Confiscate the ship and lock them up. That'll teach them a lesson.

Ng, it doesn't matter if it's just cement, it's about the principle.

aggregate Cement depending on what material used is one of the deadliest material to come in contact will, the is a reason why engineering firm take time to create retaining walls and silt screens when performing jobs duties, some cement are made with hard crystalline compounds that behave in the same manner as crushed glass, if one inhales it they will be shredded inside out, most fish that breath this in will die almost instantaneously. Cement is nothing to take lightly believe me.

^^ Don't jump in with both feet, saaxib. This still remains cement and the ship, since it was not captured by pirates (though some may question the distinction) will very likely be released with no trouble at all.

Still, it's a nice publicity for the PL coast guard (better than the last time they rescued a stranded boat). :D

This is great news, well done to Puntland forces. This opportunity should be used to highlight the plight of damping waste in the Somali sea waters. The world over used and over publicized the issues and the problems of the pirates, this should be an opportunity to present iss. ues to toxic damping and made programs about.

NG, you don't dump rubbish in someone else's backyard, one of the oldest rules in the book
:D

War this is a publicity stunt with the added advantage of scaring off those that dump toxic waste in Somali waters. But the cement itself is nothing to really moan about. Wax fahan.
