Madaxweynaha Dowladda Federaalka Xasan Sheekh oo dhowaan tagaya waddanka Ethiopia…. Waayo??

Wararka aan ka helayno magaalada Muqdisho ayaa sheegaya in Madaxweynaha dowlada Federaalka Somalia mudane Xasan Sheikh ku wajahan yahay wadanka Ethiopia halkaas oo uu kaga qayb galayo shir ay isugu imaanayaan wadamada Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya iyo Jabuti.

Kulankaan ayaa wararku sheegayaan inuu qaban qaabqaabiyey Madaxweynaha Jabuuti Ismaaciil Cumar Geelle.

Madaxweynaha Jabuti oo garwadeen ka ah kulankaan ayaa xogaha laga helayo xusayaan inuu ku dhexdhexadinayo Madaxweyne Xasan Shiikh iyo Madaxweynaha Kenya iyo Ra’isal wasaaraha Ethiopia.

Xiriirka dowladaha Ethiopia iyo Kenya ay la leeyihiin dowlada Federaalka Somalia ayaa maraya heerkii ugu hooseeyey kadib markii labadaan wadan saluugeen siyaasada Madaxweyne Xasan Shiikh ee ku wajahan wadamada dariska ah.

Wadanka Kenya ayaa ciidamadooda ku sugan yihiin gudaha Somalia gaar ahaan gobolka Jubada Hoose halka dowlada Ethiopia dhowaan ciidamadooda kala baxdey qaar ka tirsan gobolada Bay iyo Bakool.

Dowlada Kenya oo ciidamadoodu ku sugan yihiin magalada Kismayo ayaa tageersan shirka maamulka loogu dhisayo gobolada Jubooyinka halka ay ka biyo diidan tahay dowlada Federaalka ee uu Xasan Shiikh ka yahay Madaxweynaha.

Dhinaca kale xiriirka Ethiopia iyo dowlada Federaalka ah ayaa wanaagsaneyn kadib markii gudoomiyahii hore ee Bay oo xiriir dhow la lahaa ciidamada shisheeye ee gobolka sugan la badaley kuwaasoo deganadaas ka qabsadey xoogaga Al-Shabaab.

Wadanka Ethiopia ayaa dhinaca kale ka biyo diidan xiriirka sii kordhaya ee u dhexeeya dalka Masar oo ay ka arrimiyaan ururka Akhwaanul Muslimiin iyo koox diimeedka Damul Jadiid kuwaasoo awood siyaasdeed ku leh dowlada Xasan Shiikh.

Si kastaba ha ahaatee kulankaan ayaa la filayaa inuu diirada saaro sidii la isugu soo dhoweyn lahaa Uhuru Kenyata oo dhowaan la doortey, Ra’isal wasaraha Ethiopia iyo Madaxweynaha DFS kuwaasoo aan ku faraxsaneyn siyaasada Xasan Shiikh ee ku wajahan wadamada dariska la ah Somalia kuwaasoo qayb libaax ka qaatey dagaalka lagula jiro kooxda Al-shabaab.

Madaxweynaha Dawladda Federaalka Ah Ee Somaliya Oo Ugu Sii Jeedda Magaaladda Addis ababa Kulan Lagu Dhexdhexaadinayo Isaga Iyo Hogaamiyeyaasha Itoobiya Iyo Kiiniya.

Muqdisho(Ramaas) Apr.18, 2013 - Wararka aan ka helayno magaalada Muqdisho ayaa sheegaya in Madaxweynaha dowlada Federaalka Somalia ku wajahan yahay wadanka Itoobiya halkaas oo uu kaga qayb galayo shir ay isugu imaanayaan wadamada Itoobiya, Somaliya, Kenya iyo Jabuti.

Kulankaan ayaa wararku sheegayaan inuu qaban qaabqaabiyey Madaxweynaha Jabuuti Ismaaciil Cumar Geele.

Xidhiidhka dowladaha Itoobiya iyo Kenya ay la leeyihiin dowlada Federaalka Somaliya ayaa maraya heerkii ugu hooseeyey, kadib markii labadan wadan saluugeen siyaasada Madaxweyne Xasan Shiikh ee ku wajahan wadamada dariska ah.

Wadanka Kenya ayaa ciidamadoodu ku sugan yihiin gudaha Somaliya, gaar ahaan gobolka Jubada Hoose, halka dowlada Itoobiya dhawaan ciidamadeeda kala baxdey qaybo kamid ah gobolada Bay iyo Bakool.

