Enjoy this story.

Once upon a time there was this man in the jungles, enjoying a nice day watching the equatorial lush green foliage and the exotic animal life, suddenly, the man hears the movement of a lion behind him, he runs for his life, but the sounds got closer and closer, and the man keeps running for his life.

The man came face to face with the lion, and to his right a deep well, his options are narrowed between drowning in the well and being chewed by a hungry lion, the man decides to jump in the well hoisting himself with a rope tied to the top of the well for drawing water.

As he reached the bottom of the well, the man saw a huge man-eating snake taking a nap at the bottom, the man pulls himself up in the middle of the well, suspended between a hungry lion on the top and a sleeping snake at the bottom.

Meanwhile the man noticed that two mice, one black and one white were chewing the rope he was hanging on, making it thinner and thinner.

The man begins to swing with the rope hitting the sides of the walls of the well periodically, and suddenly feels a sticky feeling on his shoulder, as he examined what it was, he finds that it is honey as there was a bee colony on the wall of the well, the man starts licking the honey to his satisfaction until he remembers where he is and jumps out of bed. The man was dreaming all along.

The man went to a Sheikh to interpret his dream:

The sheikh laughing, asks him :

" You do not understand this dream?"

The man replied "yes sir, I do not, please interpret it for me"

The Sheikh said " The lion that was chasing you is the angel of Death ( Malakul Mowt)

The well which housed the snake is your grave

The Rope in the well that you were hanging on, was your lifetime ticking away

The Rodents chewing your Rope , black and white mice are the day and the night.

The man asks "The honey, Sir, What is the honey"

The sheikh says :

The honey is the life of this world ( Dunyaa), its temptations which made you forget that there was death behind you and a grave ahead of you. You end up in the grave while savoring the taste of the honey up until you find yourself standing trial for your deeds in a court of law of the most just kind,

Think Different Today

Stop Swinging, and licking the honey

Repent

The Rich Man and His Treasures

An i Nuri Softwaano Story

Once upon a time, there was a wealthy man, who amassed a lot of fortunes and had many children.

One day the man summoned all of his children saying " My children, I am getting older, and I may die any day now, as I feel sick and weak, but I only have one wish, and if any of you can help me realize that wish, I will give him all of my wealth alone'

The children asked him, " Dad, what can we do for you?"

The father said " When I die, if any of you can brave to spend one night in the grave next to me, I am willing to sign all my inheritance to him alone"

So, the his kids looked at each other in astonishment for their dads bizarre request.

One day, their father died, and befor the burial, they remembered his wish and of course, the fortune the winner would earn if he can spend only a single night in the grave next to their dad.

So, while arguing who should do it, a poor man came along asking for money, the brothers where relieved, they said to the poor man" Do you want to be a rich man?"

"Of course I want to be, but from where I am, how?" said the poor man

" All you have to do is spend a single night in the grave with our dead father, and in the morning we will give you all the wealth" said the brothers.

The porr man agreed, and he was laid next to the dead man that night ( with his breathing requirements).

In the morning, they dug up the poor man, and congratulated him for the winning of their dads wealth, the poor declined, he said that when the night fell, he heard a loud sound , a voice said " this is a dead person, but who is that person next to him? " another voice answered " It is a living person" then the first voice said " begin the interrogoation with the living one"

"The next twleve hours" said the poor man, " I was questioned in detail about a pair of cheap slippers I was wearing, the questions were so thorough, I was not even prepared to answer one of them, and mind you, all I own is a pair of slippers and a rag on my waist, After failing to account for the paIr of slippers, I knew I would also fail to explain the origins of the rag on me and how i amassed it, and how i used it" the poor man said, " I am glad that was a horrible dream I saw last night, I do not want any wealth, you keep it.

Brother Nur, Allahu Zaak Khair ya Akhil Karim

Indeed story which makes us reflect

read this one inshallah;

"What will I say to Him?!"

--------------------------

.

.

