He said: "The  Somalia army is here,  we are under attack in every direction" What is going on here? Is this scare tactics?  Why are they trying so hard to convince their local people the danger of "poor moqdisho government". My take way is, the local people are not buying their saga. It gets familiar even local people there. The "jeegaanta leaders have a problem here, it seems nothing works, even the tale of founding new graves seems, did no work.

Somaliland is two steps ahead. By framing the conflict as Somaliland Army engaged with combined Mogadishu + Puntland meliita, Somaliland is killing two birds with one stone. 

The simple fact is that Somaliland's army has no opponent in those regions that can stop it. What is stopping right now from Somaliland smoking out the melitia from Buuro-Wadal is the diplomatic fallout with its partners.

OW, knowing Gooni and his code speak, I think he was referring to the other book Barwaaqo wrote. Gooni was taking a dig at Somaliland connecting one event with another in a dog-whistle language. Only those who understand him get a laugh about it. haha
