Apophis puntland is not interested in those regions it will never defend it.

They dont support a seperate entity of khatumo either.

As for the professor he is right everything needs a political solution.

no This administration is not interested in that region, was it not PL force that drove you kin from lascaanod in 2003, reer khatumo need to realize that political opportunist do not care about the interest of the common man.

Protecting ur land doesnt depend on the admin its true pl doesnt consider those regions part of pl maybe just on paper.

one can only protect those who want to be protected people in khatumo, were offered many chances to take protection, if PL drove away the somalilander as the case in 2003 political opportunist like the dear professor would come out of the woodwork and all the effort would be for naught.

Simply it means Puntland still doesn't consider those regions part of their entity because they wont defend it. The professor and others should have just been a bystanding factor with no relevance.

I think PL played it well to let the opportunist do the work soon the general population will be dis-interested in their false promises, and PL being percieved as counter weight to the oppressive clan militia in Lascanood, will have more leverage and be able to perminantly incorporate the Public of those regions into PL, this would be on mutual trust and cooperation rather than through military conquest, in the long run this strategy will also mean PL military capabilities will not be wasted, and will be reserved for when the people of those regions decide they want their government to kick out the thugs. Its a win win if you ask me. in the mean time the SNM militia will be slowly eroded.

As again hundreds of women, children and ordinary Lasanodians demonstrated peacefully in Laascaanood against Somaliland's presence in their city and who were rounded up, beaten and put to jail by local militia working for Somaliland, Cali Khaliif the founder of Khatumo movement announced that Lasanod's solution is only of a political nature.

He also made other important points.

:D:D@source.. That says all, plus the old images and cartoon depictions to support your points.. It says all about you.. I would worry about P/L than Khatumo's fate..

Fiqi, you are focusing on the wrong topic. Khatumo is Puntland from another mother. The problem lies with Hargeysa waryaa ; how many times should I tell this to fellow Jubbaland/Puntland brothers :D