A man known as Abu Abd-Allah said: I don't know how to explain an experience I lived through a while ago, that changed my whole life routine. The truth is that I would never have decided to reveal it if it weren't for the fact that I felt a responsibility towards Allah (The Glorious), as a warning for the young men who disobey Allah, and as a warning for the young women who follow a fake dream or fantasy called "love".

.

.

We were 3 friends, nothing grouped us together but disobedience and misguidance. No, actually we were 4, the Shaytan was the 4th. We used to go hunting down beautiful girls, and lure them with our sweet talk to far away farms. There they would be surprised that we have turned into foxes with no sympathy, no feelings whatsoever no matter what they said or did to make us reconsider. We were cold hearted, and had no feelings or any sense of shame. That is how we spent our days and nights; in the farms, camps, cars, and on the shore. Until the day that I will never forget came. We went as usual to the farm, everything was ready. Each one of us had his prey, the damned drink (i.e., alcohol), but we forgot one thing, and it was the food.

.

.

So after a while, one of my friends went to buy food for supper with his car. It was almost 6 p.m. when he left. Hours passed without him returning, so at 10 p.m. I became worried that something happened to him. So I went with my car looking for him. And on the way, I saw some flames of fires spreading on the sides of the road. When I reached, I was shocked to see that it was my friend's car, with the fire eating it up while it was flipped on one of its sides.

.

.

I ran like crazy, trying to free my friend from his burning car. I was alarmed to see that half his body was black like charcoal, but he was still alive. So I carried him and placed him on the floor, and after a minute he opened his eyes and said: "The fire! The fire!" So I decided to take him to my car and rush with him to the hospital. But he sobbed: "There's no use, I won't reach it."

.

.

Tears overcame me as I was watching my friend to die in front of me! Then he stunned me by yelling: "What will I say to Him?! What will I say to Him?!" Dumbfounded, I looked at him and asked: "Who?" He replied with a distant voice: "Allah". I felt fear creep all over my body and I began to shake. Then suddenly he let out an echoing scream, and he took in his last breath.

.

.

The days passed, but the image of my friend being eaten up by the fire, and him yelling "What will I say to Him?! What will I say to Him?!" never left my mind. I found myself asking "And what will I say to him?!" And all those who disobey Allah, should ask themselves: "What will I say to Him?"

.

.

My eyes overflowed with tears and I felt an odd compassionate feeling I never felt before. At that same moment, I heard the Mo'athen (the person who calls the Athan -Call to Prayer- ) call for Salat Al-Fajr (Morning Prayer) "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar" (Allah is Great, Allah is Great) "Hayya 'Ala Al-Salah" (Come to Salah). I felt that it was a call directed to me personally. Telling me to close the curtains on the dark years of my life, and calling me to the straight path of guidance and obedience.

.

.

I washed up, made Wudu', and cleansed my self from the sin I drowned in since years, and I prayed. Since that day, I haven't missed 1 fardh. I became a new person.

.

.

Subhan Allah, the One who changes people from one state to another. . .

.

.

Some of the scholars of the past said, "True knowledge is to know one's ignorance." Only when a person realizes what he does NOT know, will he appreciate how little he DOES know.

Salafi Dawa

A thought provoking story, Jazzakallahu Khairan, the good part is that one of the men repented.

A business associate of mine, whom I admire his ethics and islamic values amazed me with his selfless honesty and decency, I asked him how it all started, here was his answer with some clarifying additions of my own:

" I used to be a non practicing " Muslim", while my brother was a devout Muslim, we used to take vacations together, but for each was his way, one day, I came down to meet him at a restaurant to have breakfast with him, but he declined, saying that he was fasting, which surprised me since it was not the usual Sunnah days one fasts, like Thursdays and mondays, or ashuraa, Dhil Hijjah ten days, full moon etc. So Iasked him in curiosity, why he was fasting? My brother replied " I prayed to Allah to guide you, and for the acceptance of that wish, I am fasting voluntarily"

I was shocked, it just dawned on me how noble by brothers cause was, that he cared about me, i told him " Brother, your prayers are accepted, I am cleaning my body and clothes making them prayer ready, right this moment"

And that was how Allah guided me"
