Can it be people having clan insecurity regarding theyre own clans. There is definitey a big phobia anything related to puntland development and before a cure can be provided a diagnosis must be done. Xamar was and still is the mother of all disasters and as Hassan Abshir coined it, 'Waa Bahalo Galeen' therefore what they did wrong was trying to fix the disaster that's Xamar.
