "gift" from them.

Nor is it something that they can disturb it at will (whenever they fancy it) then you will see the bwhole thing will have a "different coloring" than what your silly bravado in here tonight may indicate to those who does not know much about Somaliland, and how we have build our peace from ground-up with no mercy being given to those who wish to disturb it along the way.

I know Sacad-Yonis very well (I used to be married to one of their most beautiful ladies - it's another story). They are brave boys. My uncle (who died in liberating Ceerigaabo in 1990) have led them in the liberation of the bulk of Sanaag region. In particularly he led them during the "war of liberation" of Somaliland during the period of 1989/90. And he led them as SNM's colonel.

But at heart they are a "good soldiers" for the "political cause and the destiny for Somaliland", as they always were (from the get-go). And they will abide by whatever decision the nation (as a whole) reaches on this issue. Particularly once that decision is reached on a "Pan-Somaliland's basis". You will see.

Oodweyne there is no such thing as Somaliland. Halyeey Caare spitted on that piece of crap mickey mouse project which is getting nowhere for 27 years  just like he spat on the nonsense of Siad Bare dictatorship in the early days and sided with his folks (he is also a 1977 war veteran).

In my opinion, the more the east Burco community supports Wadani or opposes Muuse Biixi publicly , these wars will continue. This could be a political war.

I hope I am wrong.

I think you just exposed yourself in here, mate. After all, find out who this Caare fellow really is and what he actually believes in about Somaliland's existence before you start alleging to him something you can't prove it.

But suffice to say you are trying so hard and you are failing miserably. So just wait till the ** Guurtis's decision is reached of what to do with this issue. And then you will see what this Caare's fellow could amount in that cold light of the day.

It's nothing of the sort. But basically this two sub-clans have lost all sense and proportion. And it's basically about grazing-land issue which then turned into a "Claanish vendetta" that seems to be taking a life of its own. Which is why a "harsh peace" will have to imposed on these area till they see sense in the cold light of the day.

Which is I think what is coming now since the nation seems to get the picture that this going to be a recurring issue unless peace is forced upon these two Sub-Clans, as Cali Warancadde have already intimated. So we will see the coming days what will take place. But one thing I know is that the gloves will be off for these two sub-clans in Sanaag region, as of now. And peace will be "imposed" upon them in the old harsh fashion way. You will see this soon.

Then you have no idea who this Caare fellow is or was. You see you keep exposing yourself so easily in every freaking day. Mate, I am going to make it easier for you. And I will tell you that he actually is or was at least, one of the hard-core Somalilanders, who was one of the senior commanding (at the battalion level) in which President Rayale specifically send in 2007 to take Las-Anod from Pirate-land.

And he was the first officer (apart from the Dhulos officers in the Somaliland's army) who was "entrusted" to make sure that he stays at front in most of the time just in case the pirates sneak in the dead-of-the-night back into Las-Anod. You see how you do not know anything of any substance, mate.

Oodweyne  Carre was hard on reer Las Anod indeed because it was a longstanding beef relating to the two communities dating back to the 80s. That is all in the past now though  Jeegaanta are the enemy.

If that floats your boat then knock yourself down with it, mate, I think I am done in here.