I believe there should be no oil cake for Kenya. Even if she has here eye on it. Such greed should not be accepted. Its important to drag this process until kenya realise thats its not worth the price to create a bufferzone for Somalias resources.

Oodweyne.

Thats valid and logical argument on your point. What I want to see from the FG is all options on the table strategy. This deal probably must happen or it has already happen but its the lest favourable options in my view and should only be played when all others card are played.

The Ethiopians and the Elites of the TPLF were not that to happy with hassan sheikh Maxamuuds administration how he changed some of the governors whom they had good dealings with in bay and bakool. And also the Egyptian recent political influance in Mogadishu raises some concern in the Menelik palace of addis ababa. Furthermore the Ethiopians want cash for their Military presence in Somalia it looks like the Europeans are not hat enthusiastic as in the past. The Kenyans have major supporters in Somalia and they have trained lots of troops the raskambooni movement was conceived by the Kikuyu s. There will be some sort of compromise between Mogadishu and Nairobi , Kenyatta to pull out and the siera leone troops to fill the vacuum. Lets see how the conference in addis ababa goes a time table will be discussed for the Kenyans to pull out.

This president needs to deal with reality head on. And by that I mean he needs to accept that Ethiopia is here to stay in Somalia since she has many rats of hers infested in the border regions of south Somalia. And therefore that being the case he needs to ask the international community (IC) and Qadari royal family in particular, who funds his government, to fund the Ethiopia forces in Somalia. And in return he must secure the full cooperation of the Ethiopia regime without a third Somali party, such her Somali rats, getting in the way between the two governments.

This means the deal will be to say to the Ethiopia that he will get money for her army in Somalia but she in turn will have to stop double dealing him. And from now on it will be two governments understanding without the third party such as her Somali rats in the border regions getting in the way. This is the "gentleman deal" or if you like "power-to-power-agreement" he must struck with those who run Ethiopia. Hence lets hope Mr Ismail Gheulleh of Djibouti will help him in securing this deal for Somalia from the Ethiopians.

As for the new kikuye boy in charge of Kenya. Similarly he needs to cut a deal with him. And that deal will be to say that Somalia is willing to accept kenya to have her "oil concessions" in the regions of jubbaland she has her eyes on it, provided two conditions are met.

And they are, firstly that the oil deal has to be fair to Somalia, after all its her sovereign territory. And secondly Kenya must give up complete any notion of having this Jubbaland as a "buffer zone" for her. Hence if those two points are agreed upon by both parties then Somalia will be more than happy for Kenya to have a bit of "oil cake" from Somalia through some sort of government to government political deal.

This is, again, a "gentlemen agreement" in which this president of Somalia must offer to the Kenyans, particularly if he wants to retain some sort of nominal control over the Jubbaland affair. Everything else is a loser for him and for his country.

LOL

One thought in 2013 the enemy clan or as our brothers like to call them the defeated lot would have actually be defeated. It seems it has become the priority of Mogadishu and Hargeysa intelligentsia to defeat the enemy clan, which means Oodweyne's earlier festive speech about the fate of this mighty clan has been quite premature :D

But some how the clan Oodweyne of London hates so passionately calls him and his entity a brother in need and devised a binding strategy that fixes the political bug and an enhanced federalism framework...

Daqane

Relations with Ethiopia are quite good they have left the ASWJ militia to be swallowed up and have left the lead on jubbaland to the legitimate Somali government [you notice that people are no longer talking about the IGAD project but the kenyan one] they have whole heartedly stepped back from dictating to the SFG on issues of district governments e.t.c, the issue now is money and that is between them and the I.C they have refused to join AMISOM [so as to maintain operational independence/flexibility], and are now squeezing the I.C as they know how and that's by threatening evacuation of Somali areas they control, even that is less of a threat as days go by.

^^Indeed.

Another miscalculation apparent in the analysis of some in the forum is that if Kenya or Ethiopia pulls out of Jubbaland the whole thing would vanish and the region will submit to Mogadishu decrees. It is pity really to see Odey Xaad's cuqdad manifest in this forum with an intellectual garb .

^^ If Kenya pulls out its the end of the Jubbaland project plane and simple, the conference already is considered illegitimate by the SFG. The SFG is busy replacing the kenyans with the Siera leone troops, who are much more in line politically with the SFG in Mogadishu. If you really believe the Raskambooni movement can continue to exist with out the support of the KDF than you clearly live in your own little fantasy world.
